This is a late review, but I was so excited to see that Top Golf opened up by my parents' house!! We decided to have a family driving range night and it ended up being a lot of fun. In terms of golf, I love how high tech everything is! I've been to other driving ranges but none of them tracked scores and showed replays of your swings the way Top Golf did (I'm not even sure how they were able to get the replays!). Alongside that, there was a variety of different clubs to choose from and they were all conveniently located next to your lane. The seating area itself is also nice. They also have a menu where you can order food and drinks. All in all, everyone had a great time! The only con I would say is that this spot is BUSY. We came on a Friday night and the wait time was about 2 hours long. Alongside this, employees also seem like they're stretched a little thin and we sometimes had a hard time finding someone when we had questions or wanted to order food.

If I won the lottery, there would be signs... okay parking is amazing and inside is really nice too. They were also chill about late stays, but its soo far that I really wish they had one in oc area . Also quite pricy but u do pay for the experience. Their top golf cup drink does have decent alcohol but flavor wise is whatever. The cup is plastic and u can keep it but kind of cheap. Mac and cheese balls are decent bite not goopy or too heavily cheesy tasting rather neutral and popable. The platter had a good variety, wings were solid especially the one with sesame, sliders were okay. It takes some effort to balance eating g and getting your runs in to maximize the experience. It can be hard to flag down a server to get service and takes some time. Top golf is really fun in the gameify aspect where even if u suck u can win as long as u suck consistently. I do wish there was a tutorial for someone who never golfed and it is pretty. Definitely not for someone as a professional golf range, but its nice to see the tracking of where it lands and how far so u can adjust. The games are fun too. Its a really good time with a group of friends so I wish it was closer to use the happy hour specials so I could practice haha

I loved the atmosphere here and the vibez! I came for my boyfriend's dad's birthday, and we got a bay on the top floor. It was such a nice setup! It was definitely hot outside, but thankfully they had plenty of fans, which helped make the heat a little more bearable. They had a pretty good selection of food and drinks, although I'll be honest... it's a little pricey. But if you're splitting everything with your party, it's not too bad. I did the build-your-own margarita and still have no idea how much I paid for it because it wasn't listed on the menu. We also got the Fairway Feast ($67.99), and honestly, it was delicious! The boneless wings were a hit! We got the Asian and Buffalo flavors, and both were SO good. The sliders were also really tasty! My only real complaint (besides the prices) is that they NEED to give you wet napkins. Trying to eat while also playing was a whole struggle, especially since we only had two hours. By the end, I was basically choosing between eating and golfing. Overall, though, I had a really good time! Just one VERY important PSA: STRETCH BEFORE YOU PLAY. It's been TWO DAYS and my back and arm are still sore. Apparently I thought I was a professional golfer for those two hours.

Parking 5/5 -Free parking lot with plenty of spots Service 5/5 -Check in was quick and staff was friendly and helpful Experience 5/5 -I went on a super hot day but the fans in the bay were strong and definitely helped. Super fun experience mixing driving range and games that score every hit and you can play with whoever you are sharing the bay with. I only had iced water and didn't order any food but would look forward to trying their food next time.

Family fun and summer pass! Great experience. We play and hang out for a two hour period and we get to reserve Bays in advance. Easy parking. Fun food options. Great service. Please come and create your own adventure.

Wow! Just, wow! I don't know where to start other than this place is incredible. Last Sunday my wife surprised me with a surprise birthday party that included 11 of my closest friends. It was mine and a few other others first time here with the other few friends haven't been here before. And I must say, this place just blew my mind. From top to bottom my experience wasn't incredible. I say it all the time, I am a customer service first type of guy in this place and every employee I interact with just hit it out the park. Started with the first manager that helped my wife check in, Iris H. Then the second floor manager, Steph P. And our bay host Sophia, I. Those were the three main employees that my party and I interacted with. They were so sweet, helpful and attentive, it made our experience so much more fun and smooth. The music throughout our two hour party from beginning to end was a vibe lol turned out. It was the manager Iris's playlist! Just saying, for a good time always make sure you're there when she is on shift. The food was also really good. Sometimes at places like this the food isn't good or is much to be expected from. But this place had phenomenal food, and my friends and I ate a lot of different things lol golfing with friends and the options of golf games there's a lot of fun. Having a handful of gaming options also makes for more fun and allows you to mix it up throughout your gameplay time. I can't rave enough about this place, but I'm going to keep this review short. Overall, I highly highly recommend this place for an amazing time of any occasion. I know me and mine will be back sooner than later, and I hope to get lucky with the same employees as I did this first time.

Sharon Joy O.

