I have a congenital hole in my heart. I'm in Houston Medical Center to see my cardiologist since I've been experiencing heart palpitation, edema, shortness of breaths, and series of fainting. Cardiologist already told me that he couldn't surgically close this whole because it pumped blood out to lungs. He said lungs have too many blood vessels to hurt during the surgery. I thought I was doing full kitchen remodeling with The Home Depot. THD selected Top Priority. I didn't have any chance to select my own contractor. I regret my entire decision. Life is uncertain. They were professional from the get go from email and telephone correspondence to the measuring to the actual installation and satisfaction check. Top priority was contracted by Lowe's to install my granite counter tops. After installation, there was an issue with separation if you leaned or put weight on one of the upper counter corner seams. They came out immediately to reinforce the piece. Shortly after, there was still some slight separation issues. They came out a third time with different support braces, and it worked. It's solid. I appreciate their willingness to return repeatedly without any hesitation at all. Throughout the process, they were pleasant and accommodating to my schedule. These seem like things that all companies should do, but we all know that is not always the case. These guys made sure their work was done to satisfaction. Five stars!! read more

I did a remodel in my condo kitchen and purchased Quartz countertops from Lowe's. Top Priority was my installer. I started this project in March and then bam! We went into lockdown and my building went into cocoon mode where only residents could enter and all renovations were put on hold. Top priority was totally cool through all the delays and when we were finally able to get the project back on track, Chino came down and laser measured my cabinets and subtop. They sent me a CAD of the countertops and I was impressed that they made allowances for my non-square walls. Chris came out to install and everything went extremely well. They were hired by Home Depot to install the countertop I bought there. The outcome is awesome, but too many visits to get to what I wanted: - Didn't have what I purchased, I had to pick another design. - On initial install they brought wrong backsplash. - Was to return that night... never showed up. No phone call. - Finish was not polished enough, rough spots, cloudy, caulking fingerprints. - A promise was made to show up to fix. Again no-show, no call. - I called to demand remedy. They couldn't show up till following week. I said, no! So they sent shop guys to fix. - Workers showed up and re-did finish. All is fine now, looks great, but way too many calls and missed promises. read more

Purchased contract with Home Depot Designer for bathroom remodel with Top Priority solid surfaces. The contract was for multiple surface items. The problem was Top Priority did NOT fabricate according to the contracted design specifications and installed this wrong design; stating that they can fix the wrong fabrication after it is installed.... Top Priority said it is no problem to sand it down and fix the slope error. In the end, they did not fix it and could not because it is not possible. They refused to reimburse the cost that I paid for both the fabrication and installation. They admit that the fabrication was wrong so they only would reimburse for fabrication. Now I am stuck with the cost to redo this disaster. I will also need to demolish, fabricate and install a new surface on my own cost again. They refuse to acknowledge that they are responsible for knowingly installing a piece that is unrepairable. read more

Bought quartz countertop from Lowe's. Initial installation was beautiful until I tried to put the stove back. The stove barely fits in the space and won't go all the way to the wall as a result. This is because the right countertop overlaps the cabinet by about a quarter inch instead of being flush. They went ahead and installed that. In order to get the 30 inches they wanted between the countertop edges they then had to pound it in shy of the cabinet edge on the left and ground that edge. Then they left. When I got home to put the stove back, needless to say the right side requires that the stove be right up against the left cabinet and so it barely enters the space as a result, it stops fitting before it quite gets to the wall. We tried to reach our contact at Top Priority but it wasn't until Lowe's put in a work order that we had a remedy. Rory and his coworker were clearly not intending to remedy the situation when they arrived, stating that all they were supposed to do was measure. Then he proceeded to make the same measurement he made the first time between the countertops, not taking into account that because of the original mismeasurement this did not measure the actual space available for the stove. He then attempted to force to stove into position and asked "What do you want?" Chino got involved over the phone and arranged for the remedy. Rory spent the rest of the time angry, as a result he made no attempt to protect the space, or clean up afterward, leaving shards of glass everywhere. He offered to realign the countertop on the otherside but with his approach to the work by that point, we decided to leave it rather than risk cracking the countertop with an angry removal. It really is a beautiful countertop. Too bad that the workers were so unprofessional in the end. read more

