After relocating here I had a massive bug cemetery all over my hood. So of course I had to check this place out. The staff was very friendly. I decided to upgrade the wash to their more premium wash since my car needed a little care. Compared to other washes they were a little pricey but my concern was mainly the quality. I'm willing to pay a premium for premium service. They took my car and we were off to the races. After about 20 minutes they completed my car. I was impressed by the way they cleaned the interior. It was definitely a site for sore eyes. The outside got cleaned fairly well unfortunately it didn't get all the bugs off the grill but for the most part it they did a great job. My only complaint is the bugs not getting completely cleaned off the car. Overall I think they offer a great value considering the prices. The staff did a stellar job with the interior and drying. They even gave me an air freshener which smelt great. I'll definitely be back!

We were charged $150 right out of the gate for the biohazard fee (all of the vomit was removed, but I understand a blanket price). Then we were told that, compared to cleaning just the spot with the vomit, it would only be about $50 more to do the whole car. At that point, we decided to do the whole car in hopes that they would really get into it in case any vomit had spread. We were told it would take four and a half hours to do the highest package they offer ($450), but it was done in about two hours. At first that felt exciting, but in hindsight, it made me wonder how thorough the job was. After a few days, the vomit smell in the car was not even remotely better, even though I kept the windows rolled down consistently as they told me to do, even while driving in cold weather! I called the shop to explain the situation and was told I would be able to speak to a manager. When I arrived, the front desk employee just told me the best they could do was rewash the seats and that they had no way of getting the vomit smell out. If that's the case, I have no idea why they acted like they could do it and upcharged us. It feels dishonest, like they're taking advantage of people. I would have had far more respect for them if they had simply said they couldn't remove the smell. We are super loyal to establishments that we think do a good job. It was so frustrating to go in with good intentions, kindness, and politeness, and to even come back in person to get it sorted out, optimistic that a good establishment would want to do right by its customers, only to not even be given the time of day by the manager. I went back on a Tuesday afternoon, when it was not busy, specifically so that I would not inconvenience them during a busy weekend. Lastly, when they detail your car, they put all of your belongings in a plastic bag, and when we got home, there were random items from other people's cars in our bag. Mixing up customers' belongings is careless, and it's also a privacy concern.

Place might be busy, yet there is always room for YOUR CAR & CARE! Conveniently located off Santa Fe Drive & Oxford, or off 285/Hampden and Federal exit in the huge Costco shoping area, Costco Drive, South East of Target and all restaurants. When I came out, I pulled the nozzle out of my truck and it was STILL RUNNING! When a pump runs that slow, you can't hear the gas flowing, not to mention, it SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN FULL. First off, they had a phone number to text to get a free car wash. Awesome! So, I texted the number and they sent me the coupon DAYS LATER. So, we went today and I pulled in to get the trash out of my vehicle (I had my 10 year old son, who has severe autism, with me, and he hates vacuums), and I was accosted by an employee asking me if I was going to get my car washed. I said "Yes. I have a coupon, I'm trying you guys out for the first time." He said "Well, we have people get in line to have the exterior of their car washed before they vacuum." I said "I'm not using the vacuum today, I'm just getting my trash out and having the exterior cleaned." He got an attitude with me, and even attempted to put the trash back into my reusable bag I use as a trash bag in my car. I balled up my bag and just said "I'm going to redeem my coupon now." And pulled out of the spot and went through the wash. Now, I understand that it was a FREE CAR WASH, but my car looked so bad when I pulled out of the car wash. They spray it down when you pull up, and then you ride through it, and a TON of soap (or something similar, I'm not sure what they used) on the vehicle, and then, the "water" they used to spray it off was barely a mist. The "dryer" didn't do anything but make the "soap" run down the car, making horrible streaks. It took 3-5 minutes to complete the exterior wash, and I felt cheated out of my time, and I had to go re-wash my car to get all the soap and streaks off. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT IT CLEAN AND YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TOLD YOUR'RE BREAKING THE RULES THAT AREN'T POSTED ANYWHERE!!! Don't waste your time and money with this car wash.