This place so SOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!!! We had the BEST server which made the experience so much more memorable. He was full of recommendation, attentive to our needs (even before we needed it), was always so happy to accommodate any request from our guest list. Drinks were sooo good and refreshing.. perfectly balanced with liquor and mix. I love the different levels of golfing experience.. I loved being on the 3rd floor! They had fans to keep the area cool. They had clubs (if you didn't own any). They were even open to a quick tutorial if you have never been there before (like me). Will I come back??? Heck YES!!! I had so much fun!!!! Love the little games on the screen and if you plan it right, you can definitely have more bang for your buck !!! Check out the app cause they have good deals on that too! Great place to escape reality with family and friends!

First time going to a driving range that is this elevated. I actually had quite a good time with my co workers. There was a sports bar, outside patio with some games, and a full bar. Although I did like my old fashioned I ordered I thought the glass was quite small. Plus when I ordered another one.. they used regular ice and it came less than my first cup, with one less cherry. Overall not consistent. The food we shared was quite good. Fries were crispy , wings are good, nachos are good. I enjoyed the sliders as well. There wasn't really any explanation of the different game modes, pretty much had to have one of my coworkers that went before explain, as well as how to stand and swing. Another thing was that we were not able to add more time (others were going to occupy the space?) I don't know how I feel about that. There are over 3 levels of bays. Anyways besides a few things I did have a good time, and would recommend to try it if you haven't. Until next time

What a great facility, top notch experience with this high tech driving range. the space offers both professional and leisure experiences, come for the golf or the atmosphere. awesome place to hang out as a group for a fun time or make it a date night. Full kitchen with pretty good food and extensive bar makes it easy and convenient. everyone is welcoming and helpful . Was fortunate to work on a tv series, as they accommodate productions. free lot for parking.

Mango frozen drink I forgot what it's called

I've been to this top golf location a few times and I really enjoy it. Our server the most recent time we went was okay, he kinda of came off rude when we were trying to order some items because I had questions about it and he answered with a tone like to rush us and it felt like I couldn't ask any questions about it. We did order the trio wings and the wings are not that great, they're dry. The Macaroni balls are really good as well as the hot honey pizza. I also got this frozen margarita thing I honestly forgot what it's called but it was really good. We also did have to go search for him which was kind of annoying cus he wouldn't come and check in with us. But other than that, the golfing itself is really fun, the place is always clean and me and my family always have a great time here

Mario S.

I've been to several Topgolf locations, including the one in Phoenix, while catching a Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks game, and overall, I feel like this one might need to revisit its customer service training. Although it wasn't terrible, it could definitely have been better. I had a reservation for a party of four, and we were greeted in our bay by what appeared to be a safety manager giving us a safety briefing, which was a nice touch. I believe our server's name was Leila, who gave us the same safety briefing and took our drink order. One of our party members wasn't drinking at the time because she was pumping breast milk, so she ordered water. The initial service was great, but it went south fast. I don't know where the breakdown occurred, but Leila was hard to find. All we wanted was another round of drinks, including water. We had to order it on their app. We eventually moved to the dining area, where we experienced better customer service. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will definitely come back again. I believe this was just a one-off night.

Kara L.

Right off the 60 freeway. Parking lot is huge with plenty of parking spots available. I made a reservation online for 1 bay in case the place gets busy/ or full. There's multiple floors, food is decent, you can order drinks and alcoholic drinks as well. We came in a gloomy day and it did sprinkle a little but since it's indoors and outdoors, it didn't affect our golfing. What's even amazing was that we witnessed a full rainbow during our time! Staff was also very nice and accommodating. This is definitely something fun to do with friends or family

Hen A.

came to topgolf montebello to hit some balls and get some drinks and snacks before dinner...the service was fine...placing orders and drinks came out quickly...drink prices were as expected....most drinks are about $9 and goes up for some more premium drinks...paid $13.99 for large nachos...$4.79 for fries...the driving range could be better for the price...mats definitely need to be replaced...so worn and not flat...balls come out so slowly...the clubs were sticky....the price for an hour was $83.99 in the evening and $42 to add half an hour...no wonder the driving range bays were mostly empty...having to pay for membership on top of the hourly rate was another surprise...asked what that was, but told everybody has to pay for membership to play...

