I came here after attending the Stallions game at Protective Stadium. The goal was to grab something to drink to cool off before walking back to my car. David , the bartender provided me with efficient and friendly service. I was able to enjoy my drink & cool off (a little) while watching the conclusion of the Stallions game on tv. Clean and fun place to bring family/friends for a good time. May just be me, but I thought going on a Sunday at 11am would make pricing better, but it was still $40 for a bay. Waitress was okay. She was not super cheery and seemed like I bothered her if I asked for utensils. Scramble was okay, but lacked flavor. I put ketchup ontop and it made it a little better to eat. The cast iron skillet makes the bowl look cute, but they need to work on the quality of the food. Price was very reasonable at $10. Breakfast burrito was better than the scramble. It had bacon and sausage with peppers! Came with salsa and I was sold for $10. Bloody Mary was pretty good, but they uncharged me on vodka (Tito's). So it was $11.99 which is steep on a brunch Sunday. Coors light $5 draft deal with a free cup was a pretty good deal. My boyfriend looooved this! I've been to Topgolf plenty of times, but this was only my second visit to this particular location. Overall, I had a great time. First and foremost, the games were a lot of fun. I usually stick with Angry Birds since I don't really know how to play actual golf, but that's part of what makes Topgolf so enjoyable--you don't have to be good at golf to have a good time. The food was solid, just like I've come to expect. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, which were flavorful and cooked well. I also got a trio with vegetables, bread, and dips, and that ended up being really, really good. It was a nice option to share and definitely something I'd order again. My friend went with a hamburger and absolutely loved it as well. I will say that the service at this location was a bit slow compared to what I'm used to. That said, our waitress let us know upfront that they were short-staffed that day, so it was understandable. She was still friendly and did her best, which I appreciated. Overall, despite the slower service, I had a great experience. The food was good, the atmosphere was fun and energetic, and the games made for a really enjoyable outing. We had a lot of fun playing golf the other night. Definitely make a reservation if you plan to go on a weekend. Prices are cheaper if you go during the day. If you can be flexible you can save a lot of money. You can order food and drinks here. I'm not going to lie it can be pretty pricey. Food is decent. Service here left a lot to be desired on our most recent visit. We ordered chips and queso which also came with salsa. Nice. The queso was really good. However, our server didn't bring us plates or napkins. We had to wait a bit till she finally came back. We ordered our main courses and when they all came out my daughter didn't get a fork to eat her salad. We had to go in search of our server again. I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich but my chicken was pink in the middle. The server didn't come by till everyone else was done eating. I told her my chicken was undercooked. Not sure if she heard me but she walked away. My husband finally flagged down the manager and tolls him the situation with the chicken. He offered a new meal but we were already done. They did take it off the bill so that was good. They really ought to have an easy way for the guests to let the server know they need something like a light or a buzzer or something. I have been here for parties in rooms on this cite but this is the first time that I have played golf here. We were treated to 4 bays so that several groups could play the same time. We had two servers attending to our needs and both were awesome. Our ladies treated us to a buffet which included pasta, salad, beans with tomatoes, bar b qued chicken and bar b qued brisket with sweet treats. The bar b qued brisket was nice enough to make me return by itself. I was told it's $40 a. Hour. We also had Access to the pool room Which is included in the price. There are different golf game you can play. You must choose them on the online screen after you setup your user names. Fun experience and worth a try if haven't already. read more

I love top golf. I think its too expensive and if you wanna get a membership its a little confusing to do so. Sometimes wait times are a little crazy. The food and drinks are good. Overall, the place is great for enjoying yourself. Here's my feedback: Positive: I had a large party 12+ guests and had reserved two bays in advance. My check-in was smooth, and they were ready to accommodate us upon arrival and were really nice greeting me at the desk. Once I made it to the bays, I was able to enter my guests' info and start playing. A waitress came over to introduce herself (Robin) and ask about the reservation (How to process bills/charges). She was ready to take our orders also. One of the floor managers realized we had a large group and was kind enough to inquire if we were good. He also was concerned about the well-being of his employees being treated right, having so many to attend to. (I totally respect & love that) Constructive Critiques: LG parties-have more than one server Kitchen-prep them in advance for reservations and LG parties (we had several returns in orders-not because of our waitress either) Kitchen-long waits should equal hot fresh food, not warm and incorrect Seating-have side seats or extra chairs available in the event your guests are abundant in curves and the lawn seating makes it uncomfortable for all to sit down :) Other than that, I'll be back; especially to see if this posts received any attention to details. read more

