Had a friend come into town and we always get together and hit up a top golf to enjoy ourselves. This location in Alpharetta is closest to my home in Cumming, so on the drive from the airport we made a reservation for a bay to time it perfectly. Plenty of parking since it was a Sunday afternoon, and it was cloudy with sporadic rain nearby, making the need to prepay for a booth unnecessary, since we were early and they had plenty of booths. Oh well, kind of disappointed they still charged us for that. We booked booth 216 for 90 minutes, Taylor K was our server and checked in on us to see if we needed any help getting started. We for a couple drinks and started our playing a few different games. With two people we play quickly, so we had a lot of fun. I ordered pretzel bites as a snack while playing and we didn't stop until the time was up. Easy to pay our tab, we had gift cards and Taylor helped us get it sorted out. I have been to other locations in the past but for this one this is my first time and had a same experience as before. We were a group of 6 people out of which 3 are new and we all enjoyed equally playing and having fun at the same time. Food was really nice. Had chicken nachos and chicken wings. Tasty beer, had a pitcher and was awesome. Always a fun time for the this non-golf playing individual. Easy enough to poorly hit a golf ball as far as you can. Staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are not terrible. I would recommend giving this place a chance and visit again soon. Decent parking space and no charges. I first discovered Topgolf about 10 years ago and have always found it to be a great time. It's an excellent place to have a enjoyable time with friends or even a day date with your significant other. They always offer great deals that range at different times of the year, but also make it worth the prices paid. Topgolf offers different pricing per bay that can be dependent on day, time, holiday, etc. There is plenty of parking making this a great spot for friend groups to meet up to enjoy a few swings of golf. Each player is required to pay a $5 lifetime membership fee the first time they play at a Topgolf location. You are able to reserve bays in advance which require you to pay 25% of the cost upfront, or you are able to add your name to the waitlist (via their app) or simply walk-in. The only issue I've found with the waitlist or walk-ins is that your time limit may not equal the full time in which you are wanting the bay for due to other reservations that could be made for the day in question. They offer a full bar and food options with fairly reasonable prices. A favorite option of mine is their Hot Honey Pepperoni Flatbread and the Pretzel Bites. This was a great experience for us. It was our first time and we were welcomed and walked though the entire process. We reserved a bay for 6 teen boys. We were advised that we could not leave the building but could sit and wait at the bar area. There wasn't any pressure to order drinks or food, but we did anyways and it was very good. We had wings, nachos, fries, pizza (which was the kids least favorite) and soft drinks. The boys enjoyed their time even with the rain storm. They have heaters and a roof that keeps you from getting wet. They noticed we were celebrating one of the boys bdays and brought him a Sunday with Happy Bday on the platter...nice touch! Half off Tuesdays made three price and experience here so good! All new members need to pay a one time $5 member fee that you can use the following times you come back by the way. We paid $26 for the hour and you can go with a group of 6 per bay. There is an option to reserve to get to the top of the wait-list for a designated time. We did this and paid an extra $15 before going to save on wait time. It worked out perfectly and we got our text after check in within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend reserving because it was very busy. The service and food were great. Burger with tater tots was 12 which we thought was very reasonable and pretty tasty too. Or good came out easier fast too, within 5 minutes. Our server was helpful and tentative throughout the hour also. You can extend your time to play as you go if you want. Wings were good too but nachos my fave. Had to go down one star because throughout the games the system froze a few times where it didn't release a ball or the system just stopped working on the screen. Topgolf is always a fun time! I've been to this Topgolf a handful of times over the years. The most recent one was in June of this year. Met up with another family on a Tuesday evening. We had 4 children total in our group who all had a blast. We had dinner inside while waiting for our bay. We ordered several items including pretzel bites, flatbread, wings, cheese dip, and more. The food was decent and the kids were satisfied. Service was fast and friendly. We ordered dessert, injectable donut holes once we got to our bay. Can't go wrong with those! They're fun and tasty. We played a few rounds. I love that they offer different types of "games" including kid-friendly ones like Angry Birds. Our group enjoyed that the most. Tuesdays are one of their busiest days/nights due to half price. Although there's a big parking lot, it does get full. Someone gave me a gift certificate to Top Golf and so I went for the first time. I didn't know hardly anything about what the experience was about....they said there were people there to help me and show me the basics of how the games worked....Not True I never got any help. I am a serious golfer and noticed that the distances that I was supposedly hitting my clubs was way off and inconsistent. I was not aware that the proprietary balls they use have microchip sensors in them. These balls are like hitting rocks, no feel, 20 plus percent lest distance and all together they really suck. If you are a golfer who is looking for game improvement then avoid this place completely as over time it would literally ruin your game. read more

I was there the other night and had a nice time. I received an email saying that I would receive a coupon or savings for filling out a 10 minute survey. It never came (historically it has). I asked manager about it. He said we don't do it anymore. I showed him the text where it says they do. He said I have to call corporate. Nothing you can do for me since I am here now ready to play again? He said no. I won't be calling corporate for 10 bucks, but think twice before completing a survey. Wonderful experience. I scheduled a group visit for 22, and they helped me every step of the way. The staff seem to work well as a team; while we had a specific server and facilitator dedicated to us, other staff jumped in to help them and us without hesitation. They are a fancy driving range with specific holes and targets laid out; the real kicker is that they somehow have trackers in each of the balls that lets you record each hit and tells you all kinds of info: ball speed, carry length, curve, you name it. They have a wide variety of games to make it fun for any level of player. Some of my guys were swinging clubs for the first time ever, and others were experts, with every level in between. Everyone had fun. The facility was clean and welcoming; there are heaters in the individual bays if you get cold. They practice excellent safety rules and guidelines. Our food was delicious.