Their security guard is out of control. I had just finished a Waterloo (sparkling water), tossed it in the trash, and he tried to stop me from coming in, demanding "young lady, what were you drinking?" Like seriously? Water?? Meanwhile, the person ahead of me threw away a Four Loko and wasn't stopped at all. He's rude, inconsistent, and acts like a wannabe super cop. If you've ever come around 9pm on a Friday, you'll know exactly which guard I'm talking about. read more

Disappointing! As much money as the company spent on this location, the system to assign booths is flawed. We made reservations days in advance for 6 people and when we showed up we were assigned a floor level booth. Horrible! After complaining, they called a manager who moved us to the 3rd floor. This process took 30 mins and we had to wait in the bar area and order food/drinks. After spending 20 minutes getting setup up, the manager came back and said "sorry this is a walk in booth" and we need to move too tons "reservation booth" which was in total BS. Won't go back to this location. PRO-TIP: Have patience as the wait staff is slow! Either they are short staffed or the super young waitress staff is just not motivated to refill drinks, checkup on orders, bring silverware, etc. Overall a bad experience for the process. For clarification, this photo is NOT the waitress. This girls just dropped off the food. She was a food runner so no fault on her. Update: Changed review to 3 Stars as management reached out to inquire. This shows us they care. I will be reach out to discuss the situation further. read more

My family and I visited Topgolf on Sunday, March 8 around 5:50 PM and had a disappointing experience. While we were waiting for our bay, my husband went to the bar to order a beer. The staff member who served him had just been cleaning tables and picking up trash and did not wash her hands before preparing the drink. When my husband politely brought this up to a manager in a red jacket, he made it clear he wasn't asking for a refund--he simply wanted a new drink made after proper handwashing. The manager prepared the drink, but as she walked away she made a comment to the staff member saying she wished she could throw the drink at my husband. My daughter overheard the remark. My husband, who is a U.S. Army veteran, calmly told the manager that the comment was inappropriate and walked away. We were disappointed by the lack of professionalism from someone in a leadership role. Raising a reasonable hygiene concern should never be met with disrespect. read more

SCAM ALERT On Thursday (3/6/25) night around 11pm I arrived to top golf with couple friends and got to our spot (215) and ordered food and alcohol. Order Don juilo reposado and first round was the reposado color and the second round was a clear color like it was Blanco told the server and she said it's Don juilo reposado so we ignored it and drank it and it was definitely not reposado. So we just played golf and ate and when we asked for the bill the bill was roughly $284 so gave her $300 and left tip on table. We sat around finishing our food and I asked another server for our receipt and he came back with the bill being $204 and I asked that server how come our bill is $204 I just saw it being $284 and my friends saw the same thing and went back and forth and she came back out giving me $100 and said sorry... So everyone double check the bill and ask for receipt Update: what they said after I messaged them Hi John, thanks for sharing! We've shared your information with the manager. So, I really wanted to have a wonderful experience at this location, but sadly it didn't hit the mark. One, just from the get go, our 21 year old (newly 21 celebrating her 21st) called to reserve a bay and asked all kinds of questions regarding the bay and minimums and guests. Etc....... When we get there she visits the front desk for check in and again asks some questions and is simply told to wait in the bar area on the 3rd floor and wait to be called. We get to the bar area and it's a shit show to say the least. The bartenders and staff were WONDERFUL! super helpful and as accommodating as they could possibly be. But then we get called to out bay. And when though we we're told the bay could accommodate our 10 guests only 8 could play. A few of us weren't going to play at all but sit with out group and order food and drinks for her 21st bday. Instead security said it didn't matter how many were really playing 2 of us had to go sit in the bar area away from our party. I think that was the most ridiculous thing a business could do. One is we would buy far more food and alcohol if we were able to simply sit with our group. Second had they watched, they would have seen only like 6 really played. The bar area has no wait staff, so we have to order from the bar. Which got packed. The overall experience sucked big time and as a group consensus on how Top Golf handled her 21st bday makes it an easy decision to not recommend this place or return. Again the bar area staff was great! (except for the "security" for the place that had no common business sense. WE WERE PARENTS TRYING TO SIT WITH OUR KIDS. ) SAVE YOUR MONEY! Take them to other more accommodating fun options. =) and ones who care about the celebration you're attempting to bring to their establishment. Disappointment!!! read more

Blindly you get charged for the can of redbull per your drink order. $8 plus for a can. Without your knowledge. And it's done very nonchalant. You're left with no choice to pay for it. So instead of using one can to fulfill the drinks. It's one can per drink. Great service from our Bay server, Dee! I've been to the Top Golf in El Segundo for my boyfriend's 41st birthday. The service in El Segundo's Top Golf left little to be desired. We had to track down our sever and everything took so long to come out. Needless to say our first time experience there was not a pleasant one. Top Gold in Montebello, everything was great. The drinks were good, great ice. Beer was nice and cold. Easy to log into our account, and our server made sure we had a very pleasurable experience. He was ON IT! We were celebrating my brother in laws birthday . Whatever we asked for, we are reasonable people, he went above and beyond. He interacted with us and our guest and was so friendly and professional. Not once did we have to wonder where he was. I hope he keeps up the amazing work and keeps that positive fun attitude. If there is any way to request him for your upcoming event, do it! Won't be disappointed. Location is newly built so everything is nice and new. Right off the freeway so easy to get to. Definitely coming back to this location in the future. read more

