Terrible service from multiple employees and multiple incidents. First came the check-in, which took forever. They took my driver's license and said to go on through to the bay to hear the safety instructions. My team was halfway through a game before I got my card so I couldn't play the first game. When a business charges you based on time rather than per game, extreme delays are inexcusable. And if they're working from your driver's license, how can they get your name wrong TWO times? The first time they changed my first name from Craig to Craigetta?!?! Sorry, but I'm obviously male. The second attempt they got my last name wrong. The third printing was finally correct. Then there was the food. It could have been good, had they gotten the order correct. Or made an effort to correct their mistake. I'd ordered the Sunrise burger. They cook it to-order and asked how I wanted it and the egg cooked. I chose medium-well for the burger and over-easy for the egg and tater tots as a side. Since you're required to have a membership card at this establishment, you'd think they'd be able to keep track of who ordered what. When the food came out, confusion reigned as they sorted it all out based on what had been ordered. "No, that must be hers since I didn't order medium-rare but she did.", "No, that must be his since the Sunrise comes with bacon and an egg, which this clearly lacks.", and so on. In the end one burger remained, which was clearly wrong: the little "cooked-to" tab was rarer than I'd ordered, the egg was over-hard not over-easy, and the side was fries when it should have been tots. I re-re-re-explained my order to the server and they left. My mistake was in thinking they'd gone to correct the order. It turns out they'd simply left the order, THREE tables away, and gone with no intention to correct the order. When I followed up on my missing order they pointed to the other table and said that my burger was over there and I could get tots instead of fries if I really wanted. They insisted that, despite the "flag" indicating it was not the right level of done-ness, that it was actually my burger. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went and retrieved it from the other table (they made no effort to bring it to me). As you can imagine, it was going cold by this point. And to add insult to injury, we were all finished eating by the time the tots belatedly came out. The game itself was also a disaster. I was able to join in on the second game. After their system gave a 15-minute warning, it erased everyone's scores without letting us complete those last 15 minutes. The next game, the computer froze and an employee had to reset the system, and once again all scores were lost. The last game managed to complete without issues. The establishment made no effort to adjust our times to compensate for the system failures. Perhaps they apologized to someone else in our party for any of the troubles we experienced, but I never heard any admission of any sort. UPDATE: 05/17/2017 It's interesting how a response was IMMEDIATELY posted to my review, especially since I wrote it early in the morning. Thus I suspected it was just an automated bot. But I emailed as requested just in case. Now, its a week later and they've NOT done any followup whatsoever. So I'm even more convinced it's a deceptive technique they've automated to make them look responsive and caring, so don't be fooled. read more

My husband and I went here for a little weekday date before his birthday. It was my first time here and I had way more fun than I was expecting! I had never golfed before, but it didn't matter; I had lots of fun without feeling like I was being judged. I think we came at a great time (Friday after lunch) because it didn't feel too crowded. I'm sure the weekends are a different story! Our terminal glitches out right after we logged in, but the managers rebooted it and gave us a free 30 mins for our trouble. Now THAT'S customer service! I can't attest to the food, but the drinks were fairly priced and the service was attentive. It's an expensive date, but a fun one. We will definitely be back! read more

Overall super fun place!!! Pro: fun atmosphere, the game is easy to understand, food is awesome. Definitely order the fried mac and cheese and the cheese fries. Recommend the couch/VIP section if possible in the 2nd level. We came in February for a birthday party and they had heat lamps - bonus points. Cons: the computer system they use to pay for extra time is very confusing and we had to get multiple employees to explain and in the end we paid too much and a manager had to refund us money. The staff is a little slow once the place gets busy, but they are friendly. We had a great time with a few hiccups, but we will be back! read more

I am not a regular golfer but I enjoy this place because my dad loves golfing. Whether you are an avid golfer or don't know anything about golf (like me) you can fit in here and have a good time. I love that I can come here in a dress and sandals to be goofy without judgement. The food and drinks are moderately priced and taste pretty good. Great place to have fun with a group but the wait time can be pretty bad on the weekends. But we take advantage of the pool tables during our wait and it's not so bad. I've been to the atlanta location and the alpharetta location. I think both are worth giving a try! read more

