This place is a joke, I been here twice with my family and both times we have visited, we have been discriminated and staff has made us wait up to two hours and NO SERVICE. First is the rip off for a reservation. They charge $50.00 and it is not applied to food drinks or given any value. They just rip you off for $50.00. The help at the front desk is a joke, just a number of little girls offering a confusing check in. I'm not sure if there was any rhyme or reason to what they are doing just seems like too much overhead. There must have been at least 4 or 5 people behind the counter with no supervision. Expensive yes adding the wasted reservation money $50.00 and another $165.00 to hit some golfs balls 2 beers, pop and 2 burgers and a pepperoni pizza we were 215.00 out the door not counting tip. That was just for 2 hours stay longer and it will cost more. Do yourself a favor first don't make a reservation. The food is good but expensive and adds to the bill quickly. This may be fun but is definitely not low cost entertainment. Response You knows it's the same response for each negative review. Fact is charging for a reservation is wrong. My granddaughter made the reservation with my credit card. Had I seen the disclaimer I would not reserve. Get rid of the charge there will be no reason to contact you! read more

I unfortunately did not have the best experience at this West Valley Top Golf. We went this past Friday night for a friend's birthday. She and another friend arrived an hour early so we could ultimately get two bays next to each other(she was told 45 min-1hr wait, ok good there) but when she went to go check on her reservation it was completely missing and they told her she was not on the list an hour later, WOW. After a huge panic, they resolved it within 20 minutes and we were assigned to two bottom level bays. It was not very busy and I was very surprised by all the waiting(I've been to Scottsdale location during super busy season and it was a lot less waiting than this). So our server took forever to arrive and when she came she was extremely nice(thank her for the stars). We placed our orders and she left. Our drinks took forever and when our food arrived it was wrong and missing a few things. I sent back the wings since they were cold and soggy(I asked for EXTRA CRISPY) and was completely disgusted with the wings I received. The pretzel board and nachos were very good, and our salad came with no dressing. We actually asked for our dressing about 5 different times after and it never EVER arrived. :( so no salad. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks and our server just started closing us down.. like hey I wanted more than one drink, and what's happening here, shouldn't you want me to order more? Anyway.. closing of the tabs was a NIGHTMARE and we waited around another 35 minutes with no drinks just staring at each other. I do not recommend this Top Golf for large groups whatsoever. I recommend the pretzel board and the steak nachos(nachos are kind of small but good) and I do not recommend the wings or house salad(it is super small ice berg with no dressing). Whoever thought up this golden idea we know as Topgolf needs an award. This place is great!!! It's so simple yet so new and fun. I've never played anything more than some putt putt but this Topgolf place makes me feel like Tiger Woods. So much fun the time just flies by. The food and drinks are not bad for a place where you're not usually there to just eat. Then on top of that you can go inside to the bars or play more games! What doesn't this place have for a night of fun? This was my 3rd Topgolf experience and first at this location and I have left wanting more each time. I cannot wait to go back. read more

A horrible experience from start to finish Upon arrival to Top Golf nothing went right. I got there a little early to coordinate with my friends the event. I went to the check in counter and asked them for some clarity of how it will work being that I reserved 2 bays. The young man who was working the counter clearly was either incapable of helping or perhaps he was just undertrained as he couldn't answer any questions I had. I asked if we could adjust the time of the reservation since some of my friends were running a little behind and his reply was "uhhh just go to the bay and tell your server you have friends coming later." I had to speak to a manager at the bay because the bay staff was unable to help me. The manager did extend our time to accommodate the reservation needing to be moved. While I understand this policy when it's busy, I do not understand the restrictive nature of the policy with dozens of empty bays. When I asked our server about paying for the golf time she said I won't split it up among all the cards. So this forced us to have certain people pay for other people because they were either "unable" or unwilling to split the costs among the group. The overall drink and food service was as I would have hoped, and our server did a good job at that portion. The safety of the environment comes heavily into question. While swinging a club the head of the club came off, and hit one of my guests. Luckily it only grazed her arm, but I can only imagine if it would have hit someone in the face. When we went to speak to the manager about it his reply was "yeah it happens all the time. Do you want a free drink to make up for it." While we accepted the free drink offer it was rather limited for compensation for this experience. When our original time was about to expire our waitress said "yeah we don't extend time." I said we spoke to the manager about this when we got here. Are you not aware he already agreed to this?" While this was remedied I wondered why am I having to repeat myself, and shouldn't this have been taken care of already. Upon checkout we had two issues. The "free drink" free the club head coming off and hitting my friend was on the bill. So in the end we paid for that "free drink." I also discovered that my reservation wasn't a deposit, but I paid upfront for half the visit. While I own this as I should have read the website more clearly I missed that. I also just can't understand how this works for large groups efficiently. I certainly didn't plan on paying for half of the bill for all my friends. The reservation process led to so many more problems than it was worth. It was restricted in its time, and we had to speak to a manager to get that time back. Then we couldn't split the costs among the players, and we had to settle the costs among just a few people. The part I find most troubling beyond the horrible time we/I had was that I sent a survey back on our experience, and I was never contacted via email or phone with even an apology. I will NEVER go back to Top Golf and will not actively veto any efforts of my friends, family, or company from having an event there again. This was a total failure. read more

