We have been going to Topgolf almost every week for the last 3 weeks and I have to say, every visit has been a good one. We had a great experience with the manager, Kristof. Lydia, was once our server, she was amazing. She looks like Hailey Bieber by the way. I asked her if she's been told that and she said yes. Service = Friendly and attentive. Never pushy Check in = Easy , all done online and via text Area= Clean Equipment = Decent. Kids clubs available at request. Left hand clubs available upon request as well. Fun = All up to you! Except for the Angry birds game, all the other games are fun Levels = 3 . We have been on all the levels, my kids prefer the top 2. I think level 2 is best. But this, is COMPLETELY a personal preference for all. Food= Not many establishments do I actually think the food is decent, but Top Golf is a place I let my kids play AND eat. They have great options for kids and adults. Price for food is fair. Hehe, maybe because bay prices are quite expensive. There are ways around the high prices though. Tuesdays are half price. Bays can accomodate 6 players. Great experience, good fun, a must try. read more

This location has knowledgeable workers, quick service, and a friendly/welcoming vibe. My group of 6 shared a couple of pitchers of beer, a pitcher of sangria, the hummus platter, mac n cheese bites, and injectable donut holes over a couple hours of game play. All the food was phenomenal. The amount of donut holes you get in one order is a lot; I wish you got more of the mac n cheese bites though (there are only six, so one savory bite for everyone). Afterwards, we enjoyed pool, shuffleboard, and fooseball in the game hall. read more

Love going here defiantly would do this for birthday or meetup can't wait to go again

While visiting Atlanta, we decided to go to TopGolf one evening to eat and play. We reserved a booth online and were immediately directed to the booth when we approached the host stand. There were four of us playing so we had plenty of space. We ordered several drinks, beers and a mule. They were out of bottled Michelob which was a bummer but the draft was alright. We ordered the nachos, pretzel bites, buffalo chicken dip to start! The pretzel bites were my favorite! I ordered a chicken caesar wrap, it was good but was lacking on the amount of chicken. read more

Fun and different activity for a group. Have done this with friends and family including kiddos. The price isn't terrible when you split it among a group and the games and golfing are very approachable. If you have been debating it I would recommend making a stop in. The food and drinks are pretty good considering the location (solid bar food) and the prices aren't bad. If you want to make your meal of it you could but suggest going as a heavy app. read more

MAKE A RESERVATION!!! Fun environment for all ages- the further away from the bar, the quieter the atmosphere. Our server Brett was awesome; punctual, attentive, and professional. Food (all was hot and tasted fresh): Pretzel bites (about 10 pieces) were delicious; the regular burger with fries (decent portion of fries), I'd just rate the burger average; the fried chicken sandwich.... Better then the burger for sure!! Expect to spend a minimum of $100 for a group of 4; free parking on premises. It was raining when we went, but that did not stop us from having fun! We were comfortable under the warm heaters and overhead protection... keeping us nice and dry. I would suggest at least trying it out- the Atlanta location is a lot busier, so this was a pleasant change. Thanks again Brett for making our experience enjoyable! read more

The bays are big enough to fit a family of four. The food is incredible. Service is also very good and kind just like we expect. The bays are also always open! Not one time have I heard "There is no more bays left." Topgolf is great and I love it. read more

I don't think I have ever spent time here that it wasn't a sh---, well, wait...adventure, that's better to say... adventure. Came in with a group of 6, reserved a slot and then watched the games begin. Attendants couldn't get the check-in system to work (can they ever get it to work the first time? I have never seen it.). Told us all that if we downloaded the App it would work better. We all did, and of course, didn't work at all. The sent us downstairs to the lobby to check in with them, and the first thing they said was "oh God, don't ever use the App". I won't rant - but enough to say that for the insane prices for food and booze here, it should run at least somewhat more smoothly to say the least. read more

An amazing place to go for a great experience whether with a group of family or friends, or for a date night. Service is impeccable, and it truly sets the tone for the rest of your time there. The food is good, considering the main event, and why you're there, but the real highlight is the service, and of course, the golf itself. It's such an exhilarating experience. Highly recommend Top Golf to anyone looking for a fun and unforgettable experience! read more

Horrible customer service, wait staff, and facilities. Seating 6 people at a bay with only a couch is unacceptable. Most of us end d up standing the whole time. The wait staff are slow and also barely come around. The sensors seem off and barely track the balls. I'll never come back read more

