If you're here then you are just like me, wondering if this review is a "bot" or purchased or…read morerepeated under several names. It's none of those and just like you I wanted to fix up my house with an improvement to my kitchen with some random picture I found on IG. I contacted several people; one company from Angie gave me some ridiculous $8k-$10k estimate based on a picture I sent (no measuring or on-site job walk). The other was Falcone who gave me an appointment time and never showed up. It got frustrating but I kept at it and saw all these reviews for Jayrock Tile. Jason from Jayrock Tile showed up early and I showed him my IG photo telling him, "I really want this". He helped me so much with educating me on what I now call "Tile 101". I learned a great deal, and I made a few changes with the new knowledge he helped me with. His crew arrived early and I already knew it was the beginning of what turned out to be the best decision I've made for my home improvement. The Jayrock Tile crew walked in, they set up outside and just began what looked like a focused nonstop task of knocking out my kitchen. I walked by to peak each time, and the two-man crew were just moving! In the few seconds I saw them go from left to right then inside & out. I know nothing of tile work, but I can tell you that they didn't skip a beat and were making progress each time I looked in to see how it was looking. I was rather impressed at their progress and speed. I heard the saw constantly cutting away at the tile and never realized how much was required to make each piece fit. I knew the picture I had showed a much larger backsplash and kept thinking "did I make a mistake", "will it even look the same"... After they finished, I walked in and saw my kitchen. It was beyond what I expected, and I couldn't stop thanking his crew. It's wild that I saw a picture, asked if it could be done and now, I have that same design in my house too! Sadly, I see other reviews here about "horrible customer service" and I wasn't there so I don't know why that encounter ended up that way? What I can tell you about my experience is that Jason is a super cool dude that's down to earth. He helped me with what I wanted and gave me so much information to make what I wanted look amazing. His crew which sadly I never got their names because they were just "Hi" and straight to work!! Those two guys were awesome!!! I am beyond happy with how everything turned out! I've heard of some companies where not everything turns out as great. I can tell you that the quotation was perfect and within my budget. The crew was amazing, they didn't break anything, they were professional (I have toddlers), and they did the most amazing level of work in my home. I hope that you find this review helpful and please know that its real, not paid for (I wish they paid me) or from some AI robot nonsense.

Customer Service is personal and amazing. Story time…read more. 1. I went to the Anaheim location and they were fine. I found a tile that I loved but they quoted me a price I could tell was a little high. I went searching online for someone else who carried it and no luck. I ended up calling the Fontana location and off the cuff Matt was SO nice and gave me a great price. He shipped the material to Aneheim at no cost, and then checked in a few days later to make sure everything worked out. 2. Fast forward a few months, my contractor asked me to get more tile. I called Matt in Fontana again, and again, great service and he didn't bump up the price even though prices are rising like crazy right now. Again shipped to Anaheim, no problem. 3. 2 weeks later: We went to Anaheim to pick up the material, it was lost. The Anaheim folks were a little snippy from the start... not a super friendly tone. I called Matt back, he sent out a replacement shipment and had it delivered to my home. What a champ!! Thanks Matt for the great customer service, prices, and recovering well when there was a hiccup. PS I LOVE the tile I picked and am so excited to see it in my remodeled bathroom.
