Went for lunch. Was sat immediately. By the time I knew what I want, my server arrived ready to take my order. Food delivered quickly and was good. I tried the new buffalo chicken dip. It was full of huge chunks of chicken. The flavor was great. I might get the bacon on the side next time because it was a a lot in both quantity and flavor. There was something different on every TV. It was quieter at lunch but still pretty noisy. read more

My first time coming here was late on 05/30/25. I sat at the bar and Natalie provided prompt and attentive service. It was pretty busy , close to their closing time. I ordered 10 traditional lemon pepper wings ( fried hard) with celery and carrots, with ranch dipping sauce. My food came out so fast and was extremely good! I gobbled those wings right on up! To drink I had one of my fav IPAs, Wicked Weed Pernicious on draft. So refreshing! The vibe here is that of a sports bar. Kind of loud inside but not too bad. Outside patio seating is an option. Private lot parking and street parking are available. There was a security guard on duty during my Friday night visit. I was pleased with my first time visit to this BWW location in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. read more

We had a group meeting of around eight people last night and to say that the service was lacking would be an understatement. Normally a group that large and you understand that things take time, but it was not busy at all. One of our party received the wrong food twice. Not sure that we will return to this location read more

The lunch deals are great. I have only visited during work hours. I usually get the Asian zing wings and a salad. I see they have drink specials after the lunch special and that has my caught my attention to come after work one day. The ambiance is always casual and noise level is average read more

Went for week 1 of the nfl with a bunch of coworkers. There was a great turnout, and the atmosphere was fun with nfl fans of all the different teams. I had the new honey chicken salad which was quite good and one of the healthiest things on the menu. The onion rings were hot, sweet and crispy, and were the star of the show, and the wings were a crowd favorite. Bone in wings were better than boneless. read more

Pleasantly surprised of the quality of the burgers from a "wing place". Decided on a whim to take advantage of their BOGO BURGERS special offer on Monday or Wednesday. Then I was surprised to discover the option was also included with a To Go order. Upon arrival at the scheduled pick up time I was quickly greeted with a friendly smile. Everything was packed up and ready without any wait. Burgers and tots were still hot and the crisp side salad was retrieved from the back. The indoor space was inviting. Plenty of screened sporting events displayed throughout. Parking wasn't an issue with lot and street options. To Go pickup also has designated spots right in front of the entry door. read more

Customer service was prompt and friendly. The wings were as expected: the price was great as well. Typical sports bar vibe.

It's always a good time at this Buffalo Wild Wings. This is one of my favorite locations. They have plenty of TVs, so there is a good view of your favorite game no matter where you sit. The service is always good here!! Also, you can't beat the cheap beer specials. Parking can be a problem, especially when it's busy, but they do have street parking. read more

Y'all....I asked for extra extra crispy wings and they delivered! I honestly couldn't ask for more. Lol! This was my first time at this BWW. My husband comes here more regularly and said he's never had a bad experience. I'm waitress was cool and attentive. All the food was hot upon arrival to our table. The restaurant could have been playing one of my custom playlists because I was jamming! Overall, a good experience and I'm sure I'll be back. read more

I've given this place the benefit of the doubt a few times but this is just ridiculous. How lazy does someone have to be to not go grab another ranch bottle and fill a ramekin to atleast halfway? I didn't even get halfway is the problem, they gave me enough for 1 wing . Sadly that's not the worse part, EVERY single time I get traditional wings they are undercooked, sometimes cold, and never crispy. I recommend going to ANY OTHER Bdubs in the entire country because this one is by far the worst experience every time. read more

The service started off a little rocky! We weren't pleasantly greeted and were told we couldn't sit outside because someone else was just seated outside. There was also a little hesitation when we asked for a high table instead of a booth. However, the service shifted a little after we were seated, and our server came by. Sky was our server. She was very friendly and courteous. We were able to watch our UFL and NBA teams on TVs close to our table. It was the perfect spot for a little Gabe day fun with friends. Because we were there to watch the games, Sky recommended we order our entrees at half time. She was very attentive in taking our drink orders and making sure the appetizers were out. She also shared some really good info with me about how the food is cooked. She recommended that I get my cauliflower wings baked instead of fried because of the way the fried foods are cooked. I was also surprised to see a black bean burger on the menu at this BWW because the last one I visited did not have one on the menu! read more

We arrived at 9:15 was informed by the hostess that there were no tapes except high-tops and that there would be an extremely long wait. However we visibly saw multiple open tables whether or not those areas were closed off for reasons unknown to us who knows. The hostess was never able to provide us with a specific time it would take to get a regular table for 2. We decided to sit at the bar and our bartender Reagan was absolutely HORRIBLE. I did not speak with the manager/person in charge Dillon but will be calling today to do so. Drink/shots were subpar and her attitude was the worst. The food was very good except for the fried pickles which came out hot but softly fried almost soggy. Reagan made us feel as though our requests were a bother to her. She even made a racial slur just before we left in regard to a conversation she overheard us and the interracial couple next to us having. read more

