I've been to Top Golf several times and it's always been a good experience. Today was exceptional though, so I'm leaving a review. My employer had one of those off-site team gatherings here and we had an employee named Ben take care of us. He was a step above the others I've had here in the past. We arrived early, expecting to wait, but Ben let us come up anyway and helped us get all setup. We had teams worked out ahead of time and Ben configured all of the booths for us. He setup everyone's 'player' so that when our scheduled time arrived, we didn't waste any time getting phone numbers to look people up in the system, make accounts, etc. We got to spend our entire time playing. Ben was also able to take orders from all of our tables at once. He got us left handed clubs, worked out drink tickets, tabs for people paying beyond drink tickets, setup the food table, just every little thing needed, taken care of by one person for three hours straight. It was a great time. I ate a lot of cake balls and hit a lot of golf balls. 5 stars. read more

We had so much fun pretending like we knew how to play golf yesterday! They make it very beginner friendly. The machines are pretty dummy proof and guide you through the whole process. We only had beer and nachos so I can't speak to the rest of the menu. The nacho's were good and the beer was cold. Our server gave suggested we get a pitcher of beer as it was cheaper. It was so good we got another one. We played for an hour and a half and that was the perfect amount of time for us to eat, drink and play golf. Soooo much fun!!! read more

Went with a group of friends yesterday. I have been to this location several times before with great service! We were on level 3 and the food was cold. I sent back my order of fries twice. I then ordered a burger with tater tots. To my surprise it came with fries and they were cold as well as the burger. I appreciate Frankie for stepping up trying to help. As our time was up I asked for my burger to go. After the wait, I knew what to expect, cold tater tots and cold burger. I hope this is a one off. I am lot sure of the kitchen puts the food up and there is a delay in greeting to the bay. I will go back but refuse to be put on level 3 or if I am I will not order food again! read more

Every city we visit, we always try to stop by. The best time to go is on Tuesday when the bay is 50%. It gets quite busy, so save some time and reserve a bay via the app. They do have kid sized golf clubs. You are allowed to bring your own clubs as well. Went on a Tuesday for the half price and what a great deal! We reserved it for two hours, but we started a little late so our reservation a little under 2 hrs. It was very enjoyable! We were able to get one full game because we picked a pretty long one. You can have friends come and spectate (which is free) and just have a good time! Definitely would come back for a group event. Reservation was easy online and check in was pretty smooth. Only one hiccup since we didn't know how to start the game. read more

100% all round fun! This is a clean huge indoor space so a perfect activity during the hot summer! We always come in a group and have a blast. The game itself can be played in a normal version or with various themes and my favorite is the angry birds version. Who doesn't like knocking those pigs out lol! But you know the best part about Top golf? It's the donut balls that you can fill up with different flavors of cream...mmm.. so unique and tasty! The appetizers and drinks on the menu are very good too. Staff is always friendly, courteous and handles many demands of huge groups with patience. There's a huge parking lot but sometimes it can diff it to find a spot during busy weekends. It's also a good idea to reserve a booth if you plan to go during the evenings or weekends. read more

Went here with my family the other day. And let me say, the GM needs to make an unexpected visit here to see how unprofessional this place is. Biggest issue.. the way the staff dresses. The young girls working here are barely wearing any pants... their butts were hanging out of their EXTREMELY short shorts and golf skirts... the one that I did see wearing pants had pants that were so sheer I could see her entire thong and butt through her pants... We rented a high top table for two hours and couldn't get a player added... the waitress said she couldn't do more than we were doing so lots of switching turns... not even an offer of getting a manager to check it out. We ordered two mango coolers that were advertised as fancy drinks in a nice glass. We got two huge foggy Pepsi cups with grapefruit juice and ginger ale... not the mango blended drink that was advertised. Waitress said "sorry we're out of cups"... Staff members chatting and hanging out while on their way to take a break. Staff members sharing the bathrooms... for a huge building, get an employee bathroom and separate the customers to keep it professional... have designated break areas.. Lastly, throughout our entire play time we had to stop at the honking golf cart collecting balls... seriously, every few minutes we had to stop as he drove by. Then a man who was maybe a manager yelled at a customer for hitting while he was driving by.. look, I get it, but people are busy having fun and he's extremely padded on the outside of that golf cart. It happens. Don't need to be unprofessional for everyone to hear. If I could sum this place up in a few words, it's unprofessional and run by a bunch of slobs. My first time at top golf, it was fun, definitely hard but fun once you get the hang of it! It was hot but they have fans which help a lot, super nice, and it has shaded area when it's not your turn. This was the first Top Golf location I've been to, and having never golfed before, I can say that it was pretty fun! It's a unique take on a driving range where the vibes are more oriented towards casual hangouts, with a restaurant, bar, and lounge. They have a variety of game styles to make the group golf experience more competitive and interesting too! If you do decide to eat here, the food is pretty decent bar food (albeit with the bar prices). For me, it's most worth it to make a reservation on Tuesdays because of their 50% off play special. Also for first-timers, there is a $5 fee to register an account for the games. Parking is pretty easy since they have a huge lot in front. Additionally, the staff are friendly and attentive, and they're very good with dealing with large groups when ordering food and drink. Note that since the range is outdoors, it can get pretty hot in the summer months despite the fans running by each bay. Normally I'd rate 4 stars, but my last experience was pretty lacking. I wanted to take some food to go, so I ordered three different burgers 30 minutes before our bay reservation ended. Two of the three came out on time, but I was missing one. Our waitress let me know that it would be out soon, and that I could wait inside until it was ready. This ended up being an additional 30 minute wait. The waitress checked up on me occasionally to say the food would be out "shortly", but I wished she had given me an accurate estimate as I had an appointment close to that time. If I do come back again, I probably won't order food to go. Hope they can improve this process and communication in the future! read more