I'm not a big golfing fan, but I went just to check this out and take my kids golfing. The staff here is top notch, even in the heat I was comfortable and my 4 young kids (all under 8) had an absolutely fantastic first time golf experience! Thank you Topgolf! You made yourself a many new golf fans today and we will all be back! This would also be great for company outings! We didn't try food or drink, so can't review that, but we did see many options if we had a craving. If you want to be waited (when ever it is they decide to show up) by a condescending staff to then be later served rubbery chicken this is the place to go! I could not finish my meal because of how disgusting it was. My friends however ordered wings and they said theirs tasted fine. THEY GOT FOOD POISONING the next day and had to both call off of work. Save your money and go anywhere but here for some fun. When it came to the staff (it was our first time going) one girl in particular was EXTREMELY condescending after we asked her basic questions because it was our first visit and we weren't quite sure how something's worked. Came here 1/3/2021 with my cousin, her husband and some friends whom are visiting from MN. We had a great time and the food was pretty tasty as well. I was a little disappointed when we registered as both my husband and I have accounts, yet mine "couldn't be found" so I had to buy yet another membership. It's only $5 but the point is, I already have a membership, why do I need to buy another one? Is this how they add in that little extra $, they conveniently cannot find you in the system? Oh well, like I said, we all had a great time. we made the reservation for 6, but 2 more people added on last minute. They only allow 6 people to a bay, so we had to add another one. No biggie, they were able to accommodate the last minute add ons. It took a bit of finagling, but they got the job done and we were in 2 bays side by side! There were legit 3 tables occupied if that and 1 person seated at the bar. 5 people were behind the bar chatting and for 10 fcking minutes no one checked in on us. Pretty standard Topgolf experience here. If you have never been, then it's fun to try at least once. It is expensive to golf, eat, and drink here, but if you are with a group it helps ease the cost. The bartenders downstairs looked at me for 10 minutes and still didn't help me (it was fairly busy on a Friday evening), so I walked to the upstairs bar and got friendly service immediately. When we did get into a stall to golf, the girl helping us was helpful, but not exactly friendly (she may have been having a rough day). We all had a good time regardless and after we had finished golfing we sat on their awesome upstairs patio which had plenty of seating, heaters, and fire pits. That was certainly the highlight of the place in my opinion. read more

I absolutely love this place! I went here once in the afternoon with my brother to kill some day away while our wives were shopping. We had a few cold beers were able to kill the day playing games. I was immediately hooked. What a great concept I wish we had one in Flagstaff. I feel like a child but now when my wife asks me what I want to do on my birthday I have a quick response and tell her to round up the gang and book a tee time at Top Golf. The food is okay nothing to write home about but the service and fun well surpasses the blandness of the grub. This is the perfect way to head out with the adults and have all the fun you could ever want without heading to an obnoxious bar. If you do decide to bring the kiddos i suggest you chose a spot on the lower platforms and please watch them carefully as the back swings can get close. If you get sick of watching all the time send them inside to play the multiple games they have in the sitting area. It is very convenient as you can view them through the glass. read more

