Went there with my husband and a couple of friends. Very fun and clean place, I would highly recommend

We booked our area for 7 pm and we arrived 15 min early to check in, the only bad mark I would give is that we still had to wait until almost 7:30 before getting our area to play in.. other than that we had a blast! Food and drinks were great and the atmosphere was amazing! Fun times!! Must do for groups!! read more

I love coming here (second time this week). The food is good ... Yummy nachos! And the experience is pretty good as well! Why the one star review you ask? The service at check in was terrible. I paid $50! for a "VIP" reservation. What does it include, you ask? Turns out nothing ... Except a wait in a long line to see a concierge followed by a 20 minute wait. Never coming back. read more

This is a great place to come out with some friends family or whoever you want to laugh at or have fun with playing golf. You can play pool video games and even practice your golf game. Topgolf has a full bar and food menu. I would go as far as to say they have something for the whole family. read more

3.5 stars for entertainment/ novelty. 5 stars for service (on a Monday night, anyway). 1 star for shady marketing upsells. 2 stars for ambiance. Pros: - An interactive way to drink and hang out with friends with a cool view and table service. - Our server was really nice and attentive. - Menu options such as a Gluten Free cauliflower crust for the flatbread. Cons: - Way too expensive. $45/ hour to play, $28 for a bucket of 6 Bud Lights, and the worst of all, having to pay $5/ person for memberships just so we can have our names and scores show up on the screen. - Crappy trendy dance music was annoying and way too loud. - The RFID chips in the balls aren't 100% accurate, so you can't take your score too seriously. As a competitive person, this was annoying. I play to win! - The UX on the selection screen is lacking. - The guy that set us up was way too braggy about how their ideas are so far ahead of the technology. That's nothing to brag about. It's essentially a nicer way of saying that your tech is crappy - make it better. Overall, an overpriced Dave and Busters for golf is an accurate description. We all had a good enough time but I'll only go back if my company has an outing or a group of friends organizes it. read more

We had some issues with our game at first. However, topgolf's customer service is the best! Aaron (the manager) and Alex (the server) were amazing. Aaron was funny and went along with my groups ridiculous sense of humor. Aaron took care of us immediately when anything happened. I will come back here again and again read more

This is one of those "special occasion" places that you frequent for a date night out, birthday celebration, family get together, etc. It's just too pricey to come every weekend. We went on a Saturday around 5pm, just when it was starting to get busy. I would highly suggest coming here earlier than later...it was sooooo crowded while we were golfing with wait times 2+ hours long. While you wait, there's a few bars to hang out at and drink/eat, they will text you once your bay is ready. You play by the hour, which is also pricier later in the day. Once it got darker outside the music was louder and the atmosphere changed from family time to fun night out time. PROS: You can drink while you wait. Family friendly. Kids allowed. No need to bring your own golf clubs. Each golf bay has it's own waiters. Tasty food. Parking lot. CONS: Pricey. Long waits. Can get very crowded. read more

This place is great to do a little drinking and a lot of golf; okay who are we kidding its a lot of drinking and a little golf! The place is huge with a great set up to watch the game, listen to a DJ and on a rare occasion catch a flying club going out to the red targets (I've seen it quite a few times). There is free valet but take that with a grain of salt; I have had to cab it home before and they kept my keys so don't forget to retrieve them! They have clubs there or you can bring your own. Really you won't need any drivers or woods as a 3 iron should get you to the back netting (unless your like me and enjoy cracking some out to try and get the waitresses attention; it didn't work) It is quite difficult to actually lose a ball over the side but with that perfect slice and a little wind it happens. It can be a bit pricy but the food is always good and beer cold. Buckethead IPA is great on draft and splurge for the meat tray- it's defiantly worth it! Cheers! read more