ive come here multiple times in the past and this is by far one of my favorite places to go with friends and family. from the service to the experience, everything is on point. there is such a big variety of foods to choose from, so there's something for everyone. in my opinion, their wings are top tier. next, the people who assist you at your bay are always so incredibly kind and will make sure your needs are fulfilled. finally, i feel that when you're there, you are surrounded by so many happy people having fun, and it brings me joy as well. you should definitely try coming here to celebrate a special occasion, or even to simply have a fun outing! The golf itself was great and very fun to play the problem was everything else. It started when I just wanted to plan a birthday event for myself and instead of planning with someone at the location itself, for some reason I had to plan with someone all the way across the country which made no sense. When I simply said I wanted a party for this amount of people, they start throwing all these bundles and packages at me and making everything so much more complicated. I was then promised a taco bar would come with my package and when I show up they say that there's not even tacos at that location so that was very irritating as well. Even when I got there they told me to just go up and find my way to my area when I had no idea where I was going and no one was going to escort me there considering I paid so much and I arrived earlier like they said in the email and I still ended up waiting over 10 minutes. When I got to the table it wasn't even ready and I had to stand around for like another 5 minutes too. I understand it was a busy Friday night but the service was so slow and annoying to deal with but of course the second it's time for my event to end they want to all of a sudden be on top of it and professional and get me out of there. I'd come back on a random day with a friend or two but this is one of the last places I'd plan a big party at very hard to deal with. read more

Friday night I went to Top Golf with some friends, believe it or not it was our first time and wanted to see what the hype was about. We requested the third floor and yes there's elevators if you don't feel like walking the stairs. As we waited for our host we were greeted by the Manager Sandy, we had a few questions and she was very polite and helpful. She even recommended the Cheesy Macaroni Bites and Asian Sesame Wings boy oh boy she did not disappoint, they were delicious. Shout out to our host Nathanial, it was pretty busy but he was very attentive and didn't make us feel rushed. As for golfing I need a lot of work lol but I'm definitely coming back! read more

Came here to enjoy some free time with friends but ended up just regretting coming. Service took forever, 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and 45+ minutes for the food to arrive. Definitely recommend this place if you are going to a different location however this one lacks the hospitality expected from a Topgolf. Edit- food took over an hour and never came . read more

Went to Topgolf for a fun night out with friends to celebrate my bday, and for the most part, it delivered. The golf was super fun and a great atmosphere, easy to use tech, and perfect for all skill levels. The food was surprisingly good too better than your average and our waitress was attentive and friendly throughout most of the evening. Unfortunately, the experience took a hit when my card went missing. I asked the waitress where my card was and she said it's with the receipt. I verbalized it wasn't there. Somehow, it ended up on the floor, and another employee (a lady in red) found it. While I'm grateful it was found, there was no apology or explanation, which felt a bit careless and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but a little accountability would've gone a long way. Overall, I'd go back but I'll be keeping a closer eye on my card next time or pay cash instead. read more

Horrible staff service in the patio especially from Lindsey or whatever her name was, I asked for a birthday shoutout for my baby nephew first time being at Topgolf and she failed me. She was quick enough to bring me my check then to accommodate me and my family. I asked once early throughout the game for the shoutout then my check was brought to me half way through my game and then I asked again after receiving my check and 20min go by and my bay time is over and yet my birthdays shout out was not achieved. Then the "head person in charge" which was IRIS did absolutely nothing to fix the situation nothing but "okays" from her and then to tell me the waitress was backed up but not once was this communicated to me from her about it I would of understood but it didn't seem like it, I had seen the waitress walking back and forth doing absolutely nothing idk if that's what's considered "backed up". I would have appreciated if Iris could've done something about the situation instead of "okays" an " I'm sorry can I please offer you extra bay time and still have the shout out come out" or something other than "okay" like she doesn't give a crap, I wouldn't be writing this review , I hope this review gets to the headquarters or whoever is above iris who is so called the "highest person in charge" she's needs to do better with her associates. Overall food and bartenders on the first floor were exceptional. read more

First time here and won't be coming back. Walked in and told the front desk receptionist it was our first time, and wasn't given any instruction on how to proceed. After waiting almost an hour, we got a text message telling us to walk up to our bay. After finding our way to our spot, we had to flag someone down to ask how to proceed as it was our first time. He told us we needed to create accounts for each person, put in individual contact info, and pay an extra $5 each to start a membership. Would have been nice to know before we waited an hour to walk up to the area. On top of this, my mother was still confused on how to get the balls, and she asked additional questions yet was very rudely addressed and told to "look online". After hearing this we were all taken aback at the blatant disrespect shown to my mother. The employee walked away and we all looked at each other in disbelief. Very disappointed and we walked out and have no plans of ever returning. read more