This was the most fun I've had at a Top Golf! The location is perfect, right across from the Glendale malls, restaurants, shops, and stadiums. Theres literally so many things you can do around here! If you can't make a reservation on a weekend, expect that you're gonna wait a little while. The good news is, you can have a couple drinks or a snack while you wait! The prices weren't unreasonable. I think there was a deal where you pick five or six beers/ciders/spiked waters for like $25?! Thats what we did while we waited. When we finally got our lane, it started out not too expensive for an hour. However, we had so much fun we kept adding time. We ordered a couple more drinks and the nachos. We knew we could go to dinner somewhere after, so we ended up saving our appetites for later. Altogether, not as expensive as I thought it would be, but expect a $100 night for two. Also- amazing staff at this location. The bartender was great, the people helping in the lanes were awesome as well. My husband and I were staying in Avondale and decided to try this. Here's our take: PROS: We had no resy but middle of week in afternoon and no issues getting in. We were placed in bay 224 second floor towards middle Bloody Mary was excellent Beer was good Only tried the fries and they were good. Clubs were fine. They stock both men's and women's in each bay. I use men's as I'm very tall. Service was great! They have heaters for cold days (we did not need these). CONS: In addition to the hourly rate you have to pay an additional $5.00 per person lifetime membership even if you live somewhere where there is no top golf like us who live in Tahoe...so tack on another $20 for a first visit for party of four. Played the regular top golf game and scoring was inconsistent (some not registering at all even though fell in target)... I guess the sensor was broken. Balls don't have great flight but likely because they are special to register where they land? Took a post visit survey for $10 coupon to get back at least two of our memberships and even though I said we won't be back for about 6 months coupon is only good till January. So much for that idea. If you are out of town you are just out of luck. Food and drinks are a bit spendy even on happy hour. Final say: Felt it was a bit overpriced especially for families but we would go again and had a lot of fun. If it's in your pocketbook it's worth a visit. read more

This is my 6th or so time here. Gets worse each time. Management couldn't run a pie eating contest here. This is a fun place to hang out. To reserve a bay on the app costs money and it doesn't go towards your game. The food and drinks are well over priced for the quality. We come here for the driving range for sure. There is music, but it is so loud that you can't talk to any one in your bay. Wish the food and drinks were more affordable and less ice in the drinks. Had a great experience last night. Didn't realize how kid friendly it would be as I have been to two other locations and didn't remember it being a good kid thing but TG Glendale AZ made having kids super easy and fun. The entire experience makes you feel taken care of as you are greeted immediacy you and can pick your experience to a certain extent. It was super busy (Saturday night) so we had a 20 minute wait but there is much to do and see (again kid friendly). My 12 and 16 year old had a blast and Hanna took great care of us all night. Pros--kid friendly, fun, simple to navigate, doesn't require golf skill, food is excellent, service was great, lots to do. Cons--nothing to speak of. I could get picky about a few things but all in all it was great. Remember for value you can't see and movie and have dinner for much less. read more

This was our first time here. We had 2 bays and had one for the kids and one for adults. We came for our sons birthday. Our son and his friends absolutely loved it. The gentleman that was assigned to us was fantastic, very kind and accommodating, and always checking on us and making it so easy to be there. The food and drinks were great and loved the atmosphere. They keep it very clean, all west masks and ask us to do when walking around which I appreciated. The manager came and checked on us during our visit. They did a fun birthday song with his name spelled out which he loved. Was such a relaxing fun time that we'd definitely do again. Came here at a company event. I've never been to a top golf before, but there are a number of them around the US. Appetizers consisted of typical cheese and meat board, pretzel cheese dip, meh crab cakes, flatbread, the hummus was good with pita chips and veggies. Typical bar menu with burgers, wraps flatbreads, salads, nachos, quesadillas and such. I doubt the food is why the crowd comes here, but for the golf fun. The bays are equipped with gaming tech to measure your drive/range, keeps score of the various players and maps where your drives are...that was pretty fun, like an indoor bowling alley, but it's golf! Plenty of parking and a great place to hang with friends and family. read more

I've been to a few top golf locations throughout the US and this one has to be my favorite. From great customer service to having several places to hang out while waiting for a bay to the good food.
