The service here is ridiculously horrible. I wasn't sure if I was getting bad service since my friends and I are teenagers but after I read a few reviews I assume that's not the problem. Never mind that, since my friends and I always tip well even when the service was bad. The problem for us was not the bay wait time or the cold food, it was the waiters in the restaurant area. The restaurant is open seating but good luck finding a table because they seem to not have a buss boy. When we sat down it took about 15 minutes for a server to get our drinks. It then took another 10 for him to bring out our WATERS. Shouldn't take 10 minutes. He then took another 15 to come back to get our orders. But as soon as he got our orders, he returned in a few minutes with our BILL. He brought the bill before the food even came out claiming it was because he was "almost off" which is no excuse. We paid the bill but it took 40 minutes for our food to come out after that, which doesn't make sense since most of the restaurant had cleared out by that point anyway. TopGolf is the place to be. I would give it a million stars if I could. If you're planning a trip there, remember these three things. It is great for all occasions. It's cheap, especially in the morning. However, if you go at night, it's extra cool because the golf targets light up, which makes it a sight to see. While you're there, you can order the GREATEST food in the world, including chicken and waffles and french toast. They also have good drinks. The employees are always as nice as possible and the bays where you golf either have comfy couches or high tables. There are also TVs showing your stats and live TV. There's also free wifi! Trust me, I'm an expert. I've been there twice and I love it. One time, I went with my grandpa, cousin, dad and brothers. We had chicken and waffles and sodas. The golfing experience was one of a kind. It was my first time golfing, but with the right equipment, I was a golfing boss. $5 for a players card. $25-$45/hr for a bay. It's best when you come with multiple people to split the cost of the bay. I came here with 5 others and was told it would be an hour wait before we get a bay. We wanted downstairs and played at one of the two wii game areas. They called us after thirty minutes and told us our bay was ready. The lady started our time and gave us the "how-to", which was helpful, but confusing because who would want their precious time spent on a lady talking? Anyway, each ball has a chip to track where your ball lands and you receive points depending on where it lands. The field (targets) sometimes don't read the balls, so you don't always end up getting every point. We played for an hour and found it to be just enough time for five of us to comfortably hit through twenty balls (each). It's a pretty pricey place for what it is, but fun nonetheless. The wait for a bay can get ridiculously long (2-3 hours), so come at odd hours of the day. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions here. It can get pretty overwhelming the first time around. I had a good time at topgolf, pretty neat setup they have going on. Fun place. Only like $5 to play with other people who are proper members. It was midday on a Wednesday and there was a very large group of us, only a 30 minute wait for 2 bays together. Our first waitress was useless, getting confused with orders and things not coming out in a very good time even though the bar was right near us. Opened me a tab that never got opened because it was all too confusing. I got a spinach and goats cheese salad with grilled chicken, it was really good but I forgot to ask for my dressing on the side and OMG there far far too much dressing!!! Our group got moved because we were sat where another group had previously booked and came while we were there. Ever since I saw a post on Instagram, I told myself I must go there! Well, here I was on a Saturday night waiting 2.5 hours for top golf. Shit, who would've thought you have to wait that long. Good thing there's a few eateries and mall near by to kill some time. They also text you when your bay is ready but the lady was too aggressive. Within 5 mins I received the same text 3x, how about giving us 5 more mins before sending more texts? What I need to close out my bill at the bar?! Smh. Supposedly they give you 15 mins until your reservation is gone. But who knows. Anyways, cost a lot because we didn't make the afternoon sessions. The top golf card is $5. But worth it. I also like that they serve you food & drinks. The Moscow Mule may look watered down, but it was delicious. Don't get that Apple cobbler, it was the most sour dessert ever. This place is so much fun! I've been twice, both times with pretty large groups (first time we had about 11 people, second time was last night and we had over 20). Both times I went on Saturday nights and the wait is LONG. The first time, I went to reserve a bay at around 9:30 and was told that there would be a 3 hour wait. The second time, we went to reserve at around 7:30 and was told that there would be a 4 hour wait. Both times, we just went to Dave & Buster's on Colorado to kill the time and both times, the wait was about an hour less than estimated - so keep this in mind and don't go too far! The first time we went, the attendant was teaching us how to use the system and we jokingly told him to just pay for us and he gave us a free half an hour. Score! The second time we went, we had a huge group and we asked if we could get two bays next to each other and we were told it would be a little difficult, but when we came back to claim our bays, they had two next to each other with couches! Great service :) Only complaints I have are about drinks. Whoever made our Vegas bombs last night had no idea how to make them (and we got 10) and when we got a fishbowl the first time we went, it was super watered down and definitely not worth the $30 we spent...it also can take the attendants a while to get back to you to take your order for things, but it's super busy so it's understandable. Here's the deal. You will probably have a ridiculous wait to golf. That's fine because they have an excellent bar and restaurant. The food is delicious, especially the burgers and tots. I recommend the southwest burger, it's so juicy and good. We also got the wings in inferno, buffalo and barbecue. All of the sauces were very good. We had three servers while we were there. All of them were funny and attentive. They joked around with us and made us feel welcome. I would definitely come here again even if there is a three hour wait. read more

