Went to Topgolf last night 1/18, and our experience was absolutely AMAZING. We first got seated at a high table at bay 212 but with us having a baby in a car seat it was seeming difficult to sit there. I asked the manager Nigel if there was anyway to get switched to a couch bay, he said it was very packed but he would try. A few mins later he came back and got another bay all set up for us. I couldn't be more impressed with the efficiency of getting our request taken care of. We moved to bay 226 that had a couch and we had the most amazing experience. The bay was beautifully cleaned and ready to go. We ordered the amazing Macaroni Bites which were superb and I got the Spiked Strawberry Lemonade, also amazing. Despite it starting to snow, the heaters kept us warm and cozy. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We WILL be coming back! Everything was beyond expectations.

This is the best place to go with your family to have a little fun. The service is absolutely amazing, they checked on us not too much but also not too little just the right amount of times. They are so nice and the food doesn't take long at all! In short, this is a fun family friendly place for laughs and a good time.

Top Golf is a fun activity for the whole family and good food and service. Love the different games to play on the monitor especially for the kiddos.

Service was great! I wish I remembered our servers name, but he had earrings and painted nails and was very attentive. Foos here is surprisingly good. Nachos, tacos, burger were yummy! Seriously Two stories and I think when you make a reservation online you get sat in the area with the couches. The other bays have tables and chairs, which are fine, but couches are always a plus. The games are easy to play with the kiddos and it's a nice view.

I have visited again since their soft opening and had a different experience. This time it was near impossible for us to get a reservation so we opted to hop on the waitlist. We were notified that they were ready for us so we checked in at the front and then were told we needed to wait some more. When our bay was finally ready they just told us the number and sent us on our way, which wouldn't really have been a problem, but we needed help getting our Jr player set up with clubs. We tried to register him online ahead of time, but you need to complete the registration process for children in person. It took a while before we got someone to come over and help us get set up. The gameplay felt different from other Topgolf locations I've been to. I think there might be an issue with the tracer, because we would frequently see the real ball's trajectory not match what was shown on the screen. It was a little frustrating because the difference was noticeable. It also feels like they are really understaffed, especially for how busy they seem to be.

For a first time visit, I'd say their customer service was lacking. I booked online, confirmed and registered all guests online and when we got there, we were treated like we should know the drill. I told the girl at the front desk we'd never been, but because I had done a lot of the "pre-work" online, they treated us like we knew where our "bay" was and what to expect. WRONG! We, luckily, found where we were supposed to be. There were four of us, all first-timers. No one was there to explain how to play, the different games, or how to order drinks and food. So we just guessed and found some games that turn out to be ok. It was a cold day, but the overhead heaters and heated couches were great! And when the clouds cleared, there was a beautiful view of the mountains! Our server was very nice and made great recommendations. But there is no way to call for service and there were long periods of time when we would have ordered more drinks but our server wasn't around and no other employee seem even remotely interested in helping us. The drinks we ordered were draft beers. Can't go wrong with those. The food we ordered was ok. The nachos with steak were the stand out. Looks small, but we're very good. Everything else (pretzel bites, pepperoni flatbread, and meatalian flatbread) was just okay. The pretzel bites are surprisingly similar to those I've gotten MANY times at the big Albertsons up the road. Over all the food is probably not worth the price, but what other options do you have?? Fun for a date night or for a get together with friends. I'd say plan on eating elsewhere though. Stick with drinks, but be aware it could be a long wait in between if you want more than one. And look online for tips about playing. Because their employees do not seem to be there to help at all. But will gladly put in food and drink orders for you.

Hubby and I don't golf, he has no interest in learning either, so he says. I was wondering if people like us who have no idea how to golf would have a good time for a date with lunch or dinner?

Omg yes, the food is just as good as the golfing itself, you can bring your own clubs or use the ones they supply, no need to bring the balls either, they are supplied through a machine at your bay! It is really fun, I suggest you go!

Is it just me or are the targets painted instead of glowing like all the other TopGolf locations? From the looks of the photos

You are right. They don't have the nets for the targets like all the other locations I've visited. It's kind of a bummer because it really affects the experience in my opinion.