Top Priority installs kitchen counter tops and bath tub surrounds. They do a lot of work for Home Depot. They are very busy with that account so it took a while to get my bathtub surround done. That is the only reason they do not get a 5 star. But once on the job, the installer were great. Brandon takes pride in his work and made sure everything was correct. It took 8+hours to complete the job and these men worked hard every hour. When it was done, I had no complaints. I would work with them again. read more

What a bag of PILAU Sukkas! First day, Aren Dela Cruz took my complete info over the phone and said they could get back to me later that day, Gave description of counter top in Corian that I wanted matched. Monday lied and said their tech was out sick. Come to find out they don't even have a tech. person! They send out someone from a real countertop fabricator! Tuesday Lied again, and said Tech would get back to me by 1 pm. Never called, Cause they don't have a Tech. Person! Wed. A.M. I replied to his email that said the tech was still out sick. All I wanted was a price and a timeline. Sukkas Wasted my time 4 days giving my B.S. excuses that their tech person was out sick this and that. Then when I finally took my sample there at 10:00 am Today Wed., they were the rudest people I have ever encountered as a contractor. And Rude stink woman said Well! First of all we don't have that here nor can make it!!! They don't even do Corian there! They aren't even a contractor! they are some kind of Pilau middle man, that No one needs. Then I get home tonight to an email saying they don't fabricate countertops at their shop at all and thanks for my patience. PILAU STINK People Scammers!!! These guys are apparently one of two companies that can install Dekton on Oahu. After they finished none of the top drawers could open. The owner Chino Haynes first acknowledged that they may have not installed a sub-top but then retracted his comment and said Dekton does not need a sub-top. He delayed coming to the house to evaluate and then measured the opening for our cooktop which was not yet fabricated. Well that measurement was off and the cooktop doesn't fit. He wont answer phone calls and has not corrected anything for us since the install. The company does not answer or return phone calls. We were a little fortunate to work with a supplier that has tried to troubleshoot for us but for those who are even contemplating buying Dekton through them and having them install it, don't or you will be stuck with no recourse because not only are they sloppy, they also don't correct their mistakes and don't care about customer service. read more

We were introduced to Top Priority (TP) through Home Depot (HD) in Honolulu when we purchased the full package for kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops. We (1) installed Kraft Maid (KM) kitchen cabinets that we had previously purchased and installed in our Hilo home (through HD - Hilo), which we subsequently shipped to Honolulu for installation in our new Honolulu home, (2) purchased and installed new KM cabinets from HD - Honolulu); and (3) purchased and installed LG-Hi Macs solid surface countertops. Our first experience with countertop fabricators/installers was with Big Island Countertops (BIC) in Hilo, who installed Dupont Corian countertops (unfortunately we had to leave them behind since our kitchen layout in Honolulu was very different). BIC was very good and so that experience was quite special for us. [We must admit we were hoping that somehow, Home Depot could again hire BIC for our Honolulu home.] We didn't have to worry - Top Priority was equally excellent in providing our new countertops. On his first visit, Devin of TP measured the space without any cabinets in place. A second visit confirmed the earlier measurements with the cabinets in place, prior to final fabrication. Devin expressed a concern that the countertop with the homogeneous countertop/sink posed a possible problem for installation with two nearby window sills, which might require removing the sills temporarily. On the day of the installation, the installers were so good - by carefully maneuvering the long countertop (a single 10'-6" long unit), they managed to fit the countertop without removing the window sill. We were impressed, especially with the long and heavy countertop to fit into place. We're very glad that Home Depot uses Top Priority for countertop fabrication/installation. I got a few estimates for my countertop installation and Top Priority was the best. They got back to me quickly with an estimate which was a lot more affordable than the other companies we looked at. More importantly, they were available to do the job, compared to the other companies that told us we'd have to wait several months for an opening. The staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with when the timeframe for our project kept shifting. They were understanding and accommodating to our project issues. The installers were great! They came on time, they were quick and efficient and very courteous. I'm so appreciative of their amazing work. My kitchen and bathroom upgrades are exactly what we wanted.