We, along with every other family in the area, decided to take the special dads in our life to TopGolf for Father's Day. That is to say...it was packed. The line snaked down the outside steps & alongside the building. We arrived by 9am and by the time we made it to the front to get on a wait list were quoted a 12:00 or later time. Normally, I wouldn't wait for anything for over 3 hours, especially with two young children in tow, but there is a restaurant & bar on site so we decided to get some food & drinks. The bar/restaurant was full but we were told of an upstairs patio. We went upstairs & there is a nice patio with tables & couches & comfy chairs. But there were only three or four umbrellas and they provided shade to 3 seating areas, all of which were occupied. It was nearing 90* by 10am so sitting in the sun wasn't an option. There was an indoor couch area and I asked Lukas, the waiter working the patio, if I could order from him & bring it inside. He blew me away by suggesting we sit there & he send a waitress our way. It was awesome customer service. Food was really really good. I had to leave before my salad arrived to let my dog out & when I got back our waitress, Sarah, offered to have it remade for me since it had sat out for awhile. I declined but it was an above & beyond offer that made an impression. When we finally golfed we had a great time and found it so fun that our party of ages 6-70 were able to participate & have fun. Just taking one star off for the lack of umbrellas on the upstairs patio. I do think there should be enough to cover the majority of the tables. Will definitely be back. read more

I'm not a golfer, but my daughter suggested we try this. First she called to make a reservation but they told her she didn't need one, then there was a 30+ minute wait. So we went to the bar area and ordered food, but it wasn't ready yet, but they texted that our booth was ready and to head to it. When we got there it was disgusting, table had whoever food and tabs that just left. The person working that area said they don't clean up?? WHAT! Did they want me to do it? There was all their food, glasses, table was dirty. Well he finally cleaned it up as we were setting up to play. They advertise by the hour, but as you are setting up we find out decides the $42 an hour there is a $5 per person fee WTF! So now we are playing and it's been about an hour before our food is finally here, ‍ I had over over cooked chicken strips, my husband's burger was not cooked through but daughters food didn't arrive for another 10-15 minutes later, her chicken sandwich was over cooked and had no flavor. Yes, as frustrating as it was and gross food I had an ok time, would I do it again most likely not. I suggest eating somewhere else before you go there, because their food was gross. read more

I went there for the first time on my Birthday. I didn't have a reservation and I arrived there at 7pm on Wednesday with 10 people and they easily found two lanes together. It's $5 per person to open a card and the golf session costs $45 per hour at night. Overall, all of my guests were having too much fun. The heaters can keep you warm even at cold weather. Good drinks, good food, cool atmosphere. After our long golf session, we went to the players lounge, where we could play pool for free or watch a game on huge tv's seating on comfortable lounge couches. This place is just amazing. Joined some friends to check the place out. When you get there park in valet instead of trying to find a place to park, lot seems full all the time. Service is average. They're over staffed, too busy talking to each other then provide giving they're customers eye contact to provide service. Disappointing for service. No one knows anything about providing proper service. Our server Winter did a great job for food, but every where else, especially the bar are like robots. They may know everything about the place, but that's it! The food was great, and everyone ordered food. The Buffalo Sliders were fantastic. Everyone that ate complemented on food. Terrible service... this was our 8th time to Top Golf in Centennial and after this last experience we will NOT be going back! There was 5 people in our party and we all drank and ordered food. We waited an hour before anyone took our food order. Had a fun experience while we were playing but when our game time was up they were very quick to receive our payment and kick us out. The facility was not busy, and there was open bays on both sides of us, with food still left to eat and beer left to drink they did not hesitate to tell us and I quote "alright guys we have another group...". Spending over $250 was maybe not enough for them to value us as customers. Worst experience I have ever had, the friends we were with agree that none of us will be returning to Top Golf. read more