I'm not an avid golfer, but I can sport some mean golf attire! No need to break out the polo for a trip to Top Golf! This joint it legit! We went on a Saturday night but got there early. Here's a tip; if you don't want a three-hour wait, get there before 6:00! You have to have a TG Card before you can secure a lane. Fortunately, I had mine. Even if your entire party doesn't have cards, you can secure the lane while they wait in the other line to get cards. While we waited for our party we decided to grab a couple drinks and an app at the bar. I ordered the PINEAPPLE PUNCH - Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum + Bacardi Coconut Rum + pineapple juice + Monin ginger - $16. This is a shareable drink that comes in a super cute golf bag that lights up!! It's YUMMY!!! We also got the chips & queso which was good! After about 30 minutes our lane was ready. We were a party of 8 and lanes can only log 6 golfers at a time, so two of us chose to sit out. We ordered the wings, bacon mac & cheese rolls, and cheese fries. The cheese fries were the big hit! Super good without being drowned in cheese. Top Golf is a super fun outing for kids and adults! Check em out! read more

We came here for a team outing and it was still a wait despite it being Thursday and raining. I'm also not a huge fan of the membership requirement and became less of a fan when I had to pay $1 to have my membership card reprinted. Fortunately, after waiting in the membership card line for 20 minutes - our bays were ready. The experience was really fun! The view is great - and you can hit a lot of balls in one hour regardless of how many people are playing. The animations on the scoreboard also add excitement - some games even tell you how far you hit your golf ball. Our server helped us out and changed our game to unlimited balls, so we didn't have to keep ending and restarting games. The service was SUPERB for such a large group (17 people) . Our sever even taught us how to properly hit the golf ball, and he was very attentive. The only bad thing are the couches, they are way too low, and make it hard to efficiently eat and resume playing. Also, I did order a chipotle avocado veggie burger with fruit and it was beyond my imagination! It was full of flavor and it was so crispy that it tasted like a real juicy beef burger. However, I asked for wheat bread but got "gluten-free" bread which are not the same but it was fine. Overall - I had a great experience and I will be back! read more

My family and I decided to enjoy a night of a fun family activity, so we decided on Topgolf. The facility is state of the art and it is a Dave & Busters type vibe for Golf. We arrived around 10pm on a Saturday evening, so it felt more like a club type vibe. It was crowded, but a great vibe. My tip: If you are coming with kids, definitely plan to arrive earlier in the day to avoid the more adult crowd. Overall a fun experience for family, friends and an interactive date night. read more

