Father's Day gift from the family. Just what I needed to focus and blow off some steam at the same time. There are several game options to choose from on the screen in your Bay. We ordered a couple of appetizers and beverages. Our server/host was great, she helped and provided everything we needed. The vibe was chill. I can honestly saw, I stepped up to the tee and started wacking away, didn't care much about scoring and points. and it felt really good. Looking forward to going back read more

This is a brand new Top Golf location. There is a big parking lot with a lot of clean air vehicle parking. There are also on site charging stations that allow customers to charge their car while playing golf. The first floor is lobby with reception, bar, and shops. Staff are friendly and helpful. My reservation is on the second floor. Elevator or stairs are available. Staff were constantly checking with us to see if we need assistant to set up our game. We also ordered food and drinks for happy hour. Food (typical bar food) was decent, and not great. Drinks were ok too. The only reason I took away a star was because it was pricy. Overall fun experience. read more

This 5 stars is mostly for our server, Racie. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and so helpful when we needed it. This was our first time at top golf and he made sure to accommodate us and was super quick when we needed anything. Thanks you Racie, will be coming back in hopes we get to see you again! read more

My family and I visited TooGold for Fathers Day. We all ordered our food around the same time. Everyone's food came out in a timely manner but my food never came out. I asked the bartender/waitress when my food would be out but she advised she sent it through the allergy section. I'm vegan but told her I'm not allergic. I waited another 30 minutes or so before asking again. By this time, my family had all already finished their food. I checked my receipt and saw that I ordered at 11:24am. I didnt get my food until 1:15pm. The manager did come out and advise he would void my payment for the food since it took so long to receive. read more

Don't come here. First of all, they cut you off after 3 shots. They said that's the limit. And supposedly they're watching you when you drink inside and while you're in a bay. So you can only have 3 shots total, when you're inside and outside: That's what Nick our server told us. Just FYI read more

Went here with a buddy on a Sunday morning. Wasn't busy, we had drinks, light brunch food items, and of course played some games. It was our first time at a Top Golf, so now I understand why many are starting to pop up. It really is fun even with no golf experience. I had not played a lot of golf for many years, so I knew I'd be rusty. But the games and scoring is very forgiving even if you hit the top of the ball and it doesn't come off the tee the way you intend. Yes, it is expensive, as expected because golf is expensive in general, but I would definitely go back. Will I get back on the course like I used to? Maybe not so much if I could just head to Top Golf. read more

Fun golf experience! Attended my nephew's birthday celebration with a party of 14 and 2 bay reservations. The server was friendly and informative. Waters were brought out right away which was appreciated as it was a very hot day. We ordered several appetizers such as mac n cheese balls, wings, potstickers and fries. My favorite were the mac n cheese balls! There is a bar and indoor seating for those who just want to hang out. It was my boys first time golfing and they loved it. They can't wait to come back! read more

I am a manager trying to plan an event for my end of year party. I went to top golf's website. Submitted my interest in having top golf host my event. I was expecting an event coordinator to reach out and for us to discuss menu options, dates, costs, etc. INSTEAD. Matthew Chiz sent me an invoice and a contract saying I need to leave a deposit in the amount of $1685.33 within a certain amount of days. Menu was finalized, alcohol drink tickets on the invoice(it's a work event so no that wasn't needed) ....... Ummmmm Matthew didn't even bother to speak to me before he decided what my menu was. And sent me an invoice. I emailed back saying I was trying to get into contact with someone who can help me coordinate/plan the event. He simply reply just sending your pricing... no guy. You sent me a finalized invoice for an event when we haven't even spoken. I then asked if I need to leave a deposit for him to even speak to me. Which he simply then replied giving me the menu guide. Matthew. Please change jobs. You're bad at customer service and you make it obvious you don't want to do your job as account manager. read more

Top Golf has always been a fun time even if you're not a fan of Golfing. Have celebrated an 18th, 35th and 41st birthday here and all have been a success. A lot of first timers have loved the experience, good food and drinks. Can get pricey so if you are uncertain I know they have certain days of the week they offer specials may be worth checking out. Definitely recommend for a casual friends night out, celebration and date night. Have had good service on all my visits which adds a nice cherry on top. Also, they have TV's everywhere big plus because one celebration took place at the same time of a Dodgers post season game. They have a nice big bar area you can still continue to hang out at when your time runs out at the Bays. read more

We had a two-hour birthday event at Topgolf Montebello, and while it was a lot of fun, I'd recommend booking a longer event if you can. Two hours flies by way too quickly at Topgolf! One thing to keep in mind is that if you're reserving bays for an event, you're required to include a food component, which can make things pricey. That said, the food was surprisingly better than I expected--definitely not just your typical event food. The staff was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had drinks or anything else we needed. However, we went on a super hot day, and the heat was brutal. I wish they had better fans because everyone was sweating, which put a bit of a damper on the experience. Overall, Topgolf Montebello is a great spot for a fun celebration, just be prepared for the costs and hope for cooler weather! read more

So unfortunate to start my experience here with a bad customer service interaction. My party had a reservation at 9:15pm and when we tried to call and move it back by 1 hour (when they had plenty of spots available) they said they couldn't help us and that we would have to make a new reservation and lose the deposit on our current reservation. We spoke to the manager (Superjay) and he said there was nothing they could do for us. I find that incredibly hard to believe. He was stone faced and made no attempt to interact with us. Very disappointed in this experience. As a Montebello native I was hoping to like this spot and visit frequently, but don't think I can visit again if this is the type of customer experience TopGolf provides to its guests. I can't speak to the food and drink as the initial interaction here put me off and I had no appetite. Would not recommend. Stay Cheerful read more

