When you finally get to play it's fun but the pain of waiting and the lack of customer service will prevent me from going back. I waited for 1.5 hours to play on a Saturday night despite calling in advance to ask for approximate wait time. When I got there 15 minutes later 20 minutes turned into an hour and a half. Waited in the noisy bar and ordered a frozen margarita as advertised on the menu and was told they didn't have a blender anywhere so they couldn't make it. The frustrating part was a young inexperienced waitress told us that "the bartender says that's not on the menu". We found the menu, showed it to her and suggested she tell management to address it. I also noticed there's tons of staff but they stand around and do nothing. Later we ordered a vodka and lemonade while golfing and the waiter had to ask three times what we wanted like it was news to him. I get that your staff is young but they need more training. For the money paid I think I just expected more. I was disappointed and won't be going back any time soon. read more

I'm an associate at the Scottsdale location and I visited today while I was in Chicago. It was too popular for associate play but me and my friend stayed to eat lunch regardless. Our server's name was Daniel and he was awesome, so friendly and super helpful. Made sure I got the associate discount on food and we talked about the Scottsdale location because he had been there before. I had an awesome time visiting another TG and I think the nachos at Naperville are even better than the ones in AZ. Thank you guys for the hospitality! read more

We were group of 5 ppl went for the first time and the guys next to us were making fun of us taking pictures and we complained to the staff and while the staff were dealing with the other guys the store manager shows up and with out being rational he clearly take their other people side and trying to blame us. Worst experience, never seen a place where management behaves this way to their customers. read more

Made a reservation online which is nice but had to pay 50 dollars and it doesn't go towards anything other than hold a pod. We went for a birthday and it was all our first time. The service was a little slow ordered when we sat and didn't get our food till 15 minutes left of our time. This is where it went downhill. Tried to add another hour and it wouldn't let us from the pod, tried to tell our server but she rarely came by. So we were eating as our time expired and the whole time the staff was walking past us looking at us wondering when we were getting up. Then the server became more unpleasant. We also asked the server prior to our time up if they do anything for a birthday and were told " it's too late we have another reservation". As soon as we got the bill they brought out another group who I guess was to use the pod after us to just stand there and stare at us until we paid, even though there were 4 empty ones around us. It was pretty unprofessional in my opinion plus it still needed to be cleaned. We will most likely not be back. Only reason I gave a 3 is because the company I was with was great. read more

I'm giving this place 1 star because of the poor service and disrespectful management that was there today. We initially had to wait for our bay so we had a few appetizers and drinks down at the bar. Joel was extremely professional prompt and overall nice. When we went upstairs our waitress, who for the life of me I can not remember her name, was less than attentive. She took our order and got us our drinks promptly, however one of our burgers never came out and the waitress was no where to be found. I had to track a bus boy down to let them know we received all of our food besides one of our burgers. Well you guessed it that didn't help we awaited our waitress to come back and advised her that we did not receive one of our burgers. Nonetheless the burger was delivered to the table by the time everyone else was done eating and said person had to eat by themselves. Once our time was almost up on the bay the manager then continued to attempt to push us out because he had "a party of paying customers at 4" coming up. Should I mention that not all bays were filled at that time. I know in the grand scheme of things the almost $300 I spent at top golf means nothing to a company of that size, I just don't appreciate how we were treated and when a mistake happens it's just a no big deal we're going to treat you like garbage to get you to leave because we have paying customers coming. Not to mention not even an apology for the mistake and the food not coming along with everything else. Very disappointed to say the least! read more

I have never gone to a place and seen this much disrespect. The bartenders here need to learn how to respect not only their guests but their coworkers around them. Just so you know top golf, people see things. read more

First time coming to this top golf location and had a great time. Everybody was very friendly especially one of the employees named Tina. She explained how the their system worked and helped me and my friends get set up. She was great and a huge help! read more

This place is amazing!! I was up there last Friday night just to enjoy the weather and have some adult beverages. I had been there before to golf but tonight was just to relax. I sat at the terrace bar and had the pleasure of having Kim F. as my bartender. She was terrific!! I would/will go there again just so get a drink from her. She made my night. She was fun, energetic and really personable. Plus she made me some really great cocktails. I look forward to coming up there again and making sure I sit wherever Kim will be working. read more

My family and I went there and it was a great time. We had an amazing experience and thanks to an associate by the name of Corbin we were able to enjoy our time and our food! The speed of service was amazing and it was really fun time for everybody. I would highly recommend it! read more

Went on a tuesday night no wait, but the food took FOREVER! we had to pay for another hour and half just to wait to eat our food and when i asked for a manager his excuse was just "the kitchen is behind" except the tables around us were getting their food! with that kind of excuse i feel like top golf delays the food so you HAVE to pay for more time in the bays! I sent an email to top golf and haven't heard from them. I give 2 stars because we did have a good time playing with first time out of town guests. I explained that i shouldn't have to pay more just to eat their food but the manager didn't see it as a problem i guess. read more

Joined Topgolf on my 50th Birthday and went again last night will great friends. There were 9 of us all together and we took up two bays. My two boys and their three sons in one and the adults even though the boys range from 19 to 23 in the other. They constantly had people around to help us with the computer set up or asking us if we would like to order more food. Our glasses were always full and we had a great night hitting balls in November. Awesome! Great way to have your kids around have fun and have a couple of drinks. Well worth the money. Also wanted to mention that after the boys left we stayed in the bar to have a night cap. The bartender Kim was fantastic! Made great drinks and we felt so comfortable that we decided to stay later then we ever imagined. Thanks Kim! read more