My girlfriends and I decided we needed to get some grub and enjoy the patio weather today so we all picked Sockeye to hit up for our monthly outing. I arrived first and the patio area was pretty chill. Was sat at a great table and hung out till the rest of my friends showed up. My two friends and I did get to peep out the menu for a bit. Our last friend who is notoriously late allowed is some extra time to really check out the whole menu without feeling rushed. Happy hour was going on so of course the apps were calling to me. I can make a meal off of multiple appetizers. We finally got food ordered when our last friend showed up. I got the salmon and shrimp crab cakes. I have left Sockeye hungry before after having dinner here so I also added a side of chili just in case. I was ready to eat! My crab and shrimp cakes came out looking fabulous. They were fried a nice golden brown. So crispy on the outside and savory on the inside. I love the aoili that was on top, it added an extra flair to the crab cake. 3 were in an order and it was the perfect amount. I smashed all 3 and they were so good! I did have a couple bites of the chili. It was hearty in meat and beans. Rich in flavor and filling. I'm looking forward to adding this chili to some fries with some cheese on top for dinner later. I know it's going to be so good. Our server did a great job tonight. Despite the fact that she had to wait till our last friend to show up, our server was on top of it. Our water was always filled, she checked up on us and always made sure we were happy. As a past server, it's hard to manage time between tables when the whole party isn't there. Our server didn't have that issue today. My girlfriends and I had a great time. We enjoyed the food, enjoyed the atmosphere and was happy that we got to do this all on the patio. I always forget that there's a Sockeye by us off of Hill Rd. I will have to check that one out soon to grab more crab cakes. I do look foward to coming back to this location and enjoying another round of appetizers on the patio here.

We've been coming here as a family for a long time, and this experience was very unlike the positive visits we usually have. First, I want to say the food was amazing as always, and we have absolutely nothing against Chicago Fire as a whole. We genuinely love this restaurant and that's why we felt it was important to share this experience honestly. Throughout the meal, the way Marshall stared at our table made several of us uncomfortable. We also overheard him speaking to coworkers in a way that came across as dismissive and disrespectful. The overall service felt awkward and unpleasant from start to finish. At the end of the meal, he handed us a Yelp review card and asked us to leave a review to help him win money of some sort, which honestly made the situation even more uncomfortable given the experience we had just had. We will absolutely continue supporting Chicago Fire because we've always had great experiences otherwise, but we sincerely hope we do not have Marshall as our server again.

We finished our walk and made our way to the restaurant. This will be our 6th year having lunch here. Trying to keep our traditions alive. As a courtesy, we called the day before to let management know that they will be expecting a party of 20. This joint charges 30 bucks per person for reservations as a deposit. 30 bucks?!? It's quite humorous really, 30 dollar deposit is more than a majority of their meals they charge. The manager on duty last year told us to call to let them know for a heads up but not necessarily make a reservation. And of course that manager doesn't work there anymore. The manager I spoke with was a complete joke. "Saturday is our busiest day". We'll, if it's your busiest day than why aren't you properly staffed? "We can't just serve you in 2 seconds". Never have I asked to be served in 2 seconds. What kind of management team do you have running this joint? Clearly unprofessional clowns. We showed up at opening. Clearly I wasn't taken seriously since the hostess had no clue about our large party coming. No tables were set up. "You should have came at 11:30". I didn't know that we had to accommodate to the manager and his timing. He set up our tables and didn't even bother with us the whole time we were there. Food was good. I had the salmon. I had asked for my salmon to be overly cooked. With my new kidney, I can't have anything like fish and beef rare. My fish was not cooked the way I asked and had to be sent back. I expressed to the server if needed out more than well done. So honestly, I don't think the cook took my request seriously. Last year eating at the restaurant was a crap show. This year is a bigger crap show. So many better restaurants in town that don't have this ridiculous reservation fee and yet this joint does. Management here is on the same tier as a trash can. Honestly, after this last visit, we might consider going to another joint to start a new tradition. My family and our money is worth more than the disrespect management gave us.

When I questioned that, she changed her explanation and said we had to pay $8.50. I said that was fine, but then she told us they only accepted cash, even though I had seen other customers paying with cards elsewhere in the building. We walked away, and about 20 minutes later we noticed a group of three boys who appeared to be under 18 playing darts without any alcoholic drinks. We politely asked Kimberlee how they were able to play if the rules she gave us were true. Her response was simply that she "didn't care anymore." The rules seemed to change every time we had an answer for them, and then they apparently didn't apply to other customers. Whether it was poor communication or inconsistent enforcement, the experience left us feeling singled out and unwelcome.