I recently visited Topgolf, the place was clean and very few guests. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite arriving at 12 pm for brunch, they had already run out of sprite, cranberry juice and the dessert we were looking forward to, which was a major letdown. After our food and golf session, we were exhausted and just wanted to relax. We were sitting for (not exaggeration) 3 minutes to take pictures. However, our enjoyment was cut short when the waitress informed us that another reservation was coming in and we needed to leave immediately. It was 2pm the place was practically empty... you cannot reserve a specific bay, it's assigned to you but she made it seem like our EXACT bay was reserved and the party was coming in. This rushed us out of our experience and left a sour note and embarrassment on what should have been a fun outing. I hope you guys address these issues for future guests. read more

We went to have a chill moment after work. First off we reserved and we got a lower level we went to ask if they had any place available on the top floors and they said they didn't. They should probably make it a preference choice option when reserving. The person helping us spoke really fast when telling us rules. When it came to pay the bill he told us you only have ten minutes left and stood by the table while we paid until we gave him the check. I felt hurried by him the entire time. It's a good experience and the food was good. The vents make the food get cold fast. I think unless your spending on liquor your not getting a good experience by either the waiters or the faculty. However, the games are fun. read more

Went to Topgolf Montebello expecting a good time, but the service completely ruined it. One of the workers had a bad attitude the entire time, acted annoyed whenever we asked for anything, and took forever to help us. Felt like customers were an inconvenience instead of the reason they have a job. Definitely disappointing considering how expensive everything is there. Hope management improves the customer service because this experience was not worth it. read more

My first experience at this new location was awesome! I made a reservation online prior to our arrival. The bay was ready to go once we checked in. Staff were so friendly directing us to our bay located on the third floor. We were ready to start and Mike came to greet us as our server. Very professional and helped us with options as far for food and drinks. We ordered the carafe of sangria. Wasn't too sweet just perfect and strong the way we like it. For food we had the farmhouse flatbread which consisted of cauliflower crust, cheese, mushrooms, greens, and tomatoes. Very tasty! Pricing wasn't too bad either. We took advantage of the half price games for a Wednesday. It was so worth it! Checking out was a breeze. Fast and easy! Will definitely be returning! read more

These people here are very unprofessional and never on time with anything. It's always night shift that seems to mess everything up everytime i'm here. This is the only top golf I only ever have problems with due to food tasting horrible, service being very unprofessional, and to top it, when I told the 2 workers standing there to have a good night, they looked me down and up then proceeded to look away. I don't recommend this one whatsoever and it's better to spend gas money going somewhere else. As a long time member, i'm very disappointed! read more

First time here and golfing. We had a group of six and reservations. There's 6 players to a bay, on a Wednesday at 7pm, we paid about $130 for two hours, which included the $5 per person initiation fee that you will not have to pay the next time you go. Be punctual and sure that they provide your bay at check in because the clock starts soon as you check in. Fees differ depending on the time of day. Peak hours are a bit more. The bay's are nice. They come equipped with a bar table that seats six, golf clubs, menus, a space heater, tv screens to navigate golfing games and a separate tv to watch anything to your liking. Music of playing in the background and a waiter is always close by and available. They are still fairly new and working out the kinks, and menu is still a bit limited. Plenty of parking. Family friendly, though there's not much for smaller children to do. Three levels of bays and bar/snack areas. read more

Our server JESSICA had a horrible attitude the moment we started our game play. Not friendly at all and never checked in on us. Did not see a smile once from her and kept her words very short with us. It was our friends birthday and I know topgolf does the signs with the names because I have done it before. I asked her if they still do that and if she could do it for our friend. She just kept saying yeah yeah and didn't ask me for his name so I assumed she would ask later. Later on, she proceeds to bring out the birthday shoutout when our friend was in the restroom!!!!! I clearly pointed him out in the beginning and he almost missed his own birthday shoutout. No other complaints about topgolf besides our server. read more

The event was held for my autistic son, who also has lupus. Seeing the excitement on his face and how much he was looking forward to his birthday celebration was truly priceless. I wanted nothing more than for him to have a wonderful night. However, I had to compose myself throughout the evening because the experience with the staff and manager was extremely disappointing. Every waiter who attended our group was rude and unfriendly, which made the night very difficult to get through. Despite this, I did everything I could to make the event memorable for my son, because he is what matters most. It wasn't until I mentioned Brian Orozco -- who organized my son's event -- that the staff's attitude changed, but by that point there were only about 30 minutes left of the party. Additionally, even though we arrived on time, my group and I were kept waiting for 30 minutes before being seated. Please take this feedback into consideration, and I strongly encourage you to speak with your staff about being more welcoming and professional. Thank you. read more

Absolutely new location in Montebello, giving LA more options. Staff and venue is great, just like any other TopGolf service is great and pricy. Hello! I came here recently for my bday with some gfs, and it was so much fun! The eye sore from the freeway is now a beautiful Top Golf location, lol. My friends from Montebello can now brag about this new tourist attraction, hehe.
