Brilliant!!! Great concept, executed to the tee (yes, pun intended). First two outings were sponsored events. Went to play a little "golf hooky" at lunch with my co-workers. Totally economical and far better than cramped restaurants with too much noise and the rest of the lunch crowd. read more

Food was awesome! Got a spot in no time on a Friday night and atmosphere was really cool. I will be back!

I'm not a golfer but attended a work event. Great burger, VERY friendly and efficient staff. Nice bar area. One downside is that parking can fill up quickly. read more

What a fun place to spend the day! I'm not much of a golfer but I still had a great time and even scored a few points on several of the different games (and beat my husband once before he got the hang of it)! Amazingly attentive staff from the minute you walk in until you leave. Excellent food and drinks. The heaters in the bays were a life savers today - it was in the upper 30s but we were comfortable in light jackets. The entire experience was great - we will definitely be back! read more

The staff at Topgolf are amazing yesterday was my fathers birthday, for 14 years we haven't gotten the chance to celebrate because he works overseas. Long story short I had a reservation issues , but the manager took the time to help fix it instead of turning us away. Watching my dad having a good time and afterwards listening to him talk about how much fun he had really touch my heart. Topgolf will always be my favorite place to hang and I'm sure it's now one of my family's favorite spots too. Thank you Topgolf so much for being so amazing. read more

Came here for the very first time today and I must say that Topgolf is TopKnotch! They helped us out right when we walked through the doors and they could tell we were new. We signed up for some memberships so we can see our scores and it makes everything so much more competitive. We went to the upper floor because we were knew, the touch screen that we paid on was simple and you can also choose from a variety of games to play from easy to hard. Servers were great and fast! We came in the daytime and it wasn't too busy, I can't even imagine it at night! I'm from California and we don't have one where I live but I will definitely come back here before my stay in Texas is over! read more

this place is great to come with friends to hit some balls and just hangout. the live band on the 3rd level is definitely and plus and the bar inside is nice to grab a drink at. I took away 2 stars on account of the service during the game.. (the waitress took my friend's food away in assumption she was done with her meal when in fact she wasn't - next time ask first!, when one of us ordered another carafe of sangria the waitress brought back a draft beer thinking he said another craft?.. and my friend ordered a side of ranch that finally arrived to the table when she finished her meal) all minor things but very annoying.. another downfall is the fans to cool off the players definitely force u to eat quick or your food will be cold quicker than you'd think =/ read more

Overall the whole golf experience here is super fun. The front desk and concierge service are helpful and nice. My two grips with this place is the food and the service. My server was barely around and we saw the food runners more than our waitress. Even the food runners had to give us napkins and refilled our drinks. Now with the food. Fried chicken- Super crispy and kinda dark, but pink inside wth. It was sent back. Brownies- Dry and seem kinda left out all day. Strawberry Shortcake- depressingly dry biscuit with no sauce and seriously they took two whole strawberries and just sliced them. I would go here for the golf and the drinks only, and have dinner somewhere else. read more

This may sound a bit dramatic, but if you're a golfer, a fan of sports bar and grills and love to have fun, this place is all of it wrapped in one. I was visiting my son who quite simply described it as a "cool" place with this and that. When we arrived we were greeted with a "buzz" and energy that made me say, "What is this place?" I was blown away. The staff service was incredible from the door, to concierge to the servers was incredible. It was like their mission was to make sure nothing stood in your way to have fun. We had just eaten lunch before arriving so I didn't taste the food but if it pairs with the rest of the experience, I'm guessing it is good too! Great place. read more

$100 gift card debacle. Moral of the story don't ask for a Top Golf gift card for bday or gift of any sort. TG was insisting to add $100 to the players card oh but wait they are charging $7.93 so I only had $93 actually on the card. I had them add $40 for an hour of golf rest left on the gift card for food and drinks. 45 min wait, decided to order 2 drinks (from a very limited beer selection) at the bar. Oh sorry they can't honor the gift card at the bar only in the bays. WTF?? read more

This was our first trip to TopGolf. When we walked in, we were unsure of the signup process. When we eventually talked to a client services member and mentioned it was our first time, the person was not welcoming or helpful in explaining the process. Actually, the person was a little rude and gave off a sense of elitism for US not knowing the protocol. We were repeatedly told we couldn't play without a card without being described what the card is. It was a confusing customer service experience that set the tone for the whole day. As an avid golfer, the golf experience was just ok and a little overrated. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. read more

Great service! Good food, good drinks! Lots of fun for groups, but the hubs and I had fun solo. Be prepared to spend some $ - this place is not cheap on the weekends. read more

First time at top golf. I had a lot of fun. I suck at golf. i will definitely come again. It was a blast. $5 for a card, $40 for a bay per hour, up to 6 ppl. Staff was super nice, wait staff was great. read more