Whether you're a novice or a seasoned player, Topgolf has got you covered! It's a fun driving range for everyone, bring the whole family, friends or coworkers! I've been here twice and I had so much fun each time. We really love to take advantage of their half price Tuesday and make a reservation in advance. We always leave the house before the reservation time as they will text your bay number before your reservation when the bay is ready so when you get there you can walk right to your bay. AMBIANCE: There are 3 levels and we have played on the first and 2nd floor so far. I don't think there is a difference between each floor but the location of the bay kind of matters as the first time we got the bay at the far end of the row which made it harder to hit the ball since we had to angle our body so much. SERVICE: The service is quite quick. Both times we were greeted by our server within a minute of checking in at the bay. Their servers are attentive and friendly. FOOD: Their food was surprisingly good. I didn't have any expectations when ordering their food but their cheesy Macaroni bites were so good and the two sauces that come with it were great. We had the Tres Tacos with beef which were also delicious! The injectable donut holes (with vanilla & raspberry jam) were yummy and fun to eat. PRO TIP: Make sure to take the top of the syringes off first and then inject both flavors into one donut - delish! VERDICT: All in all, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great fun, food, and a lively environment. read more

Good activity for a group. Their price varies based on day/time zone, Tuesday bring cheapest and Fri, Saturday, Sunday evening bring at max. Saturday after 3 pm price is $58 per hour and $87 for 90 mins. One lane is usually limited to 6 people but they are able to accept the except sometime and able to allow 7 people for it. You can either do a reservation in advance, or add you name to wait list. Note that there can be 2-2.5 hours of wait time on weekend evening so make sure you choose one of the these two options. Using app for making reservation/adding name to wait list is easy. They don't accept the request on call. You also need a membership account ($5 for lifetime) while making reservation/adding name to wait list. I also found that you can only request for 1 lane when adding your name to wait list. If you made two separate requests, you wouldn't be guaranteed to have these next to each other. A lot of options (given that it's a activity place) for food and drinks and decent price too. I was amazed to see so good options for vegetarians for example: nachos, cheese macaroni bites, harvest hummus, queso Blanco ans chips, farmhouse flatbread They had options for non alcoholic drinks too. This was my first time visiting a TopGolf! I was hosting a happy hour for my coworkers and we had a great time! Because of the number of attendees, I had to choose from a catered menu. I selected the fajitas option which came with chicken, steak, cilantro lime rice, refried beans, tortillas, salsa, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, chips, garden salad, mini churros, chocolate sauce, and double chocolate chip cookies! We also had two drink tickets per person, 3 playing bays, and options to purchase from the regular menu as well! TopGolf is such big a busy place! The service was fair. We had one dedicated waiter who was attentive at times and then gone for long periods. We did have a large group, a large number of bays, and 3 hours of playing time so it was a lot to expect of one person so I wished they provided us another waiter. I also payed for our logo to be displayed on our designated bays and they were unable to project them. I did receive a refund but was annoyed by the mix up. The golfing was truly the star of the show! We had a great time playing the various game options and battling against one another! It was a great experience. The food was also a lot better than we expected especially for catered food and never visiting a Topgolf! We also all received a lifetime membership for booking this event! This was an awesome perk. My son wanted to visit top golf for his birthday celebration with couple of his friends. Made an easy reservation online, be aware you will need to pay $28 for deposit but will go towards balance. We went on a cold, windy and rainy day, they reassured they would have heaters and covered patio. I needed to change my reservation time it was a quick and easy fix with cancellation. Arrived there was nice and warm in our lane, Heather was our waitress she was amazing and very attentive with refills and taking order super kind. I forgot how much fun Topgolf can be. I've been to a couple, but I feel like the service here was just a touch more attentive than others I've been to. I ordered the mushroom tacos. The server looked at me a bit weird when I did. Apparently it was a new menu item he had forgotten about as he hadn't had anyone order it yet. Lol. I figured they'd be small so I also got some tater tots. The two don't go great together, but that did end up being just the right amount of food for me. I had a couple bites of queso which was also pretty good. Skip the dessert here though. It's just ok. The atmosphere is fun and casual. My group had a great time and for most of us it was their first time going. A lot of them said they'd come back. Received a text stating our bay would be available at our reserved time. Arrived 15 min early to check in and the person at the desk said the bay was being cleaned and would text when it is available. Being patient, we waited until 10 min after the reservation time to go check again. The same person said that the bay has been ready, yet no text, no apology, and our time had already started. We had been standing right next to the desk, so if the text system was down, they could have easily just told us it was ready. Very frustrating. read more