Topgolf - Fun Saturday night vibes - Sports Bars Near Me - Alpharetta, Georgia

First the good stuff. I love the idea. I love the "sort of outdoors but sort of indoors" thing. I like that it's a fun activity both for golfers and non-golfers. I like that there are couches in the bays (YAY WHO DOESN'T LOVE A COUCH?) I like that the music at the bays isn't so loud that you can actually talk to your friends. Because hey, they're your friends. I like that it got me to pick up a golf club for the first time in a decade. And I like that I hit some SWEET shots! However... there's too much process friction and gaps in the training that could be so much better. First you have to wait in a line. Which line, you ask? Oh there are three and they all move slooooowly. Hubby and I waited in line for (no kidding) probably 30 minutes JUST to register and get a card so we could golf. Never mind the fact that they charge you $5 to sign up (hey, why not charge for parking too?) Like I said, never mind the $5 you get to pay for the privilege of giving them your business, but they make you WAIT IN LINE to do it. Sweet! Dear Topgolf: Technology is your Customer Experience Ally. There were an estimated 30 people in the same line we were in, (plus 15 more in two other lines we saw). That's 60 people who are NOT BUYING FOOD OR ALCOHOL. Had there been a row of self-serve kiosks, those thirty people could have filled in their information, stuck their credit card into the magic slot (no, not that magic slot) and BLAM we would have all been off buying food and beverage in no time. I'm telling you, put kiosks in place of the super slow human beings and you'll make up the cost of the kiosks in six months with additional food and bev revenue. I had to laugh actually... after standing in a non-moving line for 15 minutes, I looked up and noticed a sign on the wall that says: PLATINUM WAIT TIMES. LOL... well yes I suppose if "Platinum" is the highest level one can achieve, then YES you are excelling at wait times! Congrats! Lord have mercy, this stuff just writes itself. Anyway, once we finally got our cards, we joined the rest of our party, who had put their name in to wait for a bay. We had to wait about 45 minutes for a bay to open up and in the meantime we played Giant Checkers up on the upper deck, and it was a gorgeous day so no biggie. When our bay was ready, we were taken downstairs to the very last bay on the left end of the bottom floor. A young lady was there to greet us and she/we quickly discovered that the cards my husband and I had just stood in line for a half hour to purchase, hadn't been activated. Whoopsy! Here's how the conversation went: She: "Your cards aren't activated." Hubby: "That's weird, we just bought them when we got here." She: "You can just take them back upstairs to the desk where you got them and they'll activate them for you. It happens all the time." Hubby: "Um no. You can take them upstairs and have them activated." (((annoyed feelings))) Come on, now. Let's do an NFL-style instant replay, with how the actual conversation should have gone: She: "Your cards aren't activated." Hubby: "That's weird, we just bought them when we got here." She: "I'm so sorry, let me take care of that for you." Hubby: "Thanks so much, that's nice of you." (((warm fuzzy feelings despite the small hiccup))) Oh and btw, "it happens all the time" is a clue that the leadership team might want to look into that to prevent it happening in the future. As for the food, it's okay. In all honesty, I don't go to a place like Topgolf expecting high quality cuisine, so I wasn't disappointed. It's average bar food and that's cool. However, our food was dropped off by a guy who not only didn't notice our lack of napkins or silver, but didn't ask if we needed anything else. The old Drop-And-Run. We giggled about wiping our hands on each others' clothes until I walked back toward the bar & on the way, flagged someone down and asked for utensils and napkins. Most of our food was gone by then, but I got to thinking that no napkins coupled with fried menu items might have explained the six iron we saw laying waaaaaay out on the green. #SlipperyFingers Our server was friendly but clearly in the weeds the whole night. I felt for her. I was in the business 20 years and that place seems like a nightmare to work. Imagine every table is an 8-top, many with kids and endless soda refills. Not to mention, there are barely any server stations, and the place is as big as the Denver airport. The poor servers are giving their FitBits a workout just getting to the POS systems to place orders and print & checks. We waited a long time to get our checks, and again for her to collect payment and then AGAIN for her to return with change & Amex slips for us to sign. PRO-TIP: Give each server an apron with a $100 CASH BANK and a hand-held credit card processor. Even if they have to walk 1/2 mile to PRINT a check, at least they can do the transaction before they leave the table. We had fun but it felt like an effort. read more

Mother's Day 2017 (part 1) was spent at TopGolf. I ordered the chicken & waffle ($9.50) my daughter ordered a turkey avocado wrap (9.50). To drink I had a mimosa ($7.00). I would rate the food average (3), drinks and entertainment good and fun (4) and the service a (5). Let's face it ... I asked THREE times to do something for my friend's birthday. I was really excited to surprise her. They kept saying they would do it. They never did. It was super disappointing. My friend also asked for a left club three times and it was only delivered in the last 10 minutes that we played. Terrible service. For the cost, that's ridiculous. Came on a Saturday at 5pm. We had about a 30 min wait which was fine because everyone was having a drink at the rooftop bar. We had about 12 people and requested 2 bays together... when we got our bay, we saw the one next to us available and thought we lucked out! Nope.. management said we couldn't have 2 bays side by side because it would 'overwhelm the server's'.. So they gave us bay 318 and 320, with 1 bay in between us. That made no sense to me.. that's why I deducted a star on my review. Other than that it was great. We ended up just all going on 1 bay and it was actually fine. Just a smidge crowded but we made it work and ordered food in waves so could share the table space. Our server Luke was AMAZING, food was really good, service was prompt, and the atmosphere was super fun. 3rd floor was Great! We even hit the dance floor before we left. We went there on week day around 2pm for our team building activities with my company. Lots of parking space ! 1- We were welcome right away and someone took us to our bay. 2- They explain to us how to use the screen menu with the different activity available we chose the top golf game : Basically you can play 10 times and the player with the higher points win, you get more points if your ball enter close to the center of each hole on the course ! 3- It is very fun for someone like me who does not play golf, not too difficult so you can still get points ! :-) 4- If you decide to go and week day on the morning you can get a really good price 5- I will go back for sure to practice a little I highly recommend the place for people would like to be introduce to gold without having to go to the gold course !!!! read more