Not good for us. Bay was unclean...chips on ground upon arrival. Music was very loud and food was not good. Service was also very slow. This has occurred multiple times and will not be back again. read more

Topgolf is a driving range combined with a "fun" arcade atmosphere. And unlike a driving range, anybody can come here and look foolish hitting golf balls. The purpose of this place is for fun. But I guess you can use it as to work on your game. People do come with their set of clubs. I'm not sure if they bought clubs just for Topgolf. If they did, that's some dedication. Since they have a fun atmosphere, the inside looks like a high-end sports bar. The food and drinks are similar to a high-end sports bar. You can get wings, nachos, burgers, and other greasy, American bar-food stuff you know and love. Each station has a server and you can order like at a restaurant. The station is where your group can hit the ball, eat, drink, and hang out. They also provide you with clubs from woods, iron and wedges. For a casual player they're fine. How does this work? You first pick a game on the screen. They have a lot of games to choose from. Honestly, for me, most of them are the same: hit the ball to some location. And you get points depending on how close you get to the target. Then the person with the highest points win. You wave your club in front of the infrared to dispense your ball when it is your turn. Then you can either hit it off the artifical turf mat or the rubber tee. It doesn't really matter. You can hit it off wherever on the mat. The golf ball has some device (rfid?) to track where it is. When you hit it, you can see the ball on the screen. It's cool how it can track it accurately. I came here for a company "team-building" activity. And like Andretti's, Whirly Ball, Bowling, Zip-lining etc. This is a great place to do a team-building event for a company. It's a great place for any get-togethers like birthday parties, dates, church function, graduation, funeral, or whatever. It's okay if you suck. Because a lot of people do suck. This is for casuals and serious players alike. The point is to have fun. And is it fun? Yes, it's pretty fun. I loved my experience here. And since my company paid for it, I have no idea how the price is. That's why I gave it 5 stars. I had a blast. read more

I've been to 3 or 4 Top Golf locations, and I like the fact that their business model is always consistent: solid employees, clean facilities, well maintained golf bays / clubs. The Alpharetta location is no different. Fun day. Cheers! RS read more

Great spot to hang out with friends! Second time coming here and we all loved it. Plenty of bays and space to host a lot of people. Its a pretty dope spot. I've heard of Top Golf and all that stuff that goes on in here. All the fun stuff that happens. The whole scoring system is definitely a fun factor for this type of thing. It's not just hitting it the furthest anymore, but consistency is actually the key to this game. The whole automated system thing too is pretty dope. You dont have to walk over to grab balls from a basket. You just wave your club at the sensor and viola! A ball comes out of the contraption. It's like witchcraft! Over all experience was really dope. The convenience of having staff fetch you things is totally great. The only thing i can ding them was that there was a party right next to us with kids. And they kept climbing and almost coming close to us while we were taking our swings. The staff, didnt even say anything to that party on how dangerous it was for the kids to be so close to us taking our swings. Anyways, that was my experience. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!!! read more

My daughter came in with her service dog today and was denied entry.  Her dog is a seizure alert service dog.   According to the EDA - you are not allowed to ask for ID.  She was asked and she produced the ID.  She was still refused. Top Golf's website clearly states that no pets are allowed ONLY service dogs.  Yet her service dog was not allowed.  This is false advertising!  Not sure how you are getting away with calling your establishment Service Dog friendly yet are refusing letting a service dog in. read more

We typically go weekend mornings to avoid the crowds and premium time pricing. If you haven't ever been, Topgolf is fun for everyone and every occasion. Date night, family fun, seniors, young ones, groups - everybody. Fun and easy golf games all tracked by computer. You are protected from the elements and warmed or cooled regardless of the temp outside. The menu has many tasty selections, though I feel it has been truncated a smidge since they opened. There is something for everyone of about every appetite. Service is prompt, friendly, and always on hand to keep glasses from being empty and the food is fresh and hot. This is a must do, good time activity! read more

I am by NO MEANS a golfer in the slightest but I always have a great time @ Topgolf! I went with a couple friends on Saturday night around 9PM and got a bay immediately. We played a couple games, including the new Angry Birds game (which is honestly really fun ... especially for beginners or if you're looking for something different to do than try to hit into the holes). Our bayhost was also super friendly and frequently checked up on us. We found ourselves extending our time (to 2 hours) because we were having so much fun. Also, you have a TV in your bay that you can control through the touchpad .. so you can catch that game that you thought you were gonna miss by going here! Overall - Topgolf is always a great time. Great atmosphere (some top hits remixes), friendly staff, and a great new spin on driving ranges. Definitely recommend coming here to hang out with some friends. I hear the food is pretty good too. **For COVID, all the staff are wearing masks and they put some clear dividers between the bays. read more

