Was closed when I stopped by but this place looks cool.

Over 20 beers and 4 wines on tap, with numerous wines available by the glass as well. They do not serve food, but bringing ones own food in is allowed, so we got a pizza from a nearby place before hand. We stuck to beers tonight and the owner, Melissa, was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the beers on tap and for sale retail. The beers on tap range the spectrum with several IPAs, Belgians, and darker beers. The taps having their own flow control levers to fine tune the beer pours is a testament to the attention to detail here and commitment to excellence as a beer bar. The retail collection of beers contains some real gems such as "Old Engine Oil". I'll be back.

We attended a white wine and food pairing today. It was a great event where we learned much about different levels of rieslings.

We enjoyed this pairing event immensely. The venue is great and looking forward to coming back - often!

Place is weird. Staff unfriendly. Beer wasn't very good and the vibe of the place was odd. No need to go back there.

We decided to try a number of different Spain inspired high quality tapas. The tortilla Española was a classic take on a traditional favorite. The Albondigas were my favorite and even better than the ones I've had in Madrid. For a small charge, they include bread that is paired perfectly with the savory tomato sauce accompanying the meatballs. The dining area feels intimate and artistic, and they also offer patio seating, which is perfect as we approach southern summer nights. If you're looking for wine pairing to accompany your tapas, they offer an extensive list of wines from Spain, as well as parts of South America. We will definitely return and bring our family next time, and we would highly recommend you try Silla del Toro in Roswell. Salud

We started with the pimento cheese dip and were both surprised to find that it was served hot along with several pieces of soft, warm bread. It was SO good and a nice change from the way that most other restaurants serve their pimento cheese. Even hubby loved it and he is usually not a fan of cheese. For my main, I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that this is THE BEST MEAL I have had in a really long time. Total comfort food that hit all the right spots on this chilly afternoon. The cheese on the sandwich was just the right amount of ooey gooey and the tomato soup was perfection. I was tempted to lick the bowl when I got to the bottom, but that wouldn't be very dignified while dining out, so I did the next best thing by sopping up the residue with what was left of my sandwich. It was delicious and I will be back for more soon. Hubby ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and said it was the best chicken sandwich he has had. He is hard to please, so between the pimento and sandwich, 1920 achieved the improbable in impressing hubby. Service was impeccable. The main reason we had not come back in a while is because it is a small space and can feel pretty congested when it fills up, which is not the most comfortable. We don't like feeling crowded, but after today's visit, we decided that the limited space is a small price to pay for amazing food and service, so we will undoubtedly return soon. Perhaps we will try sitting outside instead when the weather cooperates. Big thanks to 1920 for starting our new year off on the right foot!

Corey is very knowledgeable about the wines and food. I ordered the following: Leonard Burger, Asian slaw the spa non-alcoholic drink. My spouse ordered the surf and turf with strip steak and shrimp. My spouse wanted the strip steak medium but it was served well done. Corey was very accommodating and stated he would have another steak prepared. Corey was amazing. My spouse stated she would keep the steak she had. A few minutes later a manager came to the table and apologized and stated a dessert would be on the house. Overall we enjoyed all the food. The yurt was located on the restaurants patio, and was decorated for Christmas. There were lights and a wreath on the inside, as well as blankets in case it got chilly. There was a flap as the door that looked like it closed, but ever did because waiters were frequently entering. I thought that there would be multiple yurts, but we were the only one. From where I sat, I was in the direct line of vision of another guest outside of the yurt, eating on the patio, which was a little awkward. It was not as private as it seemed. We came for the 6pm time slot, and the guests who were there at 4pm were taking a while so we weren't sat until around 6:30pm. We got lucky with the weather and it wasn't cold, but I could see that being a point of concern very quickly. As previously mentioned, they do provide blankets. We started with the Charcuterie board, and it was exceptional. It says on the menu that it feeds two, but I think it could feed three if you're not starving. There was one cheese that was in a coating of what seemed to be nuts, and that was the star of the show. For the entree, I got the Cacio e Pepe with chicken. The pasta was creamy and very cheesy (!) and there was substantial amount of chicken. I got full about half way through, and took the rest to-go. Although there were some hiccups, this was an enjoyable, novelty dinner, and I would recommend.

So first and foremost, parking is a little bit wonky here. So good luck. There is parking and you have to pay. But you can probably find better parking but you will have to walk maybe a block or two so just keep that in mind. You'll come into this very small streamline establishment and it'll change the decor vibe on you very quickly. Which is a good thing. It's a super clutch spot. If you're looking for a small group or a date night. It's not something you would wear, athletic wear or ball shorts. It's definitely something you would actually try to be a little bit presentable for as far as the vibe goes. I came in just to look around at first and met with Audrey and she to me about. All. The. Days. And the time frames and the events. They have a DJ that comes monthly, but you have to check their Instagram for that. But it really gets jumping from what I hear. The suggestion would be to do flights of Champaign so you can actually taste for what you may like. Which is a good thing because you don't want to buy a 55 glass of champagne and not like it LOL. Now what's new, they also have whiskey now. And it's actually a pretty good selection of it as well. So even if you don't necessarily do champagne, you have other options. They have a couple of beers and some wine, but champagne is primary and whiskey and secondary. This is absolutely a spot that has a lot of potential that's really tucked away.
