I have health problems that require me to drink a lot of water. There were no problems the first time I came here. Second time, they made me pour out my water. I could understand it it looked/smelled like booze but this was clearly 42 oz of water. I waited over 45 minutes for a GLASS of water! Obviously this made me sick and overall was a huge waste of my time. I, personally would NEVER spend my money here again. Bummer because I had an awesome time the first go around. A guide to make first timers life easier The main attraction....golfing... Is 5 stars. You pay for the time you golf, not the number of balls. Amateurs to experts, there is a lot of fun to be had. There are targets for chipping and driving. There are game options and it will keep score for you. Service is 3 stars. Food and drinks over priced and service is slow. Please recognize I go at the busiest time though. They have touch pads at each booth. they should allow the patrons order food and refills on there, that would make the servers life easier and service faster....win win (you're welcome top golf). I definitely would have ordered more drinks if the service was quicker. First time there was a bit intimidating. It was really busier than expected even for a Fri night at 7( three hour wait). I was unaware they had clubs at each pod. I'm left handed, so wasn't sure where to go at first to get clubs for myself. You can get a set behind where you get your cards. That's also where you get shuffle board and pool balls for downstairs. Another recommendation, plan the trip in advance. Go to the top golf site and enroll there before coming in, it will expedite the process. When it asks you to load your card with money, do it. That's basically your prepaid credit card to pay for golf. You can add cash at the pod but by then you just want to golf. If you plan ahead, and have the cash for it, get priority pass and you will be able to bypass the line by setting up a tee time for $50. After 3 visits we like it more and more. What a fun place ! we visited in non prime times on Sunday morning and mid week and it was just great . For those of you who like to golf or try to golf, and not have to walk for miles it's a great place . What a hoot ! :) The food was good and the service was as good as one would expect . I love this place! Been here a handful of times, but just now getting to writing a review. This place is far out, but its the only one of it's kind. A nice upscale driving range with good food, good drinks and even better service. They have a limit on what kinds of drinks you can get, I cant remember exactly, but they don't want you to come there and get plastered off of shots. I think this is understandable considering how many families come here. The food selection is limited, somewhere to an upscale bar menu, but the food pretty tasty. My fav are the sliders, bbq pork and buffalo chicken. I get them every time. You are charged by the hour, regardless of how many players you have. The rates vary by range of hours. If you come earlier in the day, its cheaper and increases as you go into night fall. The last time we came, it was prime time 4-6pm, most expensive but the view was great and the sunset made it all worth it. I don't have any major complaints except that the bathrooms are a bit far. No one wants to leave a fun party and when you have to go down the stairs, round the corner and down the hall sometimes the full bladder isn't very happy with you. Its a Top Golf. If youve been to one, you've been to them all. Only downfall was we went on a Friday night, and our server was never to be found. Always calling down any other servers walking by. Another annoying thing was bc we went for a birthday, we had to make a reservation to make sure we had a stall when we showed up, and thats a $50 nonrefundable deposit, and doesnt even go towards your rental or food! This place is worth is during lunch hours, but way overpriced for weekend nights. read more

Eh honestly it is just a really overpriced driving range with a ridiculous wait time. Even the food in the restaurant took forever. You are better off going to one of the city driving ranges like aqua golf and paying a tenth of the price with no wait time and just as much fun. read more

Event: Four friends out for a night of food and fun. Two golfers and two non-golfers, we thought this would be a great way to spend an evening... We could chat and eat, and those of us interested could chip. Golf: Fun. No complaints. It's pricey, but it's not outrageous. Food: Mediocre. Our queso was cold, our flatbread was soggy, and the guacamole never came. The cocktails were pretty inconsistent, in terms of flavor and quality. One was completely wrong, and one never came. The sliders were great, and the hummus plate was really nice. Service: Terrible. We had to get up and find someone EVERY time we needed something. The server who seemed to be working in our section never even came to the table until it calmed down and she didn't have a bay of young guys to chat with. We interacted with four, poor souls who were doing their best to work their own tables and take care of our requests for water, plates, napkins, silverware, and an occasional refill. Moral: order anything you might need at the first opportunity, because you might not get another chance... At least not unless you're willing to get up and find someone or steal clean plates from a catering setup. Our actual server finally made an appearance to ask if we needed anything, but we'd already been there 2.5 hours, eaten, and paid at that point. Overall: Definitely not worth the price. I'd totally be willing to pay, if it were a pleasant place to sit and eat or have a cocktail. We got the VIP pass/thing, and I'd HATE to see what non-VIP service looks like! read more