Fun family night at Top Golf, it was very crowded at 4 pm on a Saturday in February. While we had a 4:15 pm reservation we still were left to wait 25 minutes at the bar. Not that it's a bad thing it just did not make sense. We had to approach the counter THREE times before they offered us up a bay. They tried for the first floor but I requested the third. Our server Bradley S., was the best. He took our order and continuously checked in with us. Our drinks stayed filled and he was all around charming. We loved the new Angry Bird game it was thrilling to hit the ball and knock over the towers. Two thumbs up on that!! We wish you had the pork sliders, that was the only missing ingredient that we wished you still served . We enjoyed our time hammering away at golf balls. We highly recommend you get Bradley as your server he is a great edition to your game time. ‍‍ read more

Topgolf is fun! Even for the non-golfer, it can be a fun place to chill, and a great place for big groups or two. We decided to come here on an early Saturday, 5pm reso cost around $27 to hold the bay. It's not cheap...then $47 an hour. So...it's really not a bad deal as long as you go with others, but we decided to hit by ourselves, so you're easily going to spend over $100 especially if you eat and drink. We just got drinks. Service was good. The weather was a bit cool, and they had the heaters going which really provide some good warmth. They play good music, and they have little TVs that you can pick different stuff to watch while playing. Genius. When we checked in, we were told our bay was not quite ready. Honestly I feel like that's a ploy to get you to the bar to buy a drink. Okay, we did...but I really think that's a purposeful move. I really love the atmosphere here, along with good music, and just makes for a nice chill evening. I didn't get too competitive, but was super happy to hit 100 and beat my boyfriend once. He was all about hitting the balls as far as they could go instead of trying to land them near the flags. We definitely would come back here, but need to go with some friends next time. I would recommend reserving a bay if you plan on going on the weekend. It can get pretty slammed here at peak hours. read more

Very fun! We come here quite often and always have an amazing time! I like that you don't have to be the best golfer in the world to have a great time. 2nd floor is the best for sure. Came during COVID-19 and was pleasantly surprised by the measures taken. Some of the common areas were closed where people can gather and play pool or hang out. ONLY 6 people allowed per bay so be prepared to get multiple bays if you have a large party. There were 8x5 plastic dividers between the bays to separate and promote social distancing. Bay service staff wore face masks and latex gloves. They tried their best to have as much contactless service as possible. Same experience as always, good booze and good food. Came mid day around noon for 2 hours with a group of 9. Had multiple pictures of beer and tons of food. All under $200 and we left taking ubers. It was raining like the end of the world and we still had a blast. Heaters and fans are available directly in the bays. read more

Made reservations online which is the best way to guarantee a bay for your group. It can get really busy here so try to make your reservations at least a week ahead of the day your schedule to go. Once it gets close to your reserved time they will send out a text message to get an updated response if you are ready to be seated or push back your time. We played for an hour for $37 and added an extra 30 minutes for $24. Your able to choose other times on the screen if you want to play longer than an hour. Make sure you bring your membership card every time you come because you will be charged $5 if you need another one. They have some really good wings I ordered the Trio Wing with BBQ and Asian Sesame. They were so delicious and cooked just right! Due to COVID their is a max of 6 people per bay. They also have clear wall protectors to help with social distancing. After each group is done they sanitize the tables, clubs, etc. read more

Computers NEVER work correctly. Don't bother with the app. Get your gift cards in person else the computers will screw them up. And be VERY careful with the waitlist. Just good fun especially if you go during discounted nights. We went late at night and staff was friendly

I went upstairs to the bar with 5 of my friends. We're here for a conference and all had the same name tags from the conference. We were told you had to go upstairs to get a drink. Each of them ordered a drink and paid for it and got served. I was the last one and was abruptly told that I could not be served upstairs, I had to go to the bar downstairs because I was with the conference. There is no bar downstairs. I went back down and asked the conference staff that were there. They said no one was serving any drinks down there. There was one drink that one person had seen, but not seen where it came from. I went back upstairs and was recognized by the same bar staff. I explained that 5 of my friends had literally just been served as I watched and then I was told no. I said that I could find no bar downstairs. I was told that I specifically was denied because differ staff had just arrived (not sure there were a few staff up there). Either way, it was clear that I was upset and just wanted to order a drink, and instead of choosing to satisfy the customer, I was simply again told that the only way to get a drink was to wade into the sea of people downstairs and attempt to find someone with whom I could place an order for a drink. It was right on the border of rude, without technically being rude. Either way, poor poor service and when a restaurant chooses to reject multiple times a clearly upset customer (all my friends had drinks and I had none). Also for walking upstairs from my lane (twice) and waiting for all my friends to order drinks in front of me, to then be denied, was much more of a punitive action than anything else. Only my second time at a Topgolf, but hoping it'll be my last. read more