Every time I have gone there has been a wait, but I honestly think it is worth it. You can sit at the bar or play pool/xbox until your bay becomes available. I really like that you're only committed for the hour and can add on more time as you need. As far as the food goes, I have only had the guacamole and the turkey wrap. The guacamole and chips are really good. You can tell it's made fresh to order. The chips are a little too thick for my liking, but they are perfect for holding inappropriate amounts of guacamole and shoving it in your mouth. The turkey wrap is great. You should go for the tater tots with the aioli sauce over the sweet potato fries. Our friend had a burger with mac and cheese on it which sounds questionable but it really looked great. read more

So. Much. Fun. Things I love in no particular order: 1. You can SUCK at golf and still have a great time. There are a variety of games to suit your group. Personally, I enjoy the original. My son is 7 and just starting to golf, but still has a great time because again, no skill required. My dad is a Senior PGA qualifier and I can sorta keep up :) 2. I can bring my dog. 3. You can eat and drink at your bay. Love this option. 4. If you go before 12 pm it is only $20/hr. 5. The bays are far enough apart you don't even really notice the party next to you. I was worried about this during my first visit, but was pleasantly surprised when we left that I hadn't even noticed the group at the next bay. 6. The staff is always friendly - well every time I have been there. From the first time - showing us how to set-up our bay to the last time we were just there. They interacted with my son and made us feel like "family" - cheesy I know, but so true. 7. Clubs are provided. In the area - shopping at the Domain and want to hit a round - YOU CAN! The clubs aren't great, but they aren't too shabby either. Plus, they have child clubs. Love this. 8. If there is a wait there are things to do! There are 3 floors and the top has corn hole and Jenga (plus a small bar), the middle floor has a restaurant/bar, and the bottom floor has pool tables. We waited an hour the first time we went and time flew by! Things I don't love love: 1. The food. It's ok. Not great. I have had brunch, lunch, and dinner there. The bacon mac and cheese egg rolls are delicious, but everything else has been average. I can't knock it too much because I don't come there for the food. 2. No reservations. Although there are things to do while you wait - it would be nice to be able to make reservations if you have family in town, etc. Minor. Try Top Golf Austin. SO worth it. read more

This place was a disappointment. I've been to the Top Golf in Vegas and had a blast, and while I wasn't expecting as polished of an experience here, there were some annoyances that were hard to overlook. First, the most annoying part of the entire experience was how buggy the actual golf experience was: at least three times I had to call over the attendant to login and "Clear PLC" or something to get the machine to actually detect when balls were hit. They also have a new "Play a Virtual Course" game which is completely unusable--the software freezes up after every shot. A couple other things that irked me: they charged us for an extra person (4 when there were 3 of us) and they couldn't seem to get our food order right, e.g., they brought us a random pizza that we didn't order. read more

Top golf was well run. We waited like 30 mins for a bay. They were helpful and friendly. It was $45 an hour for the bay. Games were fun. Food and beers were okay read more

I can't give it 5 stars, because it's not perfect, but it's very good! The minor nit-picks I have: Sometimes the scoring thing doesn't accurately score my golf hits. Not a big deal, but sometimes I'm happy to hit the ball farther than 1 yard in front of me! :-) It's a little on the pricey side, but you're getting what you pay for. The service and and food quality have been excellent every time I've gone. I look forward to going back again soon! read more

I came for the Mushi and they disappointed me . They definitely need to add this back to the menu

Top golf - the idea is simple. Go in have a few beers and hit some golf balls right? Yes! This place is really fun and the staff is very friendly. I have been here twice so far and have had great service. The food is decent but nothing to brag about so far... but it is what you would expect from a bar type atmosphere. Overall, I would say that this is a top notch facility and I will definitely be coming back. read more

Really like this place, super friendly service and a really fun concept. If I lived up north, I would come here a lot more often. Y'all should open one down south! They have great party package deals, I did one years ago for my birthday and we had a great time. It's not super cheap, but it's worth it for a fun night out that is something different! read more