Been here before and had a great experience, however today I went with a group of friends and we didn't have a reservation, so we asked what the wait time was and the ladies at the front desk said 5 hours meaning we would be in at around 10:30pm which sounded ridiculous. This location is okay but it does compare to the Ontario location. The atmosphere is okay but not as lively, energetic or fun as ONT. The food is not the best it's okay. The service needs work. We visited TopGolf Montebello for Mother's Day and had an absolute blast as a family! It was such a fun and memorable experience that we decided we definitely want to return for Father's Day. This time, we planned to bring another family along to join in the fun. Since we were new to this platform and "entertainment" venue, we made two separate (1 bay) reservations. Our family already had memberships, so we wanted our friends to create their own accounts and handle their memberships and reservation independently. Our goal was to call TopGolf and have them combine our two reservations so both families could enjoy the time together while still managing our own memberships and payments separately. However, when we called the venue to request this, we were told it wasn't possible to combine the reservations. We were instructed to cancel our reservations online and book two bays under one account/one reservation. At this point, they don't have any more times available that day, and we are afraid to cancel our two current reservations and not be able to make the two bay reservation. In this day and age, with all the technology available, it seems like there shouldn't be an excuse for not being able to put two reservations together, especially when all we wanted was to play together but pay separately. We haven't made it there yet for Father's Day, but we're already feeling quite disappointed about this situation. We hope that TopGolf can find a way to improve this aspect of their service in the future. Despite this hiccup, we're still looking forward to another fun outing, but with a bit of a sour note due to this reservation issue - as the two families will be in two different bays. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Topgolf and feel it's important to share what happened. From the beginning of our visit, despite ordering a significant amount of food and drinks, our server appeared irritated and annoyed. We were unsure of the reason, as we had been respectful and cooperative. At one point, my friend casually tossed his ID onto the table--not in an aggressive or confrontational way, just a minor, careless gesture, which the server seemed to take negatively. The server then loudly told him to "chill out." I stepped in to clarify that there was no ill intent, but instead of resolving the situation, the server called a manager and security. We were then escorted out without any meaningful conversation about what had occurred. This felt extremely unfair, as we were not given the opportunity to explain or de-escalate the situation. It seemed that the staff made a quick decision to stop serving us without hearing our side. We attempted to speak with management afterward to address the issue and seek some accountability, but our concerns were not acknowledged. It felt as though our perspective was dismissed entirely. To make matters worse, we were not offered a refund or any form of accommodation. Considering we traveled a long distance to visit, this made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was a very negative and disappointing experience. We will be posting on social media since we didn't get the satisfaction from red shirt manager . Thank you and hopefully no one comes to this location read more

I came here expecting to celebrate a special birthday with my group, but instead the entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and honestly upset. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were being judged and singled out--particularly because of the way some people in our group looked. There was a noticeable shift in attitude toward us compared to others, and it created a very tense and unwelcome atmosphere. As the night went on, things only got worse. Even before our reserved time was up, we began to feel rushed, as if they couldn't wait to get us out. What made it more frustrating was that we had already communicated to the manager, Sandie, that we were interested in extending our time by another hour. Instead of acknowledging us or giving any kind of clear response, she stood off to the side, avoided engagement, and made no effort to accommodate or even address our request. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. The way the situation was handled by management overall was disappointing. There was no attempt to communicate properly, no effort to make us feel valued as paying customers, and certainly no consideration for the fact that we were there celebrating something meaningful. Being rushed out while feeling judged and ignored completely ruined what should have been a memorable and happy occasion. I left feeling frustrated and honestly hurt. No one should feel singled out or unwelcome, especially when they're simply trying to celebrate a special moment. read more

Tonight at TopGolf, my best friend and I had such a memorable experience thanks to Alexis, the manager on duty. As two husbands and fathers, life gets busy, so our once-a-month trips to TopGolf have become a tradition for us. A chance to relax, decompress, and enjoy some much-needed downtime together. Alexis truly went above and beyond with her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we arrived, and her positive attitude turned a good night into a great one. It's rare to come across someone who not only manages a place efficiently but also creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. TopGolf is lucky to have her, and experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back every month. The wings were also absolutely delicious and definitely worth mentioning. That said, our experience with our server, Diego, was unfortunately disappointing. He seemed visibly annoyed throughout the evening, and the interaction that stood out most was when he came over before our allotted time was even over to let us know he was closing out our check without first asking if we wanted to order anything else. It made us feel rushed and unwelcome, which was disappointing considering how positive the rest of the evening had been. Overall, Alexis' outstanding hospitality truly saved the night and left the strongest impression on us. Thank you again for making us feel valued and cared for. read more