Top Golf is not Small business friendly. I have been trying to book two bays for a company outing for 8 people. All of their packages require food and drinks with the bays. I told them I have a budget of $500 for this outing and only need the bays for 2 hours. I was told the lowest they have for a two hour package for 8 people and 2 bays is just over $600. I again explained I have a budget of $500. Mind you I'm trying to book for a Friday afternoon at 2:30, not a busy time. I was told the only way I could reserve 2 bays ahead of time next to each other is to book the $600 package. I would think the fact that I'm stating we are considering spending $500 for two hours of their time would be incentive to at least guarantee us 2 bays next to each other. My only option is to show up and hope we are able to get 2 bays together, which if not, this company outing will be a bust and we will not be ordering food an drinks. read more

Today I went out expecting to have a good time as it was my first experience. It was 345pm and I paid previous time for 3+ hours. Enjoyed my time in that matter, had many drinks and appetizers. As the time was wining down around 645 at the end of my "paid time" the busboy AND MANAGER were hovering over my table. I had 3 minutes left and the manger preceded to step over the RED LINE- AS I WAS STILL PLAYING MID SWING(restricted area for ANYONE to cross over) to wait until our remainder time was up. The second our time reached to 0:00 the manager decided to swipe his card without saying a word to us to reserve the table for the next party. What if we wanted to play another game?? I asked. He said "oh were you not done?" I cannot believe HOW RUDE MANAGEMENT WAS. The bus boy was not just standing BEHIND our table but literally on the edge of the corner. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life. How could they treat high paying customers this way? We spent over 400$ in total for the day? Besides the rudeness of management and inconsideration, our server Jennifer was wonderful. Other than her, our first experience was a bust with customer service. read more

Anyone thinking about buying a gift card needs to know this. The gift card itself cannot be used in the bays to play golf. It can only be used for food / drink / merchandise. You can however, transfer funds from the gift card to your golf playing card. When you do this, Top Golf takes 7.25% off the top, so when you transfer $100 from the gift card to a playing card with a zero balance, you will now have $92.75 on your playing card. The facility is awesome and yes, it is expensive to hit golf balls there. The food is average and the employees are very helpful. We had lunch in the bar on the main level and ordered a moscow mule. In order to get the drink served in a copper mug, you had to order the Kettle One vodka. I don't usually order premium vodka when it will be mixed with beer but they do not allow that option. I thought that was ridiculous. I guess it had something to do with the branding on the Mugs. I think Top Golf can afford to go out and buy a supply of generic copper mugs. read more

Management is brutal. Worst management I've seen at any facility. They stand around and talk to their employees for 20 mins. I saw one manager sitting on his computer in the bar and another employee needed help, he didn't even bother to help the employee. I also walked past the kitchen on our way to our bay and saw one of the chefs on his phone and computer right next to the line where all the food is prepped and cooked.. DISGUSTING!!! The managers don't even come to the tables to see how everything is going or asking how we're enjoying our expierience. The food is overpriced and not even good. I ordered the brisket grilled cheese and it felt like a soggy wet rag and the cheese wasn't even melted. I also ordered the bacon Mac and cheese spring rolls. It looked like cat vomit. I even saw the head chef walking around the bar. He didn't even go up to any of the tables to see how we liked the food. Awful management. Just awful. Our waiter was super nice and the bartender was very attentive and outgoing. The golf is very fun. The staff is very friendly and attentive but the management is brutal. read more

Today was a an experience I will never forget. A group of friends an I gather together to play a few rounds that ended up costing about 90$ to play. But is was worth it. We had an amazing time, including the fact that an angel sent down from god to help us. We experienced a shortage on money, so this man, a god sent, gave us free chips and salsa. But lets backtrack. Before this, we had just enough money to order a small container of fries, which lasted about 30 seconds for us to eat, then it was gone. About half an hour to an hour passes and we are all still very hungry. This amazing man, asks us if we would like some chips because he saw how hungry we were. This man knew he wasnt going to get a bulky tip, let alone one at all. But he said "I'll see if i can get you guys some chips." Which was music to all of our ears. We waited in eagerness for the chips, that soon came around. We devoured them in under a minute, not caring about how much time left we even had on our 90$ game. He soon came around again and asked us "want a free refill on your free refill?", I immediately said yes and thanked him gratefully. Once again, the chips come around and we chomp down on them in record time. He comes around again and asks us if we got our second bowl because we ate it so fast. I said "yeah, we did." And he smiled and asked if we would like another. My friend said "no", but I said "yes please." Not because i was greedy or taking advantage, but I hadn't eaten in hours. Surely the 3rd round of chips came around, and we ate those fast too. Not realizing ws had about 5 minutes left on our game. So we come back to the game and then realize that we had not much time to play. So then thats when we hit the golf balls like no other. The game was finished quickly, and our god sent waiter comes around again. I ask him "can I have the check?", assuming that I have to pay for the fries my friends and I ordered. He says "No, thats okay guys." Those four words changed our outlooks on the entire top golf facility. Not only the fact that their workers are extraordinarily nice, but the fact that this single man can make so many people days is incredible. From this day forward, I will never stop until I can find a way to repay this man. God bless you Top Golf man, god bless. read more

It was Saturday night at 7:00p prime time one of the first warm days before spring begins. I figured that it would be busy. I called ahead of time to get information and was greeted with their automated phone system that states there are no reservations taken. So I drive 35 minutes to get to this location find great parking in front. My 9 year old son and I unload our clubs and walk up excited to try the food and golf range. I wait in line and I am met by a member of the staff, very friendly. I get my turn up at the counter and ask for a bay from which we can play and eat. The person behind the counter says the wait is three hours! No tables for food or a spot at the range for three hours! They don't take reservations, they don't tell you on the phone or website how long the wait is currently. I think that is crap! The bar is open, as if I drove there because I just couldn't find another bar. That is very arrogant. I wouldn't waste my time with this place. I can wait until the real golf ranges open. read more