After my experience with Top Golf tonight I can confidently say I would sooner place my trust in Bernie Madoff and Sam Bankman-Fried running my investment accounts for the rest of life than having faith that the Top Golf estimated wait times will be accurate in the future. I put in a reservation at 4pm with a 2hr wait time and wasn't given a bay until 9pm. This is not a first world problem, this is a top golf problem. #BestServiceInOhio read more

I will start by saying I suck at golf. I used to go a lot when I was younger but after talk g almost 10 years off, I have come to find out I am noo get good. Luckily for me, I still had a ton of fun. Came here the night before July 4th and there was a good crowd but we were able to get two bays on the bottom floor together. Throughout the time that we were here, the wait staff was very helpful (a bit slow at times but I could tell they were busy). My only upsetting thing about my night there was that I asked 5 different busboys and waiters how much alcohol was in the promotion bag drink that they sell for $30. Everyone of them told me it was a lot and plenty for you but not a single person could tell me exactly how much. They all said they would go find out for me bit they never returned. I was a little disappointed about that but I will just have to wait till next time to find out. read more

The food is up to par... No pun intended! The tater tots here are a-mazing!! My date ordered the Topgolf Club with tater tots and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sliders with a side of sweet potatoes. I've come here for a few company events. It can be pretty fun, if you like golf or just want to try and don't care what you look like doing so. Usually we get food for the entire group. This time it was beef and chicken fajitas with cilantro rice and black beans which were decent but nothing amazing in my opinion. As for drinks, I got the tipsy Palmer which just had a lot of sweet tea. Not quite enough lemonade or citron vodka for my taste. I really liked the red wine sangria though. Fruity and light. :) read more

Pretty cool place! Pros: Fun concept, great to have your own area, good food, live music on some nights. Cons: cocktails are weak (order beer or wine), a bit too loud to have conversation. Overall, a fun experience for 2-6 people!!! read more

Came here for lunch with some work clients and for that it was great. Not too loud, plenty of space and you can get some fun golf shots in. The food was not exceptional, but it was tasty enough, quick and plenty. The chips and salsa were very good though. There is a nice drink selection if you so desire and the bar is very well laid out and comfortable. All in all, it is a great place to take clients, hang out or just have a snack and play some golf games with friends. The place is very clean and quite expansive, so even though there are seemingly large crowds, it is never too bad. read more

The golfing experience was a very nice time, BUT the food and management was very poor. We had a medium size piece of PLASTIC in our queso. Management came by to apologize and gave us the queso on the house and proceeded to ask if there was anything he could get us, we told him a few waters. Safe to say, 25 minutes later and THE WATERS NEVER CAME until I had to go up when we were leaving to ask again. My advice, eat prior. read more

Definitely a place to bring a group of people. Splitting the hourly cost upfront makes for a great time. $40 an hour during peak usage blows between two people, but between 8 it's fun and cheap. Like Peter pan but for adults, with real adult beverages. And food. While I have never ordered anything but alcohol it reads well on the menu. I visited this location to take my fiancée for her first visit. And to kill an hour before we saw #GetHard at the iPic. Was absolutely worth it, the table server was very informative, polite, and smiling. For individual practice it's not the right place, for social gatherings of EPIC proportions it's a perfect venue. read more

Today (Saturday July 18, 2020) we were at Topgolf at 11am in bin 308. The fan was NOT working correctly. With the temps being 90 with no natural breeze it made the experience uncomfortable. I have gone to this top golf before and had minimal issues but my most recent visit was very disappointing to say the least. My server was phenomenal super nice and was great the entire visit. It was my friends birthday and he wanted to go to top golf. Knowing how excited he was everyone in my party was excited for the top floor. We had initially checked in online before driving up and we're quoted two and a half hours. Upon arrival our bay was ready on the first floor but I had asked the front desk associate if the top floor was possible and how much additional wait time they needed. I was quoted 30/45 minutes which i decided to wait. After 45 minutes I hadn't received a text do I went up to the same associate to ask about our bay. He asked for a moment went to the back and clearly just then added us to the top of the list as I received my first text about the bay. We waited an additional 15 minutes totaling to an extra hour just to get a bay on the second floor instead of the top as requested. When I received the text I went up to the counter and asked why we weren't given a top bay. The attendant was unapologetic and rude when stating "we only have second floor the top is full". My party was very disappointed in this service as we had waited a total of 3 and a half hours. Everything else was as expected although I was not asked if left clubs were needed nor did our bay have the stand for the left side which was a HUGE disappointment as I am left handed. read more