Absolute corruption! We bought the Summer Pass, but it's nothing more than a scam. Always have to wait, this time it was about an hour, so we went upstairs to wait. After about 15 minutes of waiting for our bay, 2 bays opened up, so I went downstairs to ask if we could have one. The manager immediately said the bays were reserved, without asking what numbers. Here's the rub, when we finally got a bay (about 35 minutes later) it was just a few away from the 2 empty ones. I watched both of the above mentioned bays. After we played for 2 hours, those two bays were still empty as we left. Food is terrible, literally the worst kind of bar food imaginable, and prices suck. It appears that staff has been told to provide limited services to the Summer Pass holders, your food goes cold before they bring you any silverware. Now someone wants me to contact them. Why? Do they want to give me some free crappy food to make it all better? News flash - this is exactly what you have instructed your staff to do to Summer Pass holders, make them feels like second class citizens, how are you going to make that better? Quite literally the worst joke ever played on the SGV. Was a regular at the Vegas location when they opened, if this is what they have become, it's a real shame. read more

Topgolf at El Segundo Review I recently visited Topgolf at El Segundo and had a mixed experience. While the facility is impressive with its modern setup, enjoyable atmosphere, and fun golfing experience, there was one significant downside that affected my visit. I was surprised and disappointed to find out that Topgolf does not allow guests to bring in unopened water bottles. As someone who needs to take medication regularly, it's important for me to have access to water at all times. Unfortunately, I was denied entry with my unopened water bottle, which made it challenging to manage my medication schedule during my visit. It's understandable that businesses have policies to maintain safety and control over what is brought into their premises, but making exceptions for medical needs should be considered. Providing accommodations for guests who have specific health requirements would go a long way in enhancing the customer experience. Overall, while Topgolf offers a great recreational activity, I hope they reconsider their policy on allowing guests to bring in essential items like water bottles, especially for those with medical needs. This change would demonstrate a commitment to customer care and inclusivity. read more

Our experience at this Topgolf location was unbelievably disappointing. The staff overall seemed uninterested and unprofessional, but the final interaction is what pushed it over the edge. As soon as our time was up, we were told we had to leave within minutes, even though we were clearly gathering our things and waiting for the rest of our group. The way the situation was handled felt rushed, rude, and completely lacking basic customer service. Manager sandy didn't make things any better. The attitude we received was dismissive and completely unnecessary. Instead of treating guests with respect, they acted like we were an inconvenience for simply packing our food and preparing to go. On top of that, the overall service throughout our visit was just as bad and slow, inattentive servers, little communication, and zero effort to make the experience enjoyable. At one point, things even felt uncomfortably confrontational, like one of the employees was more interested in escalating the situation than helping resolve it. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Birthday was definitely ruined. Definitely not a place I'd recommend, and I won't be returning. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. read more

Topgolf Montebello is a fantastic spot for a night out with friends, a casual date, or even a company outing. The setup is sleek and modern, with multiple floors of hitting bays that overlook the range. Whether you're a golf pro or have never picked up a club, the games are accessible and fun for all skill levels. The staff was welcoming and attentive, helping us get set up quickly and making sure our food and drinks arrived promptly. We had a small issue with one of the screens in our bay, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. The food and drinks are surprisingly solid--definitely not your typical sports bar fare. The wings were crispy and flavorful, and the injectable donut holes were a sweet highlight. Cocktails were on the pricier side, but well-made. What keeps it from being 5 stars? The wait times can get long during peak hours, and the price adds up quickly--especially if you're eating, drinking, and playing for a couple of hours. But overall, it's a great experience worth trying, especially if you're looking for something different and engaging. Would absolutely come back--especially for special occasions or group events! read more

I was really looking forward to my visit to Topgolf, but unfortunately, the experience didn't quite meet my expectations. When I called ahead, the staff told me there was no need to make a reservation. But when we arrived, we were placed on a waitlist and ended up waiting two hours for a bay. Once we were finally seated, we were given a spot way in the corner with a very limited view. When we asked if we could move to a better spot, we were told there were no other bays available. That part was pretty disappointing -- I really wish we had been given a better view, especially after such a long wait. On a positive note, our waitress was great. She was attentive and friendly, and the appetizers we ordered were good. Her service definitely helped balance out the experience a bit. Even though this visit wasn't the best, I'm willing to give Topgolf another try in the future. Hopefully next time we'll get a better bay with a better view -- something more in line with what makes Topgolf such a fun experience. read more