One star only because zero isn't a option. This place has the worst service and the rudest bartenders I've ever come in contact with. People were really rude. read more

Finally got the opportunity to visit TopGolf. I had one of the best times in a long time. The parking was kind if crazy. Yes, they have complimentary valet but that was a long line. I had to end up parking in the domain and walk back. The food is great! So far everything I've tried was good. Service, top notch. Although there was about a 3.5 hour wait to play, with the right company, that kind of went by fast as well. read more

I have had some great experiences at TopGolf. However, I have had up charges on my bill three of the last five times that I have been. Pay attention to what you order and what they bill you. You will be surprised of how things are placed on your bill, especially when it comes to the drinks. read more

Food is amazing. My kids love it here...always a good time with friends and family. Never had outstanding service but the wait staff is always friendly. A little pricey for a family outing but it makes my husband happy. read more

Tonight, a friend and I went Top Golf, I had a free hour that was comped to me back in August when the power went out. (which was awesome that they did that in the first place.) Any who me and my friend went in tonight and Mitch was out server. Mitch took a personal interest in us which made us feel right at home! He went above and beyond to ensure out experience was a good one! Danny, (the Manager) came over to say hello and ensure that we were having fun! This kind of service is extremely rare these days! I will absolutely will return and recommend this great establishment! Thanks guys!! read more

Why would a place like Top Golf schedule 1 bartender on a Sunday. She is good but getting her ass kicked making drinks, taking care of her bat top, and miscellaneous activities without help from any management. Poor management read more

I went here recently on a cold night. The heated bays weren't very effective unless standing directly underneath. So the couches were irrelevant at that point. The drinks were good. I'm sure depending on who's working allows for a strong hand. I ordered the calamari as well as the mac n cheese sticks. Not bad! I would come back. read more

TopGolf is usually one of my favorite places to visit and have a good time. However, this visit was different than the usual and is based solely on the manager on duty at the time. We went for my birthday recently so had a decent sized group, we were cutoff from ordering more alcoholic beverages based on the amount of our bar tab alone. No one came to speak with us regarding our sobriety level, which was far better than others around us, our waitress just informed us that the manager decided our tab was too high so cut us off despite agreeing others were far more inebriated. Makes sense right... Anyways we left and went to a bar where they gladly took our money and served us drinks. So kudos to the manager who bases everything off a number. The rest of the service was great. read more

When my guy brought me to a place called "Top Golf" on a Friday night I was skeptical. Neither of us are into golf so I thought, "Hmm, this is going to be interesting". I was wrong! We went to the 3rd floor for drinks and food on the patio where they had live music and a fire then followed up the rest of the evening over looking the course. Watching people hack away at the golf balls like a serial killer trying to hack a body to bits prior to disposal is fun, too. The food and drinks are reasonably priced, it's fun and PACKED. read more

My friend invited me for lunch and since its early she wanted to go somewhere else, so since she hasnt been to Topgolf , we decided to go there for some dessert and play . Its been awhile since i"ve been there, but i always loved Topgolf. Our waitress, which i cant remember the name was so nice and friendly. When my friend ordered her beer, she said to our waitress that we are celebrating " good week". She meant good week for me coz im a breast cancer pt undergoing chemotherapy and this week is my week that i can go out around people. We ordered those injectable donuts and its really good. When my friend got the bill, our waitress said that " the donuts are on me" and wish me luck. I was so teary eyed , its such a nice gesture on a person who had been on a rough road. I will definitely look look for her the next time i go there and will surely get her name!! Mary anne --- austin, tx read more

Ok so I'm a religious customer I come in at least two or three times a week to play pool and I go through the same thing each time trying to order something... Anything I usually have to run down someone who works here even though 5 or will walk by and not say a word I mean maybe that's what customer service has turned into. read more

Great food, great fun and affordable! If you're looking for a good time..anytime of the day this is the place to go. A place for friends and business associates to gather and have a good time. Music is always up to date. TV's always have sports playing. Bar is fully stocked. Drinks and food are perfect for the atmosphere. Even if golfing is not your thing...hitting a golf ball just to hit it is good fun for everyone. It's a great place for competitors and fun loving people alike. I've always had a good time, never disappointed. Gets pricy at night but that's because attendance is crazy at night. You might be waiting for hours to get a booth during peak hours but it'll be worth the wait. A must try for anyone who's looking to switch up routine or anyone who loves sports. Great night life atmosphere. read more

The game was glitched and the machine wouldn't dispense any balls. It took them 30 minutes to fix it, which they told us would be added back to our time. However, they said that they couldn't add the time back because it was "College Night," so we lost 30 minutes of our game due to their error. Our waiter almost never came by and the food was extremely mediocre. Step it up, Topgolf. read more

