Used them for gutter cleaning on a high roofed house. I can't tell for sure if they got everything until the rain comes but I can say that they worked on my very dirty gutters pretty relentlessly for over three hours and the guys who came out were friendly, polite and very careful when they needed to take a ladder through the house to reach the roof from an upper deck. They were also pretty diligent about blowing out debris from a clogged downspout. And price was lowest I found :) I'm very satisfied. read more

I started the pool cleaning service with Eddie. And Diego started to take care of my pool and Eddie said he doesn't own the pool cleaning business anymore but my monthly service charges on my credit card is from this company. At the beginning, the service was OK. But the first spring season by their service, my pool started to get green which I never had experienced before. Diego said the filter needed to be replaced at the end of summer season. The whole summer the pool was not able to be used. Considering the family only swim a hand full times in a year, all the money couldn't even pay for a clean looking pool. During the green pool months due to alge, the only solution he had was to let the pool filter solved the issue by itself, which I learned today is a total BS. This year, with a new filter, my pool turned green again. He always complains how expensive the chemicals are. During a visit while the pool was green he asked me whether I have chemical shock. Really? Wasn't that his service for to provide the chemical service? I totally don't understand his question. Did he ask me to do the work? He raised the fee without notice last year and also mischarged me. A few weeks ago, he asked to increase 46% more on the monthly service fee. I asked if I can buy chemicals instead. He told me that he mixes his own special super strong chemical, and the non professionals cannot get good chemcials from the retail stores. Hmmm, I wonder why those pool supply stores are not closed if the chemical they sell won't work. It always has been super hard to get him to respond. No texts or messages worked. I had not known and doubted if he ever came to do the service. I even could not sleep becaause without maintenance my pool would get more algae. One day I saw the leaf canister was super full. I asked him if he had come. He told me he was sick and bla bla bla. And he said he would come the next day. Surprisingly, he did not. Guess how I know that? The leaf canister was still as full as before. This happened when I agreed to have the price raised. The increased price did not pay for the quality. I got another pool company to come to check and the staff told me the water quality was really bad. They need to charge me $500 to treat the pool. Instead I went to Leslie and within one day, my green pool turn blue again. I had to say I am very angry at DIego's service. I can even do a better job than him. He had never know how to treat the algae properly or never used any proper chemical to remedy the issue and lied to me all the time. So, if you want to wake up at night to worry about your pool to turn green or guess how long the green algae will last, hire him. Otherwise, run. read more