Exceptional Service from Adrian and Monique at Topgolf! Our recent visit to Topgolf was fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing servers, Adrian and Monique. From the start, they were both welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. They worked together seamlessly to make sure our group had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed or overlooked. Adrian was quick with drink refills and had great recommendations, while Monique made sure our food orders were spot-on and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Their teamwork and positive energy made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Whether it was keeping our area clean, handling a large group with ease, or just adding a fun and friendly vibe to the evening, Adrian and Monique went above and beyond. If you're planning a visit to Topgolf, you're in great hands with this dynamic duo. Thank you both for an awesome night! read more

When I think of exceptional customer service, Marlo and Jakob at Montebello Top Golf definitely come to mind. After a long day at work, my partner and I visited Top Golf on a Friday night but decided to reschedule our reservation due to exhaustion. Jakob was incredibly understanding and assisted us with rescheduling our reservation. He provided clear instructions and told us to ask for him when we returned. We decided to go back on a Wednesday, but Jakob was off that day. However, another manager, Marlo, was already informed about our situation by Jakob. Marlo went above and beyond to accommodate us, even comping the remaining balance, which was extremely generous. Employees like Jakob and Marlo, who go out of their way to enhance the customer experience, make all the difference. It was my first time at Top Golf, but thanks to the superb service, it certainly won't be my last. read more

Opted for an impromptu girls' night out at TopGolf in Montebello. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly security. Gathering at the bar while awaiting our turn, we found the bar staff to be attentive, serving up quick and well-crafted drinks; the sunset margarita was a particular delight. However, the nachos left something to be desired, and the boneless wings were forgettable. Once settled at our bay, our server, Dulce B., seemed distracted, perhaps due to the late hour or other factors. We had to procure our own plates and utensils, and water refills were requested multiple times, though begrudgingly provided as our allotted time drew to a close. Our departure felt rushed, as Dulce hurried to tidy up for the impending closure of the lower level. Overall, my inaugural experience at the Montebello location left much to be desired. read more

My experience at Topgolf Montebello was very disappointing. Our group was asked to leave for supposedly stepping onto the field three times. Initially, we were warned twice not to enter the field area. However, on the third occasion, a member of our group was picking up a ball clearly behind the grass, not on the actual field. Despite this, staff approached us and insisted we leave, wrongly claiming we had violated the rules again. When we clarified that no third violation occurred, the staff then stated that even two times was too many. If this was truly the case, it is unclear why we were not asked to leave after the second warning. The inconsistency and unclear enforcement of their rules made our visit unpleasant. I would not recommend this location due to their handling of this situation. read more

My first time at Topgolf, and I had a really fun experience! I'll be honest--I quickly learned that golf is a lot harder than it looks . I wasn't exactly hitting perfect shots, but I had a great time laughing, learning, and trying something new. The real MVP of the day? The loaded nachos! They were absolutely delicious and piled high with toppings. Every bite was packed with flavor, and they were easily my favorite part of the visit. If you're coming to Topgolf, do yourself a favor and order the nachos! The atmosphere was upbeat and fun, the service was friendly, and the overall experience made for a great outing. Even though my golf skills need some work, I'd definitely come back for another round--and especially for those nachos! Elite Tip: Come for the golf, stay for the nachos. read more

We had a great experience at Topgolf, largely thanks to Evelyn. She was absolutely wonderful, super friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked in often, made sure our drinks and food were handled quickly, and made us feel welcome the entire time. Her energy and professionalism really elevated our visit. While Evelyn was on her break, another server covered our bay, and unfortunately the difference was noticeable. She was far less attentive, and at one point even turned her back on us while we were speaking to her, which felt dismissive. That said, once Evelyn returned, the experience immediately improved again. Overall, we still had a great time, and Evelyn truly made our night. She's the kind of server who keeps guests coming back, and Topgolf is lucky to have her. read more

Topgolf is such a fun experience! It's the perfect mix of entertainment, friendly competition, and a lively atmosphere. The staff is upbeat and helpful, and the bays are clean, comfortable, and well set up -- great for groups, dates, or even team outings. The only reason it's not a full five stars is that the drinks are a bit on the weak side, and the food can be pretty greasy -- but honestly, that's kind of to be expected for this type of venue. It's more about the vibe and the fun than fine dining, and they absolutely deliver on that front. If you're looking for a place to relax, laugh, and hit a few golf balls while hanging out with friends, Topgolf is definitely worth a visit! Expect to pay $200 easy with 3 people. read more

I really enjoy going to Topgolf during the week when it's less crowded. The variety of games makes it a blast, even for someone like me who isn't a serious golfer. The food, however, is just okay. I'd love to see them improve their salad options, as they're pretty lackluster right now. The appetizer sampler was also a letdown. On the bright side, the burgers and chicken sandwiches were all delicious. The service was decent, but it can be tough to get a server's attention for small requests, like a water refill or extra ranch. A way to message the server would be a great addition, as it would save time and frustration. It's a big plus that they have clean restrooms and a bar on every floor. read more