TopGolf in Centennial is moving toward becoming a corporate event facility, and is clearly less interested in retail customers like you and me. We arrived just before 5 PM on a Thursday (we heard things get busy after 5 PM). When we checked in, we were told it would be a 1 to 1-1/2 hour wait. I watched several other parties behind us turn right around and leave when they heard it was such a long wait. That's a pretty clear message: those corporate events (which are the only way to actually reserve a bay) are important here at TopGolf, and you people are not, so go home - we're busy. This makes TopGolf very much not family-friendly. A 60-90 minute wait mid-week is not reasonable for a family when it's the only way to get a bay. The only reason we didn't bail was because it was part of our birthday plans for our 10-year-old. My kids could have played some of the non-golf games, but guess what - the entire floor which included the game room was closed for an event! While my family was waiting in around the bar, I walked around and surveyed the bays. The entire 3rd floor was empty and closed, waiting for one of the corporate events to start. I counted the number of bays that were actually being used by golfers: less than 30 at 5:15. And, over 2/3 of their bays had signage indicating that they were reserved for corporate events. Most of these bays were empty, which I assume meant that the corporate reservation was sometime later. So families and other "retail" customers like us had to wait for one of the very few bays that weren't reserved for events, while they kept the other corporate customers' bays open and waiting for them. If they cared about retail customers as much as corporate events, they would let us make reservations. How much better would it have been to call and reserve a bay - even if they required a credit card - and find out we could have one around 6? It would be better than hauling my family there and waiting an hour. TG's VIP reservation" option is a joke and a ripoff - you're still behind the corporate events, you pay $50 just to move to the front of the list, which could still be an hours-long wait while the corporate event bays stay empty, and that $50 isn't a credit - it's just bribe money to get to the top of the list. When TopGolf first opened here, it wasn't this way. There were waits on weekends, but only short waits during the week. Maybe someone will open a more retail-friendly competitor. Until then, beware of long waits caused by TopGolf becoming an event center. (As a side note, once we got a bay after waiting just under an hour, the food was average, the service was good, and the play was fun for everyone - but the entire night was affected by waiting so long. Our poor 5-year-old tried to last through it all but couldn't since we were there for so long and so late.) read more

At around 7 we asked when we would get our bay and they said another 45 min. We checked in again and the concierge said another 45 at 8:00. It was 10:00pm before we got our bay. I love top golf. It's fun for everyone. They have brunch for mornings with mimosa or bloodys. The food is pretty good. Have been 3 or 4 times and didn't have to wait. They however don't let you bring in outside drink -- which sucks when you drive 20 minutes there and stop at Starbucks. The down one star is because the lady when you enter is extremely rude. So this was very fun I arrived on a very cold day but I was not disappointed they had beautiful and well made heaters that were on full blast and could be adjusted. Topgolf is a great concept and was a fun experience overall. I visited for the first time with my girlfriend and her family from out of town. We played a couple of the games and had a few drinks. The second visit was a little rocky. Our food was delivered to the table next to us, at which point I went to the manager to get some new food sent out. Instead of sending us new food, he accosted the table next to us for "stealing" our food. He then proceeded to pick up the food off the table and throw it away, as if to punish the table for the server's mistake. As you can imagine, things got tense and awkward between us and our neighbors until we talked the situation out and laughed about the managers response. I understand that dealing with the general public all day is not easy, but he took a situation that was an easy fix and totally botched it, which really put a damper on the night. My friends felt awkward and we decided to leave earlier than planned. To Topgolf's credit, they have handled the situation perfectly from that point on. I spoke with Ben from Upper Management who was a pleasure to deal with and made everything right. Overall, Topgolf is a ton of fun. The games are simple but addicting, and it can get competitive very quickly. I'm looking forward to going back very soon. read more

Idea is brilliant. Fun for groups and kids of all ages and mixed golf abilities. My only real complaint is the smell that is in the bar and entry area. The bay's and bathrooms were great accept you had to wait or walk through the common areas that have a musky old syrup smell. Very unpleasant and such and obvious and easy thing to fix. I paid to reserve a bay for my daughter's birthday party. Upon arrival, we checked in and were told we would receive a text shortly assigning our bay location. 45 min later and MULTIPLE trips to guest services (given different stories each time), the text arrived. We went to the bay only to discover that it was, in fact, occupied. We waited for the party to leave, the area was cleaned and we were seated. I had to ask for extra menus for our party of 7. Once drinks had arrived I had to ask for straws. I had to ask for refills. I had to take empty appetizer plates to the busing area to make room for our entrees. I've been to topgolf multiple times and my expectations aren't terribly high as a result. However, I was hoping that having a reservation and letting staff know that it was a birthday party. would change things. I. Was. Wrong. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. read more