What an AWESOME place! Very lively!!! Good times, lots of laughter and delicious food! It's like a bowling alley mixed with a driving range and the targets and games are awesome! The place is HUGE!!! Golf was fun but the service at the bar was terrible. I asked for ranch and it took fifteen minutes (no joke) for it to get to my table. The bartender, which if I remember correctly was Tyler, was the most disrespectful server I've ever had in my life. My party consisted of a server and two managers from a bar in my hometown and they agreed that it was the most ridiculous treatment they have seen from a server. When I asked why it was taking so long for my condiments to get to me he told me "the kitchen is two floors down it will get her when it gets here". I asked him a second time about my side of ranch and his response was the same except with a lot more attitude. All he did for me was laugh in my face when I asked to speak with his manager. He gave me a an apologetic fist bump after the fact but other than that the experience was terrible. Fix your system of running food and reevaluate your service at the bar. read more

Experience at the bar and at the bay were completely different. At the bay, out server was attentive, but not obtrusive. She was quick and helpful and provided an overall good experience. Once we had our spot, it was a good evening. Yet before hand we had an hour wait, which would not have been a problem had the service at the bar not been so horrible. We sat at a side table and no one came to help us for about 10-15 minutes, so one of us went to the bar. It was not packed, plenty of empty seats around the bar, yet it took my friend another 10 minutes to get a drink. We received a text that our bay was almost ready, my friend went to close the tab, 5 minutes of waiting with no attention from any bartender he decided to see if they could transfer the tab since no one seemed to want to help us. We were told we had 7 minutes until they were ready for us and that we needed to close our tab at the bar. The two of us stood at the bar trying to get anyone's attention- was another 10 minutes until we had anyone acknowledge us. I don't know if the bartenders there get paid enough that they don't care about tips or what, but the service was absurd enough that I don't think I would return solely based on the lack of service at the bar. read more

Went for a company outing. I don't golf, but it was a really fun time. Two comments: 1) When you're not anywhere close to full, it's awkward to put a 14 person corporate event next to a children's birthday party. 2) The night ended very strangely. We were winding down, the bill came, we paid, and then abruptly we were practically pushed out. Our hostess' attitude flipped on a dime, she turned off the scoring computer, and pretty much interrupted someone about to take a swing. We got shoo-ed verbally out of our bay and repeatedly told "thanks, goodbye." It felt like we got kicked out. It wasn't even 8 PM, nobody was misbehaving, nobody was wasted, they weren't crowded, and they weren't closing. We're a bunch of computer nerds. It was really strange. Very very strange experience. The food and drinks were good, overpriced, but good. The golfing is a great time and the guy who got us set up was great! However, our experience with the wait staff was what ruined the overall experience for us. Our waitress inside failed to ask my brother for his ID when he ordered a drink (on his 21st birthday). Our waitress outside was AWFUL! Felica was so rude and unhelpful. It took forever for us to get her to come back and take our order and then we had to flag down other wait staff to find her when we were ready to close our tab. She was rude to our entire party. I definitely think Top Golf needs to have a conversation with their staff about customer service and how to treat customers. Golfing in the winter! Brought the clubs out in 35 degree weather at night and had a good time. Make sure to go with another couple to split the cost. $45 an hour after 5 pm and the hour goes by fast. Service needs some help stat. Manager was eager to remove us from our booth after the time ran out even though we had half a pitcher and food being eaten on our table. Lame.