First time going to top golf! I had so much fun although we didn't stay long since it was closing soon. The food could be way better. I ordered the chicken and waffles. My company worked with TopGolf for a fundraiser event in May. We were one of the first big events to be held at the new venue. Jerrod, the sales director, was our main point of contact through the entire planning process, from "TopGolf sounds like a fun venue" to 25 bays, 145 attendees, and $12,000+ raised for The Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation. Set up was a little rocky, due to some miscommunication on timing, however once we got going, the event staff were like a well oiled machine. Our guests gave a ton of positive feedback and everyone is ready for another round next year. Where TopGolf excelled: - Provided the ultimate experience with food and beverages! - A/V support was an ace in the hole, and the numerous announcements we requested to make with a mic were timed to a T - Calculating individual scores in a quick turnaround to award prizes before people bolted was easy peasy A few ways to improve events: - Better parking, and/or start valet earlier than 5 p.m. when large parties are scheduled - Provide a layout of tables ahead of the event so the client can approve and the event staff have documentation of where everything should go - Provide easy guidance on hanging banners All in all, we can't wait until 2014's event. We found a winner, winner, chicken dinner! read more

Our waitress was super nice and helpful for our larger party. The drinks and food all came out so quickly, and everything tasted delicious!

Made a reservation for $25 thinking this was going to be applied towards the bay. Nope! That part was a total rip off for a single bay... Venue was fun, staff was friendly and facility was clean. Drinks and food was hit or miss and more than once we were asked by the wait staff with a full tray if we had ordered what they were carrying. As a golfer I'd rather go to a driving range. read more

Have had a few events here - and it is always a pleasure to work with the Top Golf staff to plan and execute! We just did an event for a group of 20 and had an awesome experience. For my first time here, I had a lot more fun than I was expecting! My friend and I came on a relatively cold day, so it was nice that they had the heaters on in the hubs. Everything was clean, and the staff was nice. My one complaint would be that our scores weren't always recorded after we had hit the golf balls, even though they landed in areas that were worth points. Would be great if they would answer their phone. Good luck trying to get a membership, the platinum partnership rep has apparently decided to not care about new members. I'm a regular at TopGolf in Chicago and came here with some friends on vacation. I left my membership card at home, but Joel the Hospitality Manager and Angel at that front desk were more than accommodating and really set the tone for the exemplary customer service that I've come to expect from TopGolf. The food was awesome- highly recommend the cheese fries with bacon. The Smokehouse Burger was cooked perfectly and I may or may not have finished it in five minutes. We had a party of 11- our waitress kept a smile despite our large order and constantly calling her over. I cant remember her name, but she was wearing a Nebraska jersey when we came the night of May 9. This place is awesome and I highly recommend you go if you're looking for a fun night out. read more

I have been noticing a common theme among my visits here. The last time several people left our gift exchange without their gifts & when we called top golf the employees plead ignorance. Fast forward to today: my credit card went missing from the desk to our bay & I asked that they make sure that I was given my card back. Hours later, no new charges, no new info regarding my card. I have my receipt & top golf member card, it would only make sense that I had left my credit card at the desk. To make matters worse our service has been very spotty & slow. Really hoping I don't have to cancel my card. read more

Topgolf is my favorite family destination. From kids to grandparents, amateurs to pros this place makes golf fun for literally everyone. What you might not know. - The food is actually isn't bad (would be 3/5 stars on its own) - There is a decent amount of drink options - This place is great for company parties or birthdays (but it's not cheap) - The inside bar has a ton of TVs and its a really great spot to watch a game read more