I have visited this place three times, and have had a negative experience each time. The food is average and delivered slowly, even when they are not busy. The facility is typically dirty, almost unsanitary, and the parking lot is very dangerous after dark. The security guard with the flashing lights on top of his car is worthless, and must sit there and sleep. Cars are broken into, fights all over the place, and worse. Find a safer place. read more

Ehhhh, I'm very torn on my opinion ion of Top Golf. For a date or a girls night yes it's fun, but make sure to get a reservation online. Tuesdays is the night to go for the pricing but be ready to shell out some moolah in general. I went to a corporate event here that was super fun! So suggest it for that as well. But with the kids.... It's terrible! Especially if on 1st floor, the sensors weren't picking up ANY of their shots, maybe 5 out of 150 actual hits. Even mine, it wouldn't count every now and then and it was extremely frustrating especially since the game we were playing the targets were close up so it's not like we could just launch it to make sure the sensors caught it. Another reason our kids were a nightmare there were the tables. We've always had a low couch but this time I noticed almost all of the couches have been replaced with high tops. The kids were such a pain getting in and out of the chairs, spilling things, crying all of it a hot mess especially when it was 100 outside. They have fans there but they turn so far each direction feels like eternity before you get some wind again. I really wish they had more, but we just bring our own when we go now. Food is okay, nachos are great but not a huge portion like you usually think of with nachos. Pretzel bites are decent, the pizzas are alright. I mean it's all fine, it's bar food. I do wish they would invest in some better cups for at least the alcoholic drinks. They melt SO fast, so your $15 margarita is a watery mess after 5-10 min. Overall we do like it, just gets super frustrating at times so I'll have to remember to request what we like next time. read more

Just left a business meeting w/ a few coworkers held at TopGolf earlier this evening & left so disappointed w/ the food. Our table ordered the Wing Trio (bone-in) and 2 out of the 3 flavors of wings that were ordered were still cold and not fully cooked through. Wings that cost between $29-$32 should come out hotttttttttt...just saying. I also ordered an individual Cobb salad that sounded very delicious on the menu but was bland in flavor once I tasted it. This was my first time playing top golf at this location! We had a party of 8! We had a lot of fun and I was surprised that it was nice and cool even in the heat of summer! One issue we had was my cheeseburger order. Every person had their order correct except me. I just had a plain cheeseburger and fries. When I asked for a slice of cheese, it took them over ten minutes to bring it and finally I flagged a manager to bring it to me. Then, when the game ended they told us we had 15 minutes to leave because the bay was reserved for the next group. We hadn't finish paying yet and the waiter had already mentioned this. It kind of rubbed me the wrong way because we hadn't even finished the game or sign the check. I'll probably ask for a different waiter next time I go, if I see the same guy. We have been to quite a few topgolf locations but this was our first time visiting the Austin location. Overall, it was meh. We were able to reserve a bay (reservations can be made 7 days in advance). The online reservation system is easy enough. I hate the "membership" fees - this is such a scam to me. Both my brother and I had memberships but because they were associated with old phone numbers we couldn't "access" these any longer and had to create new memberships at a $5pp cost. Total rip off. The various games you can play at the bays are fun and you definitely don't have to be a golfer to have fun. The cost of bays is ridiculously expensive - but if you have 4-6 people might be more reasonable. We rented ours for 90min and with the two new membership fees it came to close to $90. Food and drinks are also way overpriced - we shared cheesy fries, pretzel bites, I had a fountain coke and my brother and husband each had two cocktails each - over $100. Service was meh - we had someone take our order kind of quickly but service slid big time after that. Our bath was near where the employees only room was and every time the door opened there were just a ton of them standing around talking. Lots and lots of kids when we went - I guess it is marketed as an all ages space but if you're in a bay near a kids bday party it's just not a really great experience. Overall if you're willing to pay UBER bucks to swing a golf club while you eat overpriced bar food and overpriced drinks I guess it's ok? read more

