Was closed when I stopped by but this place looks cool.

Over 20 beers and 4 wines on tap, with numerous wines available by the glass as well. They do not serve food, but bringing ones own food in is allowed, so we got a pizza from a nearby place before hand. We stuck to beers tonight and the owner, Melissa, was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the beers on tap and for sale retail. The beers on tap range the spectrum with several IPAs, Belgians, and darker beers. The taps having their own flow control levers to fine tune the beer pours is a testament to the attention to detail here and commitment to excellence as a beer bar. The retail collection of beers contains some real gems such as "Old Engine Oil". I'll be back.

We attended a white wine and food pairing today. It was a great event where we learned much about different levels of rieslings.

We enjoyed this pairing event immensely. The venue is great and looking forward to coming back - often!

Place is weird. Staff unfriendly. Beer wasn't very good and the vibe of the place was odd. No need to go back there.

We decided to try a number of different Spain inspired high quality tapas. The tortilla Española was a classic take on a traditional favorite. The Albondigas were my favorite and even better than the ones I've had in Madrid. For a small charge, they include bread that is paired perfectly with the savory tomato sauce accompanying the meatballs. The dining area feels intimate and artistic, and they also offer patio seating, which is perfect as we approach southern summer nights. If you're looking for wine pairing to accompany your tapas, they offer an extensive list of wines from Spain, as well as parts of South America. We will definitely return and bring our family next time, and we would highly recommend you try Silla del Toro in Roswell. Salud

Pro tip: always ask for a table in the back when you make your reservation because it is much quieter back there. It can be very loud and crowded up front.

We started with the pimento cheese dip and were both surprised to find that it was served hot along with several pieces of soft, warm bread. It was SO good and a nice change from the way that most other restaurants serve their pimento cheese. Even hubby loved it and he is usually not a fan of cheese. For my main, I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that this is THE BEST MEAL I have had in a really long time. Total comfort food that hit all the right spots on this chilly afternoon. The cheese on the sandwich was just the right amount of ooey gooey and the tomato soup was perfection. I was tempted to lick the bowl when I got to the bottom, but that wouldn't be very dignified while dining out, so I did the next best thing by sopping up the residue with what was left of my sandwich. It was delicious and I will be back for more soon. Hubby ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and said it was the best chicken sandwich he has had. He is hard to please, so between the pimento and sandwich, 1920 achieved the improbable in impressing hubby. Service was impeccable. The main reason we had not come back in a while is because it is a small space and can feel pretty congested when it fills up, which is not the most comfortable. We don't like feeling crowded, but after today's visit, we decided that the limited space is a small price to pay for amazing food and service, so we will undoubtedly return soon. Perhaps we will try sitting outside instead when the weather cooperates. Big thanks to 1920 for starting our new year off on the right foot!

They have outdoor dining which seems to have a great atmosphere but it was way too hot to dine outside. We typically love bars but this one was dark and uninviting. No thank you. We sat to the left as you enter the front door. Missing atmosphere-- wouldn't choose to sit here again. Service was impeccable. I couldn't decide what I wanted for a glass of wine and they offered to bring me glasses to sample. I love this-- I saw them offer same service to another table close by. We split the Caesar and they were kind enough to diving between two bowls. The only other place that does this for us is Cibo e Beve. The focaccia was wonderful with large flakes of salt on top and went great with their olive oil. We are truly picky Caesar eaters and this one had freshly shaved Parmesan and obvious homemade croutons. Pasta was fabulous for both of us. Would we dine here again? Definitely not the bar and probably not the dining room, but would come back to dine outdoors. Carrie was our waitress and she was fantastic.

So first and foremost, parking is a little bit wonky here. So good luck. There is parking and you have to pay. But you can probably find better parking but you will have to walk maybe a block or two so just keep that in mind. You'll come into this very small streamline establishment and it'll change the decor vibe on you very quickly. Which is a good thing. It's a super clutch spot. If you're looking for a small group or a date night. It's not something you would wear, athletic wear or ball shorts. It's definitely something you would actually try to be a little bit presentable for as far as the vibe goes. I came in just to look around at first and met with Audrey and she to me about. All. The. Days. And the time frames and the events. They have a DJ that comes monthly, but you have to check their Instagram for that. But it really gets jumping from what I hear. The suggestion would be to do flights of Champaign so you can actually taste for what you may like. Which is a good thing because you don't want to buy a 55 glass of champagne and not like it LOL. Now what's new, they also have whiskey now. And it's actually a pretty good selection of it as well. So even if you don't necessarily do champagne, you have other options. They have a couple of beers and some wine, but champagne is primary and whiskey and secondary. This is absolutely a spot that has a lot of potential that's really tucked away.

Well, it is a champagne and whiskey bar, where you can try flights of champagne or whiskey (hence the "pop" in the name). We were pleasantly surprised by our selections and learned a lot! Josh was a great host and you could tell he loved his job and was very knowledgeable about the product. As soon as we walked in, my daughter spotted an appetizer that a nearby table was enjoying, and she begged me to get the same thing. It seemed to be a tray of loaded fries. As I perused the menu, I decided that it must have been the pulled pork fries, so we started with that. Considering there were only two of us, we made a significant dent in this tray. It was delicious! On the bottom of the tray was a generous layer of beer cheese upon which the fries were laid and then topped with bbq pulled pork, a little bit of maybe sour cream or some other type of cream, and pico de gallo. The fries remained crispy throughout, and the whole thing had a great balance of flavor. 10/10 would recommend. Don't skip this app! The server was attentive, and when I was undecided, she suggested that I try the pulled pork grilled cheese. Since it was a lunch special, she told me I could get that in whole or half. I opted for half since we had such a big appetizer, and was glad to have that option. My daughter ordered the kids' mac and cheese with fries. The sandwich I ordered lived up to the hype. I really enjoyed it. I also tried my daughter's mac and cheese, which also seemed to have the beer cheese. It was probably the best kids' mac and cheese dish I've tried anywhere.