Went to Topgolf Austin last night. Four of the five of us had been to Top Golf numerous times at other locations, but only one of us had an existing membership, and none of us had ever "signed up for one". Hence was very surprised we would have to pay $5 each to join. Not that this was a dealbreaker, just seemed like nickel and diming, especially when we paid $10 to reserve, came on a Tuesday to save on the per hour price, just to find out we would pay $20 more anyway. One of the staff came over, and offered we could just play as one person, but there is no fun in that. Also going through this process was eating into our golf "time", so starting off the night was starting out aggravating. The staff member offered to go get a manager and they told us they would take off the membership fees and subtract 15 min of charges from our time, which was a great way of handling the situation. I had to remove a star given our start, but after that it the night went very smoothly. After we got going, we had a great time. Occasionally the system had a hickup, wouldn't score a shot or give the next ball, but that was quickly remedied. Lance our server was awesome. He was very attentive, very pleasant attitude, often asking us if we needed new drinks/food and ensuring waters stayed full. Thanks Lance! read more

Bottomless Starbucks, tasty food, and hitting stuff with sticks. No better way to let out some energy.

We came here for the first time for my husbands 30th birthday! We had the best time! There was a hour and a half wait for a bay since it was a Friday Night. That didn't bother us! We found a table upstairs by the DJ. People were dancing and having a great time! We ordered our Food, Buffalo Wings and the Cheese Pesto Flat Bread! Both were Delicious! When our Bay was ready we got a text message. Most of our group was inexperienced at the game of Golf. But we all had a Blast! It's a great place for experienced golfers and rookies! Top Golf is a must try! read more

I hate golf, I hate golfers I hate the stereotypes if golfers, but man what an awesome time!!! But aren't most memorable experiences are??? Great place great staff thanks Skye you rock. read more

Management called and explained that C&W music played for hours was not normal. Also, the staff are usually more attentive. I feel that their quick response to my review is more inline of my great memories of TopGolf. I've had excellent service there and no issues before. read more

What an awesome place. Seriously great times. Let's talk price. I'm not cheap and know what it cost to have fun but wow. A Wednesday night with 4 friends, 3 buckets off beer, 3 appetizers, 2 hours of golf, with tip $275. Wow. It's Wednesday nights. Let's be honest here. $275 could do way more than 2 hours of driving range golf and beer but hey it does keep a particular crowd out of here which is nice. read more

Pretty cool place all in all, the food is pricey but the portions aren't too small. Our entire group was having a good time and we had children, adults, and grandparents with us. There are fans but during a Texas summer you're still going to be sweating. read more

(Group of 12) What a disaster. Had lost our reservation, even though I had confirmed. Took over a half hour to check in and we were only hitting balls for 1 hour. The Food, not so good. Extremely disorganized. Multiple lines to do the same thing. Charged to reprint Membership cards and called it high tech (A QR code on phone would be much better). Anyplace charging a membership, is something I do not like. I have been hear a couple of times, and each time, was very disappointed. read more

I don't like golf, but I sure like knocking the **** out of golf balls. A real stress reliever. This place is overpriced...go on a weekday, it's cheaper. I ordered some Thai pulled pork sandwich and had no idea I would have to have one of these like every month for life. It was so unexpectedly freaking delish!!! People are a little stuck up(staff & customers) but that's the new Austin so deal with it. read more

I went as I am looking to change employment. For me, how much FUN is it is the big thing for me, Safety comes next. Finally, is there good FOOD?! The food is good, not great, but way better than any average fast food joint. But, it is way better than any bar food! Next, safety, everything I would expect, is there. Finally, fun?, this is as good as it gets, with clothes on! (And kids can watch!) Golf is the central theme, Target Oriented Practice. and yes, it is Topgolf. The place is perfect for pretty much anyone. read more

Top Golf's bathrooms have the most exquisite bathrooms filled with a bountiful, heavenly toilet paper. You will NOT find better toilet paper in another establishment. Not only is it perfect for normal bathroom applications, but for other extenuating circumstances as well. Unlike the sand paper other establishments provide, Top Golf's toilet paper will leave you in peaceful bliss. Hands down, Top Golf has the greatest toilet paper. read more

I'm only deducting a star for the cost. It was already a stretch for me at $20 an hour but now it's even more. So probably won't be going as often anymore. It is a lot of fun though and even if you aren't a good golfer you'll likely have a great time. read more

I mean, I know that no one comes here for the food, but the food was pretty crappy. I was served cold fries and my chicken sandwich tasted really bland. The honey mustard is 80% mustard, so uh, just a heads up for picky eaters. I guess the rest was fine - golf is golf. Very crowded environment. read more