Although this wasn't my first encounter here at Topgolf, I must say, it was my favorite by far. We were able to reserve a spot, which we were initially told would be a 3 hour wait. So in the meantime, we decided to catch a bite to eat. 2 hours into our meal, we received a text that our bay was ready. As soon as we arrived, and got settled at our bay, our waitress, Paige, was on it and immediately began taking orders. Love the efficiency! She was polite, and very welcoming. We got a few drinks to start off our drive to high scores and hundred dollar bets on who would win. After two hours of failing at getting anything higher than 3 points, we ordered the Mango Habanero wings. Talk about a flavorful kick and party in your mouth . An hour later, to end off our night, we finished with some bite sized doughnuts. They came with a syringe full of cream that you can inject the donut with to get a burst of creamy goodness when you take that first bite. Dunkin who? Best donuts I've had by far! Regardless of the fact that I only had 6 points from 3 hours worth of playing golf, the service, food, and experience was amazing. I'm very pleased, and this might just become a biweekly visit. Gotta get my drive perfected, and belly full! read more

My experience here was absolutely wonderful, most especially because of the wonderful staff. A very lovely young woman named Madison served me in the lounge and made my whole day much better, especially since I was suffering from mild heat exhaustion at the time. The place isn't too loud and has a nice balance of indoor and outdoor amenities. I truly cannot sing the praises of this staff team enough; they elevated the entire experience to a five star review. 5 stars from me (and I would advocate raises for the staff too because they go ABOVE AND BEYOND) read more

I like it but the food service is slow and the food isn't hot. Also, they have a TON of pot holes leading down the road to their business. Topgolf Rock!!!! Joined a few friends out here for dinner, drinks & golf. It was my first experience ever with golf, but I held my own. - ha,ha. What a great experience it was, absolutely love the scenery, the huge neon holes, the huge field, my swing was off a bit, but like I said...... I held my own - lol. It took me a min to find my peeps, because the place is huge ( mutli-levels ). They were on the second level, lounging near the bar waiting for our lanes to become available. The wait time was about an hour. We also had to purchase these $5.00 cards, I haven't a clue exactly how that came about, my card was purchased already by the person that invited me. We arrived after 5pm so it was $45 per hour and we reserved 2 lanes for about 2 hrs and we had a blast. I was prepared to spend a grip of money on drinks and appetizers, but everything was priced reasonably and the food was decent and enough to share ( except the salad, you can't just share a salad ). Great place for groups, family outing or maybe even a date night. I'm sure to return soon. It should be said that I don't like having to play a sport where I'm throwing or projecting an object and then having to go find it and pick it up from somewhere else. So right off the bat, typical GOLF is not my forte. I am not even a huge fan of mini-golf for that reason, and the repetitiveness of the activity, and the fact that there is no human interaction except for the cold passing of competitors across the greens.... ::drama:: But I digress, TopGolf is not called 'Top' for nothin'. I know a "driving range" is not a new concept, and I have admittedly never been to another driving range, but this place is RAD. Not only do I get to release my pent-up-rage and work on my swing (that's what golfers say, right?), but I get to drink alcohol, at the same time, and check my inept statistics DIGITALLY. Do you know why? Because they microchip all their BALLS! So when you hit that thang, it flies out into astro-turf oblivion and hopefully into a big dartboard-like hole far away, and does it have your name on it for someone to go pick up with their hands and pencil in some score for you? NO! That microchip radios the computer in your bay, and is like "Yo, dude, I'm over here, give that amateur 3 points, for hitting me nowhere special." It's true! Anyway, you need to start with a sort of membership card for $5.35 and this serves as a debit card if you'd like to preload it, as well as something to keep your stats on, I think! It kinda makes you feel cool, and I suppose it might encourage you to return again.. having a cool card... Each bay holds up to 6 people, and, yes, they are "OUTSIDE" but covered. There are also HUGE fans all over the place, and the inside (if you get lucky enough to have a bay right by a door) is super AC'd and awesome when the doors open ;) The charge is per hour, no matter if you have 2 or 6. Open until noon is $25/hour, noon-5 is $35/hour and 5-close is $45/hour. It was Sunday at 6, and pretty packed. We waited about 20 minutes for two bays next to each other for 10-11 people. We wandered to the great-looking, spacious, comfortable bar (with a bit of a view of the range) to order a drink in the meantime. Sunday specials include a mimosa for $4, plus a cider and then two kinds of bloody mary's - one of which has sriracha in it.. I don't remember exactly which was which, but of those last 3, one was $4, one was $5 and one was $7. For the most part, it looks like pints of beers start at $5ish, but most of the cocktails and other drinks are $8-11 bucks each. You get a server just like if you were at a restaurant. Ours, Valerie, was great. She came to us promptly when we got to our 2 side-by-side bays. She asked us for our orders fast, and the apps and drinks came out fast as well. We ordered a few things to share among the group, and one of them was the beer cheese queso (wait, isn't that a little redundant? Just noticing that, oh well.) and it was freaking delicious!! It was like typical creamy queso with roasted corn and spices, in a little cast iron pan. It was not delivered as hot as I expected; I imagined it coming out sizzling or bubbling or at least too hot to dive into immediately, but it was none-of-the-above. At any rate, we ate it up very fast, mostly because it was very good. Valerie also helped out well with the gelato cake that was brought for the birthday girl! Other things we ordered were the wings, the flatbread pizza, and nachos. The latter of which I tried, and really liked, but you should note that the nachos are more like singular chips, neatly dressed-up in toppings, rather than a pile of chips with stuff thrown on top and melted. If ya know what I mean. I didn't get to explore much, but at the top floor there is a little room with a foosball table and Kinect golf, of course, and a patio area with giant Jenga and a bunch of tables to hang out at, maybe for a large party to set up and get together in between games. Overall, this place is badass. There is not much I can complain about except to wish that the drinks were a little cheaper overall, but great, fun place - definitely recommended! read more