It's been forever since I've had a Topgolf date with the family!! It was a fun return! We got into our bay pretty seamlessly, entering the waitlist and upon arrival, our bat was ready to go... unfortunately, so was our server! We must have hit shift change, which is fine, but a small communication misfire and we didn't have a server for awhile... We had a hungry teenager and our drinks were dry pretty quickly. With a quick chat with a manager, it was handled swiftly and we got lucky with Hannah our new server! She was really attentive and we totally understood she had a long previous shift and wasn't noticed of where she was, so no biggie! She took great care of us going forward and the manager Batt was really helpful and made sure we had a great time! The mac and cheese bites were great and we tried 2 wing flavors, garlic parm and lemon pepper ! We all agreed the lemon pepper were the best ! I've been going to Topgolf several times. Consistent and reliable, Topgolf is my goto activity to suggest if you or your party are in the mood to do something besides eating during an outing. Of course though if you want food they have that too, all equipped and ready for a good time. Atmosphere: A party themed driver range, so whether you're a hardcore golfer or just wanting to hit balls, it's all approachable and enjoyable. Food: I've gotten food here a few times, nothing stands out too much that I say is a must get, but they are certainly a compliment to any party while golfing. Along with a good selection of drinks. Service: Service has always been great, attentive and timely as well as able to help out where they can. A bonus addition I want to add on to Topgolf is that they do offer coaching lessons, and all the lessons I've had here have been top notch. Professional and supportive, there was a day and night difference between when I took the lessons and before I started. With all that said, golf on, Topgolf delivers on what it promises, a great time with golfing and food to boot. So grab your club (or use theirs) and some friends and destress and shoot your shoot! read more

I'm a recurring guest at Topgolf and have played at multiple locations. I'm over 18, and today I was told I couldn't come in because I didn't have an ID. I looked it up, and Topgolf's own policy says guests only need to be 18 or older after 9 PM unless they're underage -- which I'm not. I've only ever come to Topgolf after 9 PM and it's never once been a problem before. The staff were also really rude about it, which made the situation even worse. It's frustrating when policies aren't consistent and when loyal guests are treated disrespectfully. Definitely disappointed with how I was handled tonight. read more

We celebrated my husband's birthday here with our littles. We went on a Tuesday, to take advantage of their deals. My oldest golfed, and the 2 littles were occupied enough. We had a lot of Angry Birds fun, so it's a great idea to have that! Time went by and we wanted to stay for more. We also enjoyed the food. A lot. My Cobb salad with balsamic was perfect. When the kids love the fries, it's a win. My husband has been here before and enjoyed himself. I now understand why. This place is also great because it accommodates any type of crowd: date night, family fun, and intense golfers getting some practice in. No ifs, ands, or putts about it I wanted to have some fun with my friends and decided to come back to Top golf. I have been there before with other friends. Both times the service was good and the games were fun. The crowds around me seemed like they were enjoying the time spent. I absolutely love the variety of games to play. I have been upstairs and downstairs, I don't have a preferred location to hit balls from just let me get going and it will all be fine. Things will get slower as the place fills up but for my time, food got there timely. read more

I am a long time customer of Top golf. We have had many company functions and outings at the Austin location Including a CBRE charity event held every year. With that said I have today 5/14 was the worst ever experience I have ever had. The Bartender at the main bar wearing a red shirt and a blue hat hands-down has to be the worst employee ever employed by topgolf. We are in the middle of a sponsored event where customer has paid to rent out a space in your facility only to have this bartender, run his mouth and try to flex his authority over the guest. one of the rudest employees I've ever come across in a topgolf location. If an employee is overwhelmed, then they should not be putting the position this guy was in because he cannot keep up with orders or straight up handle it . His attitude and him continuously try to stare people down instead of helping was crazy. Nice place ruined by bad employ employee. read more
