Sean Green, the owner, is a hands-on take charge kind of guy who is passionate about his work. His resume of finished roofing jobs, both residential and commercial, is impressive. You know from the get-go that you are in the best of hands with Sean. Jordan, Storm Work's sales rep, wowed us with his extensive knowledge and expertise in his field of roofing. He walked us through, step by step, how the process would unfold from beginning to end. He was always just a text, phone call or FaceTime away and super responsive and understanding of our needs. Storm Works made sure that every aspect of this project was thoughtfully coordinated and clearly executed. The entire operation ran like a well-oiled machine from start to finish. The incredibly hard-working crew was outstanding and took clear direction under the supervision of Paul, (PJ), who was on site throughout this operation. The crew arrived on time every day. They were polite, diligent and aside from a quick lunch break, never stopped working. The property was carefully broom swept after each workday and when the crew completed the project, they made sure the grounds were immaculate. The lines of communication were always open, which is vitally important with a project of this magnitude. Whether we reached out to Sean, Jordan or Paul with questions, we had our answers right then and there. These guys are the best and always made themselves readily available. Don't waste your time, I guess they don't want small/ medium jobs or can't manage the volume right now.

The same thing happened. Zine decided to return the third time and replace the problematic sections that were separating from the foundation. It is now the middle of October and I continue to have the same issue. He said he'll return and has not yet. He has suggested that I need to paint | seal the stucco. I want to do that but first need to know that it does not separate from the foundation so I don't waste my effort. Update on Oct 24. Zine came out to meet with me today. I now understand we had a miscommunication. He said he is a man of his word and I believe him. I will post photos of the new work and results. It might be in the Spring since the weather is getting too cold for stucco work.

Upon further investigating the issue it turned out that the extent of the damage was greater than appeared on the surface as the post had completely rotted through, the wall had pulled away from the deck and the foundation underneath had crumbled. Despite the amount of work involved, John remained honest and fair as he provided me with several options and worked with me and my budget to get the best result possible to meet both my expectations as well as his high standard of quality. I am beyond pleased with the final outcome! They managed to get the entire side of the porch torn down, the foundation properly repaired and then have it all rebuilt and tied back into the existing stairs and porch within just a few days. Roni (the owner) provided a free, same-day estimate after visiting our home for interior painting. Throughout the paint project, he constantly and thoroughly explained each day's tasks. Pretty soon we were confident that he is an expert and knows the ins and outs of what needs to be done (I think at this point we could call him an artisan). Roni made sure that every aspect of the project was completely and perfectly done, even when it meant doing extra sanding and retouching at the last moment. Plus, the team cleaned up impeccably. Bruno may not mean to scam you, but he will take your money and then do nothing for months. He will not apply for permits, and he will tell you your town/city is the problem. He will blame every delay or broken promise on circumstances outside of his own control. During that time, he will use your money to finish his other projects or (probably) pay his other bills. If you ask for your money back, he will tell you he has bought materials but never provide any proof. If you call Bruno out for his poor performance, he will gaslight you and again blame everyone but himself, including you. I decided to work with Bruno despite a few bad reviews. I figured everyone makes mistakes. But when Bruno makes them, he will not make them right. The only reason I have not pursued a lawsuit against him is that lawyers cost money and Bruno has a history of not paying the settlements against him. It's possible that Bruno has improved his business practices in the year since we last interacted, but I wouldn't bet on it. Neither should you.

The crew was extremely cleanly each day of work. When they left each day, the site was spotless, as if there had been no work. This was the way it was every single day of the project.