"Sex and golf are the two things you can enjoy even if you're not good at them." -- Tin Cup (1996) I am not a golfer, not even a decent mini-golfer, really. But when called upon to go to a driving range for a close friend's birthday, I step up. I'd seen friends post pics from here, and I admit, I was intrigued. So we went about arranging an outing at TopGolf Alpharetta. We needed to do some pre-planning. I needed to make sure they could house our frozen gelato pie - check. Needed to verify steps we needed to take for handling 10 people - check. Good advice was giving by all parties we spoke to on the phone ahead of time. Now, we arrived (two of us) early to get our names on the list so we could get 2 bays together and on the top floor (birthday girl's preference). We were told there wasn't a wait, so we could take a load off in the bar while we waited for the rest of our group. Our group arrived and we put in our names officially and within 10 minutes we had 2 bays next door to each other - and surprisingly next to another group of friends... and on the top floor (thanks, Tim!) We got settled in and Marcus took us on a walkthrough of how things operated and helped up load our cards with money to split the cost of the bays. And we were off and golfing - what?! Our server was there before you knew it taking drink and food orders - waters, a pitcher, sodas, beer, sangria, wine - you name it. We ordered a bevy of apps and all were delivered, perfectly presented and in short order. I'll get to the food in a minute. Valerie (our server), was quick to get us plates, napkins, extra forks or knives - whatever we needed. The only thing the computers are missing is a call button for a server (or maybe just a way to order more of something when you need it). So the food: -Wings - I got the trio - 3 flavors, 7 of each, with ranch and blue cheese, carrots and celery. They have 4 flavors and you can choose from 3 of them. I opted for Spicy Asian, BBQ and Buffalo. All were great - I preferred the spicy until I needed a cool down and then I liked the sweet BBQ. -Beer Queso - pretty yummy. Came with Chips and Salsa (those have a free refill with them, too.) Very creamy, poblano peppers, onions, corn kernels - a definite fave. -Buffalo Spring Rolls - pretty to look at, but disappointing. Not crunchy enough and the chicken inside was dry. They needed something, I'm just not sure what. We also ordered the nachos and the flatbread - neither of which I tried. When it was time, fabulous Valerie got our special dessert from the kitchen freezer, brought us plates and forks and let me serve it to everyone. And then I packed it back up and she took it back down to the freezer for me so it was safe and sound. Over all, we had an excellent experience, thanks to some friends with skills, I didn't suck at swinging (and I can keep track of my progress on my membership card and the iPhone app) and the service we recived was great. I won't mind coming back here at all. read more

