Last week or so, my water pressure started to go down throughout my house and eventually stopped. The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue.. That's where I called Chris the Plumber who gave a fair quote to replace the irrigation valve and he sent his associate to replace it. We got a new irrigation valve but it turns out my gardener's diagnosis about the irrigation value didn't resolve it after all. We notified Chris and he came himself to troubleshoot the issue and it turned out to be a broken sprinkler head letting out too much water. He capped it and recommended to have our gardener replace the sprinkler head because a gardener would charge less than he would. Awesome job Chris for resolving the issue!

They were the only plumbers in the area who were willing to install the GE units and one of the very few who seemed experienced with installing heat pump water heaters. Many of the others we spoke to seemed more interested in steering us away from a heat pump water heater. They also installed a hot water recirculating pump for us. The technicians Sergio and Luis did a great job with both installations and were able to deal with some unexpected complications and Marie in the office was very responsive to our questions. The price for the water heater was over $700 less than an estimate for a comparable Bradford White water heater from another plumber, while the price for the recirculating pump was over $700 less. In fact, the price for the pump and its installation was $350 less than the price for the pump alone on the manufacturer website. I highly recommend them!

He spent an hour talking about how great their new systems are, but after he left, I realized the water fill line for the salt tank wasn't even attached, which might explain why the unit isn't working properly. I would expect a water filtration technician performing a maintenance check to notice that a critical water line was disconnected, but everyone makes mistakes. So I called them back and scheduled a 2-4 PM window for someone to come out and hopefully fix the issue. I even received a call at 8:00 AM confirming the appointment. Then, at 3:00 PM--an hour into the arrival window--the owner of the company called me, confused about the issue, and said they don't fix units like mine. He told me I need a new unit because of an error code, and that NO ONE was actually scheduled to come out. The only reason they came out for an estaminet was to convince me to buy a new unit classic bate and switch BS. They had no intent to help me fix my unit at all. I planned my whole day around this appointment. The owner seemed confused why I did not just want to buy a new unit. Call me crazy, but I don't want to spend thousands of dollars if all I have to do is replace a 3-dollar plastic water line. It is like getting a flat tire, and the mechanic is trying to sell you a new car. just slimie as all hell.

I was glad to see that Tim arrived exactly when he stated he would, and came in with all the tools he needed, plus more. As well as took his time to full diagnose the issue. We came to the agreement that the water heater needed to be replaced due to multiple factors. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things and I was the one that requested and recommended extra work that needed to be done such as valve replacement and vent inspection. Tim went above and beyond with installing new straps, the valve, water heater, reseated the ducting properly, as well as as put in a much needed gas pipe to reduce any dirt or debris from the gas line into the water heater burner. It took him a bit longer than expected, but he thoroughly tested the water heater, burner, and hot water. I was very impressed by his work and how clean the installation was. I think for the experience, expertise, and quality of Tim's work its was an excellent value. We even upgraded to a larger tank for not much more which the family was very happy about. We have also signed up for the yearly maintenance. I highly recommend Tim the Water heater guy, as he does a great job for a great value.