Out of 4 or 5 visits here since they've been opened today was by far the worst visit. We walked in, the place was clean, & the staff was friendly. Our lanes were on the ground floor and this was where our problems began. We signed into our lane 113 only to realize the golfball machine was out of order. We then switched to another lane. That lane was out of order. Then the staff supposedly fixed the problem. We started hitting, then the golfball wouldn't spit out. We then went to another lane. While we were getting shuffled around like a deck of cards in Las Vegas the other part of our group had been playing for 30 minutes with no problem. We finally got to start playing, but every few rounds the ball wouldn't spit out of the machine and the staff would come try to fix the machine. read more

One of the funnest things to do in the City Of Birmingham! My teenagers absolutely love it, and we always have a good time when we go. Reservations can be a little expensive during peak hours, so if you're flexible, just do a walk up. It takes a good two hours to really do this, so plan ahead. One hour is never enough. Especially if you have a decent number of people. Each bay hold six, and there's usually at least five of us. The food is amazing! Chicken nachos could easily be a meal. Very unprofessional. Tries to charge you twice for items already paid for. Doesn't say bottoms floor closes a 10pm. Will move you upstairs and try to move us to a different bay after a representative told us to move upstairs. Took a trip to Alabama to visit my mom for the thanksgiving weekend. Came here for the first time ever. There were heaters outdoors so it was very comfortable while playing in 35 degree weather. The waiter was very friendly, quick, and convenient at all times. The food was great. The time was good. We were late by 30 minutes and our stall was still ready and waiting for us! (Note: we ordered the wings, a draft beer, the pear featured drink, 3 sweet teas, queso/chips, & 2 hr play for 4 people totaling to $198) 10/10 experience! This was my first ever Topgolf experience. While I found it a little pricey and the customer interactions from our server a bit terse, as beginner golfers, the girlfriend and I had a pretty fun time here on a random Sunday evening. We had some good laughs while playing their golf-version of the Angry Birds, which seemed to be a perfect game for newbie golfers such as ourselves. Basically, you are tasked with knocking down the Angry Bird fortresses, which are displayed on the tv screen, and you adjust your aim in real life accordingly. The sensors for the game register in a way that don't require you knowing how to smash the ball, so it was perfect for us. After our hour was up, we were pretty surprised by how much of a workout we go, as evident by our sweaty shirts. I hear this is one of the more fun "late-night" activities here and I definitely recommend it, at least once! read more

