Let me start off by saying that you don't have to be good at golf to have a good time here. With the different number of interactive games and music you won't be disappointed. I recommend coming with a big party to add to the experience. read more

Customer service was lacking, our waitress took her lunch break and the young lady that was too cover that break, did not check in at all. I tried going to the bar to purchase a drink and was turned away as I could not purchase a drink from there. She said our person should cover that. The place is way overpriced. read more

This 2 generous two star review is for the online team Handling emails. I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because partially the misunderstanding was on my end, but it was their job to clear it up as much as possible. I asked to speak to a "red shirt manager" multiple times and they ignored my requests every time . Booking the NYE Event was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Luckily top golf had some sense in hiring people Kevin C &. Tatiana (nice name lol) Kevin made sure he made up for the absolute nonsense I had to endure booking and Tatiana made sure we were taken care of at the bay. If it wasn't for them i don't know what would have been of the night. As for the NYE Event , I think (hope so) will be better next year.. maybe bc it's there first time it was unorganized and not well put together. Food was mid and service was 4/10. Just a bunch of kids passing out food and making us pick our desserts from the trays with our fingers or napkins because they didn't put out serving tongs until we asked. It was just messy and unorganized from beginning to end. My kid really wanted to do this so I made it happen. But prob will only stick to the Vegas one . read more

Love top golf. It's always a fun place that you can do on a date or take the family. Definitely recommend because it's not too expensive and fun to go to read more

This place clearly does not know how to run a business to scale. Empty tables, empty golf bays. We left after an hour of drinking water. Guarantee we would have spent $300-$400 on over priced food and drinks. read more

Great service from Jason & great experience at this location, good food and vibes for date night.

My experience here today was not great. I love the environment and the vibes but honestly the service is horrible. I had ordered a salad around 3:30pm and after an hour of waiting i politely asked about it and the server could not care less and walked away to what looked like put in the order. At this point everyone at my table had already finished their food. After another 35 minutes FINALLY my salad came out and i wasn't even hungry anymore at that point. So essentially i order at 3:30 and didn't get my food until around 5:10. So disappointed :(( Side note: the security guy with the whistle was so nice and made the crowd fun so thumbs up to him:) read more

Expectations were so high when we made the reservation and so dissatisfied with the whole experience. Manager did not care and reading the comments now I can see why. Arrived 20 min early asked for a top level said NO: Asked for extra time they said no because they are closing that section but now we can go up. Just drive to El segundo or Ontario you will be treated better read more

Celebrated a birthday here recently and all I can say is horrible experience! The customer service was horrible, the security let us through with homemade brownies but then got told to put it out of our mouths & hands when eating it at our bay by some rude worker, and later asked to throw it out by a worker who said it was fine to have them because they thought it was "edibles." As well as a worker standing by our bay for the last 15 minutes of our gameplay, and asking us 3 minutes before the time was ending to start cleaning up like we were the clean up crew... Very weird experience I had here and definitely weird because they've let me bring brownies before! read more

Unimpressed with the customer service. One of the bartenders refused to take my order because it was the "bay waitress' job to" but she was nowhere to be found for 30 minutes. Bartender needs better people skills, when asked for the reasoning he got very defensive. Terrible service. read more