My experience at Topgolf may go down as one of the most confounding ever. Frankly, I'm not even sure how to accurately review or rate it. First, as a disclaimer, I should note that I am not a golfer and did not utilize Topgolf's driving range. Our party of 4 was simply there for the food. Our service was appalling, when we received any, and non-existent for the majority of our outing. You see, our waiter would leave the dining area for large chunks of time. Our food took forever to arrive. Once it did, we didn't have plates or silverware. As our food started to cool off, we finally found our waiter, who when asked to provide the aforementioned items only returned with enough for two people. Again, we had a party of four. He asked us if that would be enough, to which we replied, "No, there are four of us." Finally, he arrived with the remaining items and we were able to eat... though he didn't bring water either. Oh, well. We had our cocktails from the bar. Then he disappeared... not to be seen at our table again. No, Seriously. We had to flag down another waiter who tried to track down the manager. We had waited about 25 minutes after eating. No waiter, no check. Even the manager could not be found initially. The executive chef actually had to step out of the kitchen to address our problem. Shocking. Truth be told, the executive chef did a pretty decent job of smoothing things over. He said all of the right things, and even promised time on the golf driving range free of charge on our next visit. He told us that the manager would speak with us shortly. Finally, the manager arrived, was apologetic and comped our entire meal. That was the right and generous thing to do. Nevertheless, I can't help but wonder how things possibly went so completely wrong with their front-of-house operations. For what it's worth: The food was pretty good. We had ordered a number of appetizers to share. Mushi (Mexican "Sushi"): "Rolled + sliced neatly in a jalapeño tortilla + filled with Asian sticky rice, drunken beans, tender spiced chicken + Cheddar cheese filling. Oven-baked + garnished with sour cream, fresh avocado + sriracha hot sauce." Tasty tex-mex flavors with a sneaky spicy kick. Smoked Brisket Street Tacos: "House-smoked brisket in an ancho chile sauce, served in crispy tortillas with a slaw made with Sam Adams + a side of fresh salsa" Delicious BBQ flavor. I would order it again. Chorizo + Egg Breakfast Sliders: "Perfectly seasoned chorizo patty, aged white Cheddar + fresh scrambled egg served on our toasted house-baked sweet rolls with a roasted tomatillo salsa." Meh, it was ok. Simple flavors, nothing too bold or exciting. Chicken + Waffle Sliders: "Housemade Belgian waffles with crispy chicken tenders, served with maple syrup + a spicy, jalapeño gravy." Exactly what you would expect. I wish that my gravy would've been hotter... thanks again, waiter. Even if the service had been typical, Topgolf would've only received 3-stars from me. The service quickly brought everything down to a 1-star. However, since management did the right thing... even though it had taken them forever to do so, I'll settle in at 2-stars. What a mess. read more

Went on a busy Saturday night for a friend's birthday. They were able to accommodate our group on three adjacent bays after a 3 hour wait. What else would adults do during a 3 hour break? Drink at the bar! After 30 minutes of actually playing, we were "asked" to leave because we weren't "acting like adults." But how else do you expect people to be after spending a 3 hour wait at a bar celebrating a birthday? I understand that there are certain expected behaviors, but instead of speaking to us, they immediately removed us. I guess because they knew they would have customers no matter what with their ridiculous waiting list. The employees there were extremely rude. Instead of informing us that we had to stay behind the red line, one of the employees came up to us and said, "Do you want to stay or do you want to go?" Very rude and unprofessional service everywhere from the bartenders, waiters, etc. When trying to get a drink at the bar, we called the bartender by the name off of his nametag. He replied with, "Yeah that's my name" and walked away from us. Probably never coming back. Go somewhere else if you want to have a good time. Can't wait for the novelty of this place to wear off so they'll actually treat their customers properly. The only reason their even getting 2 stars from me is because their chicken and waffles were delicious. read more