I first came with a friend to this place. The bartender was really rude and she seemed irritated. She took so long and we had to ask her instead of her asking us. Also then to eat the chicken was uncooked because they messed it up. Then they brought out the same chicken. I wouldn't come here again. The waitress faith was great though. She would be the only reason I might stop at another top golf, just not this one. The manager tried to say that chicken isn't cooked all they way through. Came on Sunday(s) post quarantine. Wait times are not that long, you can chill at the bar while waiting for your bay. The bays are separated by plastic walls to promote social distancing. The first thing I can say is staff is super attentive & make you feel welcome! 5 stars on the great customer service. I tried lunch today & played a few games (1.5 hours). I had the turkey avocado wrap & tater tots. I was really interested in the white sangria. Ordered a carafe, but only to send it back. I was disappointed it didn't have any fruit & overall taste was off. I exchanged it for a glass of generous Pinot Grigio. The menu is limited, but it'll pass. I just had a casual birthday event there with some friends and family 2/17/24 and I had the best time! My host wasn't very engaging with me but I was more swept up in my guest to notice. I will say though my host was very fun and personable to my guests from what I heard from them, so I was very pleased to hear that. My event was from 11:30-1:30 and we had an absolute blast! We arrived just a little bit before our start time, and that check-in was quick and easy. (I do though recommend having anyone who hasn't gone to TopGolf before make an account before your trip just to speed through check-in) The food wasn't just like a typical quick and easy fast food place, the food could be compared to a nice sit-down restaurant with many flavorful options.Anyways my small party package included space for 10-12 people (6 max per bay) and a $250 minimum food package, which worked out perfectly and left everyone satisfied. The bays were side-by-side with a middle open tables in the middle to eat and socialize. The area was clean and neatly organized when we arrived and we were served our food and drinks promptly after we ordered them! (10-15 min depending on how big the order was) Anyways I give my review 5 stars due the speediness of our service and the welcoming atmosphere of my visit. I've gone before for some casual golfing with family and had a great time, but this most recent experience takes the cake and I will definitly continuing to come to this establishment! read more

Pros: we had the absolute best server of all time Rami was so perfect. He was so kind and helpful. The food was great. Cons: the moment we put our first order for cocktails manager Jackie cut us off. We were not disrespectful or causing a scene. We literally had a bucket of beers for the guys and 3 cocktails for the women. After the waiter attempted to give us the best service , manager Jackie addressed me as Mrs. sunset (my drink order) and told me they would bring out the drinks but we had too much on the tables.... Not sure what part of customer service makes it ok to stop offering service after the first order of cocktails. This was my first experience with Topgolf and I was so excited. But I'm sad to say this will be my only experience. We felt targeted and unwelcome from the moment Manager Jackie came to our bay. read more

If you could sum up this place in 3 words or less it would be.....Golf and Beer! Even if your not into golf, you have to experience this complex. It's a two floor building that offers many bays/booths for teeing off golf balls. Each section holds up to 6 people, I feel 5 people is more comfortable. Every section has a TV monitor to not just to keep score, but also to show your swing and your ball placement on the field. You can buy different packages to suit your needs. This would be a great place for groups, job functions or any other event you want to host. For this review I have to divide this review up into three portions, Service, Food & the Golf. 1st The service; our guy was "Vern". Vern was excellent. Great speaker, fun as an employee & he really knew his stuff! He worked with the group & was very responsive as a service provider. 5* 2nd The food; Not good. Poor quality with a small selection. We had a preset menu. Conceptually...it was a good idea. It didn't work cause they had giant fans that were constantly blowing on us which in turn made the food cold & hard FAST! 1* 3rd The Golf; This was fun but a lot more difficult then it looked! That's kinda what made it fun! Automated ball & record keeping made the golf portion that much more enjoyable! 4* I'd go again but indefinitely WOULD NOT eat there. read more