Horrible reservation system! Sister and I wanted to book 2 bays together. She was booking hers and I was booking mine but all the sudden...times were not available after 1 of our bookings were completed. I called to see about editing the reservation and was told I had to cancel 1 which leads to $39 no-refundable deposit. Didn't offer any credits and still had to book the two bays....Doesn't feel good especially with the fact we are actually trying to give them more business. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! And their excuse was that they just opened, which is understandable but they could've provided a better solution to a mistake THEY made and were accountable for. We arrived 20 minutes early to for our reservation. They told us to wait and we would get a text in about 10 minutes when our bay was ready for us. After 10 minutes pasted our reservation we had not received a text so we returned to the front desk, the girl assisting us left to speak to someone and when she returned we got our text. Given this was 15 past our reservation time we CONFIRMED with her our time will start once we arrive at the bay and those 15 minutes we had to wait would not be counted. She ASSURED us we would be able to pay for our 2 hours no problem. Arriving to the bay, technology was a little confusing we did have our bay waiter explain some rules, which was just one person pass the red line but no explanation on anything else. We had to start the game THREE times before it worked properly. Food was okay, hummus was good and buffalo wings tasted like bww. An hour into our game we noticed we had 39 minutes remaining on our time which confused us and we asked our waitress and she called a manager over. We explained the situation and they took accountability it was an error on their part, but best they can do was give us 15 dollars off a $250 bill. WTH?! Second manager came and told us he could give us the 15 dollars off and 45$ credit for our next visit. We only wanted to play our 2 full hours. They eventually just gave us 50% off the remaining balance (since we left a deposit for our reservation) for the golf only. ONLY TO FIND OUT this is not the first time they did this. After reading reviews this is a reoccurring error and previous customers got the whole game for free! The reason they claimed they couldn't give us our 15 minutes was because they were extremely busy. Yet the table next to us was free for an HOUR. 30 seconds after the time was up a third manager and the waitress came to remove us from the bay. They offered to move our unfinished drinks to the common area. Which we did and it took us 30 minutes to finish our drinks and by that time the bay we had left was STILL empty and the bay that was empty for an hour next to us was seated 20 minutes after. After all this we still left the waitress a generous tip since this was not her fault. Yet while we finished our drinks in the common area she kept giving us ugly looks and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. DO BETTER. They could've just added the 15 minutes and they would've still had 15 minutes to clean and prepare the bay for the next guests assuming they sat someone down after we left the common area. For the price definitely not worth it. Everything was rushed and majority of the time we were dealing with managers. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

Reservations online were easy to make. Got there and checked and we got a text message when our bay was ready. We went with kids and they brought out smaller gold clubs for them. Our service was A+ from server working our bay to those being us our food/drinks. Stared with one server and then when he was leaving switched to another, Mariah T who was A++. Bathrooms were clean and whole ambiance was super cool. Definitely coming back soon!! read more

Giving one star because their summer promo pass is such a scam. My kids had a lot of fun their first visit so we decided to get the summer pass. We've attempted to use the pass 3 times already and every time, it's been over an hour wait even though there are empty bays. Twice, by the time we got a bay, we have less than an hour to play before it's blackout hours so we need to pay more. Looks like they limit only a few bays to be used with the summer pass so we get pulled in just to pay more. Wish that was disclosed to us before we got the pass read more

It's a fun place with good ambiance to take the family and have fun while hitting some golf balls. Service was ok. Waiting a bit longer than expected for drinks to arrive or for the waitress to take the next drink order. Food was ok. Regular bar food. Nothing spectacular. read more

Me and my family always come here , the staff is amazing and the environment is also very great . Not to mention the food 10/10!!!

Warning: caught stomach flu here! Went for a friends bday on Friday 11/22. Service and entertainment were all OK except for a few food and beverage missteps that ultimately caused me to get sick. First, we ordered drinks and the limes we were given tasted awful and bitter. When we received our food orders at our Bays, we were not given utensils or napkins until I asked. Even when I asked, we were only given a few sets. Not everyone received their own so some of us were left to share. The next day, I woke up with severe stomach pain and vomiting. It should be mandatory for guests to receive clean silverware and plates especially if they are touching golf clubs during their stay. read more

Love it.... it's not a real golf experience but it is so good for so many different players. From kids to seniors, everyone can have a fun time. The food is meh (come on guys step it up) but that's a different review. I would go weekly if real golf didn't take priority. kudos to montebello! read more

Great service! Sandi and Giselle were great and we all had an amazing time! Definitely going back

Worst experience ever. We booked double bays which had a 3 hour wait. Waited the whole time and when we were called they said only one bay was reserved. How does this happen? Complete waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs read more

So we've been to the location numerous times coming in the morning for the $20 deal. Bring our own clubs and use our own tee. Today they tell us we can't use our own tee they have to be the low ones they provide. Ask for an explanation as to why, and the reason being is with a high tea, you could hit it over the fence. I've been playing golf for about 25 years and only a six handicap but I know better that you would have to hit your driver 600+ yards with a height over 200ft + to carry that back fence. I was told her someone here that can do it still waiting on that person. If you're gonna stop someone from using something at least give a realistic explanation. So I'm call BIG BS on that example. read more