I know this place is famous for its wings but this hamburger is for real!! No skimping on the two large beef patties. Bigger than the bun. Joel was our kind and friendly server. This was my first time at this location. We came right before the lunch specials were over. We were seated right away. It wasn't busy at all and our server came right over to use asking for our drink order. I ordered the sweet tea which wasn't good at all. It wasn't really sweet and tasted grainy, like the tea bag bursted in it. I ordered the All American Cheeseburger combo. Instead of fries I got a salad for a $1 up-charge. The burger was ok. I bit greasy. My daughter ordered the kids mild boneless wings. She enjoyed them. My friend ordered the Parmesan garlic wings, which she said was good. I ordered a 6 piece hot wings to take home. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, but I'll just stick to the wings and tacos from here. read more

We ordered wings, fries, mozzarella sticks. Our food came out warm and the wings was hard and very dry. It was hard to eat and tasted old so we sent it back. The waitress was very friendly and apologized for our food. They cooked us some more food and it came out a lot better hot, and juicer. I appreciate them making it over but Gardendale location is by far my favorite location. They have more hits than missed. read more

I'm a short, overweight and bald dude that just had his 60th birthday. The server wasn't sure if I was 21 and demanded my ID when I ordered a beer. They didn't just look at it and hand it back, no they did the math to verify my age. Foolishness at the highest level. I figure they've been popped for underaged service and have abandoned common sense as the solution. Typical BWW food, prepared in their typically average style. read more

My boyfriend and I went here after a Barons game Sunday night since it was in walking distance. We were quickly seated and our server, Leilani, was right to us to get our drink orders. In between this we both went to the bathroom and each were really clean. After we got back we went ahead and ordered. It wasn't long after that our food already arrived and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was fresh and hot. Our server stopped by several times to refill drinks and check on us. This was honestly one of the best BWW experience I've ever had. We were in, fed, well taken care of and out within 45 minutes. Highly recommend this location. read more

I find it so funny that I am reviewing Buffalo Wild Wings. In the past, I hated this place. Now I love it. Go figure. Allow me to explain why I love it now. My wife and I are on the Keto diet. Buffalo Wild Wings is perfect for this diet. Here is what we do. We all get a side salad. Folks, it is fresh and the dressing is really good. We then order a bunch (I am embarrassed to tell you how many) original wings. Finally, we get one of their burgers without the bun or French fries which we use as the appetizer. Now one week when we were off Keto, we added in the Bun and their tater tots which are GREAT. We enjoyed the meal better without the bun or potato's. That tells you that the food is good. Now the service makes me give this place four stars out of five. We are always getting new folks that forget our order. They eventually get it right. All in all, a great place to go especially when great sports are on. Try it and see if what I am saying is so. Eat well. read more

Great venue, great food, and great service. How can anyone go wrong with this place. Being a creature of habit I tend to order the same things, traditional wings. The food is always on point, served in a quick manner, and always tastes awesome. For those of you who haven't tried this place out, you're missing out. If you're a wings aficionado, then this is a must stop for your lunch or dinner needs. Happy Yelping, and fill up that belly. It's worth it! read more

Family and I went today around 5, not super busy. Very relaxed BWW. A lot of natural light and windows which is a bit different from most BWWs/bars. Service was quick and friendly. We had JuJu as a waiter and he was wonderful and prompt with any requests we had. Can't wait to go back for date night and start happy hour! Then, bam you're already downtown to go and have an overpriced cocktail at a "cool lounge/bar" next to some hipsters. Will be back soon! read more

I've been waiting for this BWW to open up for almost a year now. I'm glad it finally did! The food was all AMAZING, but the service needs improvement. My dayshift coworkers picked up lunch from here earlier yesterday and many people had incorrect orders. From some only receiving half their order of wings when they ordered two different types of rubs/sauces to others not even getting their sauces I was hesitant. Then when dinenr came around, it was my shifts turn to order. we ordered a total of four different wings, shareable buffalo chips, a side of cheese curds, two servings of carrots/celery and dressings of ranch and blue cheese. The carrots and celery were not included with our order, so we added on coleslaw instead when the lady bagged it for us. It wasn't till we left, we realized the veggies we ordered were missing. Trying to be a little bit healthy....Instead of our carrots and celery, they gave us six cups of blue cheese and ranch. The buffalo chips and cheese curds were both very tasty. The coleslaw was okay, but some pieces seemed inedible. As for the wings, the dry rub traditional buffalo wings were good. The mild traditional wings were even better. The lemon pepper boneless wings were a nice change, but the mild boneless wings were probably my favorite. Since they just opened, I can understand people are all new at this location. I do think more attention to detail to get our orders right will be what can make this a five star review. Because the food is indeed good and what this area needs! read more

Out of town on biz ... Thurs nite NFL (NO v DAL). This has recently opened & was packed upon my arrival at this downtown location. Greeted promptly & seated w/ in a few minutes. TV's galore ... mainly playing the NFL game but still had on a few other events (MLS playoffs). Table was clean & ready. Jeremiah (server) greeted me w/in a few minutes to let me know he'd be right w/ me ... and returned in 5 to get my drink order. This place serves wings right??? I was ready to order ... plenty of options from boneless, reg, drummies, tenders, etc ... and at least 20 different sauce options to have your wings tossed in for flavoring! They were running a special - wings for $0.60 - I'm in!! Beer showed up fairly quickly but the food took awhile ... for wings. They arrived piping hot & the side of fries w/ condiments were right-sized. Fries were warm but not hot ... obviously they'd sat under a heat lamp :/ Otherwise, food was fine! So if your in the mood for wings & beer w/ lots of sports & loud noise - you'll love this place! read more