I had the opportunity to visit Top Golf recently and overall, it was a fun experience. We reserved a spot from 9:30 to 11:30pm. The place was crowded! One aspect that was a bit disappointing was the price of the food. It felt a bit pricey for the portion sizes offered. It would have been great to see more value for the money spent. Additionally, we encountered some issues with the ball machine. It kept jamming and didn't dispense balls as expected, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience at Top Golf was enjoyable. The concept of combining golf with entertainment is unique and provides a great opportunity for friends and family to have a good time. read more

You have to be an actual pervert to do all this. Mind you we all girlies... Im scared of this place it makes me too uncomfortable. For the girlies, do not come here. I went to Topgolf on a Wednesday morning, and even though it was gloomy and drizzling, we still had an amazing time! We had a group of 9 people and reserved two bays on the second floor for 2 hours. I'd definitely come back again, especially at night when the lights and vibe are even better. Whether you're competitive or just want to hang out and have fun, Topgolf is a great spot for a group outing. Highly recommend! We didn't get a chance to order any of their food or drinks since we had lunch reservations elsewhere, but next time we'll definitely get some food at Topgolf to enjoy the full experience! read more

We rented two bays, which allowed up to 16 people, and that was perfect because we had exactly 16 guests including my husband, my daughter, and me. My husband wanted to invite more people but they are pretty strict and will ask you to leave if it is over the amount of people agreed on. The people we did invite are the ones closest to our hearts and our people. The others that are part of our lives and dear to our hearts, that is our CONSTANT ;) we celebrated the following weekend at a brewery. Lol Everyone had such a great time! The reservation was for two hours, but they were kind enough to give us an additional 30 minutes at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. It gave everyone a little more time to enjoy themselves without feeling rushed. And let's talk about the food... there was SO much food! Everything was delicious, and we had plenty of leftovers to pack up not just for us, but for our guests to take home too. That was definitely a pleasant surprise! The kids had an absolute blast, and it was just such a fun experience having our family and friends together. My husband's parents also brought a birthday cake, and we were able to share some with members of the Topgolf team, which made the celebration even more special. I want to give a special thank-you to Melissa Simpson, who I had been in contact with earlier in the month to help coordinate my husband's birthday celebration. I had a few special requests, one of which was having our bays on the highest floor--the third floor--with the nicest view. Melissa made sure that request was accommodated, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to make our celebration extra special. We had the best designated bay host, I believe her name was Alexis! She was so sweet and very attentive, as well as welcoming myself and all of our guests. Also to the Topgolf team for the thoughtful name cards they prepared for my husband. It was such a meaningful touch, and it made him feel extra celebrated. Thank you, so so so much for helping us celebrate my husband's birthday and creating such a fun, memorable experience for our family and friends. We truly had a wonderful time! And, we will be back soon!

Luxury Bowling Prices... Carnival Bowling Pins…read more $65 per person (including shoes) for a 2-hour Saturday night reservation? For four people, that's $260 to go bowling. At that price, I'm expecting a pretty elevated experience. Unfortunately, the value just isn't there. First surprise: the pins are on strings. Yep... strings. If you're positioning yourself as a luxury bowling experience and charging $60+ per person, traditional bowling pins feel like a pretty reasonable expectation. Cost-cutting and "luxury" generally don't make great teammates. And I could have sworn some of the pins had a bunny in them as they would occasionally hop. The place was also surprisingly empty for a Saturday night. Maybe word has gotten out about the bunny pins. We had already eaten dinner, so the plan was simple: bowling, a couple drinks, and dessert. They had two desserts -- Cinnamon Twists and a cookie with vanilla ice cream. Perfect! We ordered one of each. Five minutes later: Sorry, no Cinnamon Twists. No problem, we'll take two cookies. Ten minutes later: Sorry, we're out of vanilla ice cream too. Ummm Management... do we have a freezer back there? Ice cream is actually VERY talented at surviving in one. So, two drinks and three games later -- with plenty of gutter balls mixed in -- our $260 bowling adventure was complete. The bigger issue wasn't even being out of dessert. Things happen. But when a server has to return twice because items aren't available, that's usually the moment for a small hospitality gesture. Especially at this price point. My unsolicited management checklist: traditional pins, inventory counts before opening, maybe invest in that freezer, and a little hospitality recovery when things miss the mark. I'm sure the location does well with corporate events and spontaneous "let's go bowling!" crowds. But if you're actually planning a bowling night and care about the bowling experience and value? I'd roll somewhere else.