This place is definitely catered towards group outings so if you have a FUN group of 6 people then it will be worth the visit and you all would have a great time. I describe Top Golf as a sports bar meets D&B meets a driving range. The staff here is super friendly and everyone seems upbeat. I tend to gravitate towards "high energy" venues and this place sure gets it done right. When you walk in, you give your DL (for first timers) and they give you a "lifetime" membership card. I was pleased because they let me personalize mine with my nickname so that made it more FUN from the start. Then when you get to your section, you're shown all the games, the rules and safety guidelines. From that point on, it's time to hit some balls! Love that there are heated lamps for the winter months and the facility itself is extremely clean and well maintained. And yes, the bathrooms are clean as well. Our server, Murad rocked. He was super attentive and took great care of us. Even gave me a tip or two and told us that there usually is someone that roams around that offers golf lessons and free tips the customers as needed. On Sundays, Top Golf is open until midnight so it made it convenient for us to meet later in the evening and have plenty of time to golf and catch up. The parking lot here is huge. It is minutes from the Avalon. It was a super fun experience that I won't forget and look forward to future visits! read more

$25 prior 12pm, $35 till 5, $45 after 5 - per hour - doesnt matter how many of you are there = and yes, the bill can be split. They provide the clubs, but of course you can bring your own. No reservations, first come first serve. MUST pay $5 per person to get a "lifetime membership" (one time only) that does not come with any particular perks except you get a card and that your name is in their system. WONDERFUL STAFF. Very attentive and prompt. The place is clean and just wonderful. You can order drinks and food from the Bay. The food and drinks are reasonably price. For example, we ordered burger and fries at $10 - pretty good for a place like this. AND the food was GOOD!!! Our friend ordered Mushi - and it was not good at all - sorry buds. All in all, good fun. During the winter months, they have this mega-heaters (lol) above, and it is so effective, you may even find yourself sweating under these babies (up until it is your turn to swing). This is a good hang out place with the crew, the family, or with a date. If you are not a golfer, this may either be thrilling or utterly boring/frustrating for you - but it is an experience nevertheless. I am not a golfer, but I can honestly say that I will be spending my days from 2016 and beyond in this place - I am hooked! and oh, they have nice bar/restaurant lounge area downstairs as well! check it out!!! read more

As a family with two school aged children, we visited Topgolf for the first time several months ago. One of our children has a severe and life threatening allergy to peanuts and all tree nuts. Upon notifying our server, he went directly to the head chef on duty, Alex, to ask what would be safe for us to order. Chef Alex personally came to our bay to go over what we could safely order and assured us he'd prepare all our food himself. We had a wonderful and safe experience. After such great service, we booked our allergy child's birthday party at Topgolf. I worked with James the manager and again, chef Alex. Both of them were fantastic, as was our server. It is incredibly refreshing for families who deal with food allergies to be so welcomed and accommodated. I highly recommend Topgolf and I'm especially grateful to chef Alex. He is absolutely fantastic! read more

Horrible service and just to hit some golf balls not worth the aggravation the food was very mediocre

Topgolf is a lot of fun but it can get very pricey, so if you go, don't expect it to be cheap or even conservative. The drink selection is great, the food is decent and service is decent but because of the amount of fun we have, it's worth it. This time our group ordered the crispy cheese curds & jalapenos and cheese fries and both of these apps were delicious! For dinner, I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and added cheese to it. It was fine but nothing super exciting or special flavor wise. It's a simple sandwich with just fried chicken and their cilantro slaw so I was expecting the slaw to pack a punch in flavor and it did not. Overall, if you are looking for a place to go and have fun without being too concerned on cost, I would recommend experiencing Topgolf. read more

Let me start off by saying I don't play golf- nope never have and probably never will, so when my company chose Topgolf as our team builder venue, I wasn't very excited. But I kept a positive outlook and I'm glad I went! So much fun! First off, the game field is incredible. You get to use their clubs or bring your own and play a variety of games - the balls are tracked using microchips and scores are automatically calculated. Best part - you don't have to be good to have fun! On top of that, the food and drink menu is varied and tasty. We had a fajita bar set up as part our space rental. I will definitely be back ! read more