(End of May) It was 90 degrees outside while our party of 5 was there. The fans behind us were heaven sent and kept things pretty comfortable. My friend ordered the buffalo chicken dip and chips. Seriously, ORDER THIS!! They gave another friend a dessert (donut holes) for her birthday. She loved them! Our waitress was friendly. I ordered the hummus. It was just not good and the pita was hard and dry. It wasn't worth it to me to send it back because I was too busy eating my friend's buffalo chicken dip. I told the waitress about the hummus when she brought the check. Her response was, "Oh, I don't eat hummus. I don't know what it's supposed to taste like." lol! I told her to just tell the kitchen ‍. We went to Top Golf for a team outing. We had buffet style food which was decent. Noticed that some staff was super friendly and others weren't as friendly. Almost appeared as though they didn't want to be there. Jess was our waitress. I think there was maybe a slight struggle with servicing our table possibly because she had a few other tables. First time here and won't be my last! We had such a great time! We had a group of 8 and it was easily accommodated! The place has plenty to do and plenty of drinks to enjoy at the bar! There's lots of seating and tv's everywhere so you can come watch the game! We went upstairs and were immediately greeted and asked what we wanted to drink. Logging into the screens to smack some golf balls is a little frustrating if you've never done it, but we got the hang of it. We ordered pizza, wings, nachos and plenty of beer! I was very disappointed when I walked in the store to see the employee on her phone while making pizzas and ignored me for at least 10 minutes . Even worse she wasn't wearing gloves and she was handling her phone. When she finally checked up to see me she told me to let her finish making a pizza . My son was dealing with a lot during and immediately following the pandemic. He and our other children had attended with school groups and individually numerous times. We booked a $1k bday party that got cancelled. The following year, despite FINE print we DID NOT receive via email, tried to rebook. They STOLE our deposit of almost $400. My son is a high school senior and living his best life. But, neither he nor us will EVER visit this location again. Wish Sam and all the rest our 'best' despite how rudely Michael spoke to myself and my husband. We enjoy the one in Atlanta and Mobile, now. But I have the impression that the ball sizes were smaller than standard golf ball sizes. The food was alright. The golfing kept us entertained and distracted from the food taste, lol. In town for a conference and the host held an event here at Top Golf- I had no idea what to expect. It was also very cold out but fortunately for us they have overhead heating along each bay situated over the seating. We had 6 players and a complete blast was had by all. I'm not a good shot so for me to be able to smack some balls and not have to worry about windows or trees etc... made for a very enjoyable good experience. Anyone can play! I now look forward to going when I visit other cities with a Top Golf. The food is ok but I'm not there to to eat dinner. We had boneless wings, quezon and chips, Buffalo chicken dip, a cheese meat and veggie platter that also included hummus and olives. Drinks are good full bar and nice beer selection. I didn't play the game, so this review is about the bar. I was visiting for a conference so I sat at the bar upstairs to enjoy the view and music. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive. They took great care of me! We ended up creating some kind of tequila martini-ish drink that was soo good! The burger & fries were good. It just had a small portion of fries unfortunately. I was traveling, on June 2nd and I stopped at a hotel in Bessemer AL and I call the at 3979 Parkwood Rd. 5365 phone number 205-426-1131 ordered a pizza to be delivered. This was at 9:30 PM an hour later I called to see why my pizza has not been delivered at that point. I was talking to someone that was working in the Philippines. They transferred me to the store which I never got a chance to talk to anyone at the store, I called several times, my last call that day was at 12:30am, on June 3rd and the 4th I call the store back I was still talking to someone in the Philippines once again they transferred me to the store which I never talk to anyone at the store. on June 4th I called Domino's headquarters put it in a complaint asking for a refund they told me they could not give me a refund I would have to get it from the store and i ask for their franchisees phone number so I could talk to that person. They told me they don't not have a number for the franchisee and I know that's a lie. You're would not have a franchisee person and don't have the phone number or any information on that Person, I ask them to have a franchisee to give me a call I did not receive a call back that day. As of June 5th I called headquarters again and they told me they would have someone to call me let's see if I get a call today. all I want is a refund. this is very bad customer service and I would never ever order again from Domino's pizza. read more

Just there today. We reserved a 2 hour slot for a party of 2. The "Tee" was broken so badly we couldn't use it, so we tracked down a random server to help. It took 28 minutes to get it replaced. Shortly after a server finally said hello and took our order. It took 17 more minutes to get our drinks (a margarita and a beer). Our food came out room temp an hour in. We then had to hunt down napkins and silverware. By the time we took our first bite everything was cold. Our server was rude and inattentive! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Went for my boyfriend's 23rd birthday in a group of ten. We were charged for a group of 12 ended up being a total of $400. Staff was very unprofessional, and I was very disappointed with the experience overall. Jimmy Bennet in particular was very unprofessional and was not understanding when we asked for a review of exactly what we were being charged for. We were owed a total of over $100.