Horrible service. We reserved for 6 people, they gave us a 5 people table. We requested additional chairs, and server brought us additional chairs, than manager came and tried to take the chairs away. The manager thought we took the chairs from the bay next to us, and tried to take the chairs back. Than we ordered desert. They took the order, knowing our time is about to end, and 5 mins later came and kicked us out, while the desert wasn't ready. They said you can have your desert at the patio, we are busy. We'll if you are busy maybe you shouldn't take the desert order. Never going back to this loclocation. read more

Briana racially profiled me and my party , accused my party of having alcohol and had security sit close to our table after she lingered for 25 mins and asked to smell a cup ... proceeded to Harass about having 5 chairs but other tables had 6/7 tables around us ... the server abandoned us and never saw her again and was blacklisted and didn't get any service after that encounter besides another server coming to give us the bill ... one the security guards checked us prior to us entering the building read more

Went in to eat and watch sports Sunday. Ordered food and never came out. Manager was unreasonable and we could not get answers on why other people received food before us even though we had ordered prior to them arriving. They said food was an hour wait and it wasn't even busy. We cancelled order since it didn't come out and manager said there was nothing she could do because we cancelled. If we wanted food we would have to wait again and no discount would be applied. Also food portions from what I can tell, from people around us are really small and the price does not justify the portion. Eat before you come here. Management has poor attitude about any issues and casts blame on clientele, maybe it comes out of their pay checks. Golf only at this spot. 2nd time having an issue here with food and management. read more

I have been here 3x, and each time, service is not the best. I've had 2 gift cards that each time I've tried to use them, there's an excuse of why I can't use them, although I mentioned these prior to my reservation. Also, as your time is going to be up, it is the only time the servers will hoover over you/your party to make sure you are getting ready to leave. The customer experience needs to be elevated for the prices being collected. So far, it's been unenjoyable and frustrating. read more

Terrible customer service -- felt targeted and mistreated would not recommend coming here at all if you don't want to get treated badly don't go. Had a horrible experience at Topgolf. We were told not to go on the grass (which we respected), but one of us lightly picked up a ball that rolled onto the grass -- and we were still standing on the concrete, barely half an inch away. Staff told us twice not to go on the grass, and said we'd only be kicked out after a third time. We agreed and were careful not to step on it again. But just 12 minutes later, they told us to leave anyway, claiming that "two times is too much." After we paid So why lie about a third warning? It felt personal -- like they just didn't want us there. The way it was handled made us question whether it was racially motivated. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't care about the customers or the Topgolf reputation. No professionalism, no courtesy, just gaslighting and attitude by all of the workers staring us down the 3 women just gaslighting completely unacceptable also they said that they were lying and just wanted us out they didn't want to show the cam footage because they were lying Disappointing and unacceptable. Probably Won't be coming back workers just don't care about anything but there self And other people got the reservation right after isn't that ironic. Will be contacting the manager and We've documented everything and will be escalating the situation through the appropriate steps. We are also considering all proper recourse to ensure this matter is addressed fully. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. This place is racist, if you're not latino or white do not come. We ran into a minor issue and then the security guarded us for the rest of our whole night. We went to the restroom and walked outside to a security guard waiting for us?? like who does that?? so weird. and then another white security guard literally follows us to the door. Such a weird way to exit someone out for no major problem. and as i'm writing this he is still watching us outside in the parking lot. Golf version of a bowling alley. Food was slow and not particularly tasty. Very expensive, they even want to charge for signing in.

This place deserves 0 stars. We had a large group of 12 people so we had 2 bays and one employee kept wacthing us since the minute we got there he would just stand there and watch us play. First of all we never got offered to order any food or drinks until we had asked. I had gotten a drink and I handed it to my friend next to me and the employee saw and asked to see his id when it wasn't even his drink since it was in his hand he said he has to throw it away and we said okay, then later on they brought security to kick him out and then security threatened to fight him up if he was gonna talk back. read more