The facility is 5 stars Had a client meeting there and it was a fantastic experience. Concept is great and very fun idea right outside your door. Clubs used for the event are kind of lame..I get why they get some generic clubs to hit. Seems like it could be an opportunity to showcase some golf manufacturers product, but understand that can add to the cost of the space. Food was a 4 rating, very good, tasty. Service was a solid 5 and very attentive. read more

This place was great fun! We got here around 3pm on a busy Saturday afternoon. The check in line moved quickly but she informed us there was a 2.5 hour wait. She let us know of all our options while waiting--full bar, full restaurant, pool tables, foosball, Xbox Kinect, etc. By the time we ordered drinks and apps (the perfect margarita is just that fyi!) and played some games, an hour and a half had passed and our bay was ready. We felt like kids again playing football and tennis on the Xbox lol. When we got to the bay, an employee gave us a quick tutorial on how to play. We got started and it was very intuitive. We played the Top Golf game and it was simple and fun! The goal is to hit colored targets in the field to earn points. It really brought out our competitive natures and we had so much fun playing. Overall, we don't mind the wait because the environment is pleasant enough to eat, drink and be merry while you wait. Ladies, I'd recommend wearing shorts or pants so that you can get a nice stance without worrying about your lady parts showing. The earlier in the day you go, the cheaper it is. read more

After having a horrible experience at Top Golf Atlanta, my friends and I visited Top Golf Alpharetta last night. We had the best time thanks to our servers Nikolas and Earl! They were attentive, funny, and prompt with service. I even spoke with the manager Kiwi about how great of a job they were doing. If you enjoy good service, good food, and a fun time this Top Golf is the place to go! It read more

I refused to golf until I came here and played at top golf!! I'm not a golfer, never golfed before, played mini golf a few times and hated it! So I just came here because a friend of mine was like let's check this place out... Beware wait times are usually 2 hours long!! We came here twice, waited for 2 hours and left without playing cause the wait time was just ridiculous, but even as we waited not one person would attend us despite us constantly asking servers to help us in taking our orders!! Based on my third try here I would have overall given them a 4/5 for the ambiance and enjoyment I felt while playing! I truly did love golfing here!! I Definitely will come Back here to play, but I will keep in mind that I should eat prior to coming as the service is horrible!! Rates are based on peak hours. 6 people to a field plus an initial $5 per person to get a card. Personally, I really wish they would take reservations. Wait time: 1/5 avg time is 2 hours! Service: -5/5; so as we waited both the times, we wanted to order food, the servers were no where to be found, if found they would disappear! Really really annoying!! We left cause we were hungry and no one would help us with taking our orders! Finally the third time we came in and got a bay... The server was also MIA, but we finally got something ordered. Another downfall: they don't sub shrimp for anything on the menu!! Like no shrimp nachos, no shrimp sushi.. :-/ not everyone eats chicken or beef or cares to have the selected few vegetarian entrees :-( nonetheless the shrimp and grits were amazing! read more

Always enjoy a trip to top golf. The software kept messing up on us which caused delays but other that that we had a great time.

Service was absolutely awful, the manager was super rude to us. After 9 there is a rule that you have to be 18 or older to be alone if you're under 18 you need someone 21 or older. Workers in the front lied and said they ID all of us and they didn't. We got kicked out, wish we could pull the security camera footage to show that the little blonde headed loser at the front desk didn't ask for our IDs, we walked straight to our bay when we got our confirmation. When the manager went to ask for our ages he assumed all of us were under 18 and was a complete jerk to us.... He escalated the situation very quickly while we were trying to figure what we were going to do. The workers refused to cooperate with us while we were trying to tell them that we were not IDd when we went to ask how long the wait was when we first came in, overall if you're not a 40 year old virgin don't come here after 9 or else Jim bob (Ryan) and his hump buddies will kick you out. read more

Service was terrible. Had a 60 min time set and our food got there at our 50 min mark. We shared 20 ounce drinks between two people each and had one shot and they cut us off because "we are skinny and pretty". I came for my birthday and the people working here made my fun so much more complicated but pro tip- sneak drinks in read more

Food is mediocre but everything else is great. Good service. Fun games. Relaxed environment. I don't like that you have to pay a fee to reserve a bay (20 bucks) but I guess it beats not getting one or waiting. read more
