Had a great time at Silla Del Toro! Food was delicious and I loved my drink as well. Our favorite were the empanadas, we got one chicken and one beef. Prices were on par with other tapas places. Service was good, but a little absent as they got busier through the night. I liked the ambiance of the restaurant, it felt upscale and modern. I'm glad I tried this place because we'll definitely be back!

What a cute place! Came here with my girlfriend to try a new tapas spot. Parking is easy. There a dedicated parking area for the small plaza with other restaurants nearby. I loved the vibe here. The ambiance was so nice. Service was very good and I'm a huge fan of tapas. I absolutely love all the sauces that came with each dish. The chicken was kind of tiny and basic, but it was moist. The eggplant dish was my least favorite, it was kind of awkward trying to eat it and it was just okay as far as flavors. The calamari was great and I loved how it was lightly fried without a bunch of heaviness to it: The warm butter toffee cake was a nice finish! Next time I'd like to try their charcuterie board. From meatballs to fish dishes to vegetarian plates, they cover a variety of palates. They even offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Definitely would be fun to check that out. I was also pleasantly surprised by the bill. We were sufficiently full and it wasn't crazy pricey. Full disclosure however I did not drink. Next time I would like to grab a cocktail too and there will definitely be a next time!

Great ambiance, great food, and great service! We were excited for Silla del Toro to open near us and luckily, they did not disappoint. We ordered the croquettas, the pan con tomate, and the skirt steak. The croquettas were really good and the tomato for the pan con tomate was perfection. I am not typically a tomato fan because though I like it, it rarely likes me back because it gives me serious heartburn. But this tomato tasted great and I did not get any heartburn payback for having it, which was a nice surprise. They sprinkled some cheese on the bread, which only made it that much better. The skirt steak was cooked perfectly and was super soft, tender, and tasty. I did ask for the mojo on the side since I don't typically like mojo, but theirs was pretty good. The steak came with patatas (potatoes) and I asked for the sauces to make them brava (spicy). They were really crispy, and the sauces gave them the perfect amount of oomph. Everything was delicious, and we appreciated the attentive service. We will definitely be back. I'm looking forward to trying more things on their menu.

Excellent tapas, great staff, beautiful venue. There were three of us and we ordered six tapas-plenty for all to enjoy. Highly recommend.

I was delighted the ambiance was the same and this GA location was a little better to be honest. I loved the winery tour stop experience when you was in the door. My waiter did her job and she was pleasant. I'm impressed by the vivantes aka mocktail options! I still got a fancy champagne glass and everything! Yay!

Not undercooked (see for yourself in the pictures EDIT the pictures keep getting removed and I don't know why) completely raw in the middle. We are praying it does not make her seriously sick. This was supposed to be a nice dinner with just the two of us. Instead, the restaurant's response was simply to remove the chicken from the bill and move on as if serving raw poultry to a child was no big deal. That is completely unacceptable. Between the disappointment from looking forward to having a fun night out and the anxiety from biting into the chicken, the night ended in tears. I feel awful for her and there is no one to blame other than Cooper's Hawk. The was a SERIOUS food safety failure. I'll be filing a complaint with the health department as I documented this thoroughly before we left. We will never be back to Cooper's Hawk.

Great so I wasn't walking from the parking structure off Alpharetta St. Either is free, but if you don't want to drop a few bucks to tip the valet .... I came in on a Friday evening without a reservation. Chose to sit at the bar. Had a great experience. Chatting with locals as well as the staff and enjoyed a nice meal and a few adult beverages. See photos. Grabbed a salad, some pasta and couldn't pass on the dessert. The Insalata Romana dressing was subdued so for those who don't like bold and zesty - it'll be right up their alley. Not too light though - any lighter and I might have asked for more seasoning. I enjoyed the flavors of the Tagliolini Bolognese. It was hearty, savory and I could see it being a comfort food me if I were a local. I would have liked the pasta to be on the Al dente side but it wasn't mushy to the point that there wasn't any chew. Also enjoyed the dessert. Great way to cap the meal. Really enjoyed the experience there overall. Sitting at the bar, not loud - kinda intimate. Maybe 10 seats. Beer, wine and spirits. Also a happy hour to finish out a work day. I've eaten at a few spots on Canton and I can say that for me, this is another spot I'd recommend and go back to.

They have outdoor dining which seems to have a great atmosphere but it was way too hot to dine outside. We typically love bars but this one was dark and uninviting. No thank you. We sat to the left as you enter the front door. Missing atmosphere-- wouldn't choose to sit here again. Service was impeccable. I couldn't decide what I wanted for a glass of wine and they offered to bring me glasses to sample. I love this-- I saw them offer same service to another table close by. We split the Caesar and they were kind enough to diving between two bowls. The only other place that does this for us is Cibo e Beve. The focaccia was wonderful with large flakes of salt on top and went great with their olive oil. We are truly picky Caesar eaters and this one had freshly shaved Parmesan and obvious homemade croutons. Pasta was fabulous for both of us. Would we dine here again? Definitely not the bar and probably not the dining room, but would come back to dine outdoors. Carrie was our waitress and she was fantastic.

So first and foremost, parking is a little bit wonky here. So good luck. There is parking and you have to pay. But you can probably find better parking but you will have to walk maybe a block or two so just keep that in mind. You'll come into this very small streamline establishment and it'll change the decor vibe on you very quickly. Which is a good thing. It's a super clutch spot. If you're looking for a small group or a date night. It's not something you would wear, athletic wear or ball shorts. It's definitely something you would actually try to be a little bit presentable for as far as the vibe goes. I came in just to look around at first and met with Audrey and she to me about. All. The. Days. And the time frames and the events. They have a DJ that comes monthly, but you have to check their Instagram for that. But it really gets jumping from what I hear. The suggestion would be to do flights of Champaign so you can actually taste for what you may like. Which is a good thing because you don't want to buy a 55 glass of champagne and not like it LOL. Now what's new, they also have whiskey now. And it's actually a pretty good selection of it as well. So even if you don't necessarily do champagne, you have other options. They have a couple of beers and some wine, but champagne is primary and whiskey and secondary. This is absolutely a spot that has a lot of potential that's really tucked away.

Well, it is a champagne and whiskey bar, where you can try flights of champagne or whiskey (hence the "pop" in the name). We were pleasantly surprised by our selections and learned a lot! Josh was a great host and you could tell he loved his job and was very knowledgeable about the product. I can't wait to come here again.
