From all the Cabinet companies we've visited on the island. Da Wing trading in Aiea has to be the most affordable, easy going, and quality place to get your own custom cabinets. Richard the salesperson was very easy to talk to. You can seriously tell that he's been doing this for a long time. The only thing you have to be aware about is that the actual workers that'll do the installation does not speak or understand english. The frustrating part was having to call Richard or the crew's manager Harry to ask a simple question. But OVERALL, the guys worked in a neat manner, made sure the place is clean before they leave each day and worked really hard to get the job done ASAP. We expected the job to be done in a week they were done in 4 days. So pick this company for you next cabinet remodel, you will not be disappointed. read more

Da Wing Trading did a fabulous job on our kitchen remodel. Beautiful Granite top and 22 cabinet doors/drawers and lazy Susan corner. Crown molding was also included. They were well priced, good quality product and the installation was "EARLY" in starting and finished exactly as promised. We even bought the kitchen sink from them as it was easier for us to have them to also install.....I have a very happy wife, and we also installed our own kitchen floor tile ( easier than we thought), and I have now finished my 300 bottle wine cellar ( under our stairs) in Mililani.. 1st friendly of course when hiring. A guy comes to measure and ask if I want changes such as drawers instead of standard cabinet in some areas. Two workers took a month for a very small kitchen. My son said a lot of the time they were on their cell phones, one guy left for long periods & the other one just stood around day dreaming or on his cell. The job shouldn't have taken that long, No drawers were put in as planned, some standard cabinets weren't sized correct instead they put these tiny cabinets I have no use for. A few Scratches. No call from salesman or anyone in the company to say things were changed or not done as planned. Counter on wrong! Pictures to follow. This company has caused my family and myself the absolute greatest nightmare imaginable for attempting a complete renovation to our kitchen. We made the mistake to go with da wing upon reading the mostly positive reviews, their selection, and fair price quote. We had the estimate done and everything ordered two months prior to the start of the job. My family and I had a trip planned that would give them my vacated house two weeks to complete which I was assured is more than enough time. We have family that live nearby that were checking up daily while we were away along with my security camera system that monitors and records everything going on in and around my house. We were able to see the workers show up after 1230pm to put in about 4 hours of work a day and the 5 days no one even showed up. Basically, I came home to a dirty construction site that was supposed to be my completed and already 90 percent paid for kitchen. They used my trashcan as a bucket, my kids laundry detergent as soap as it was left outside with all of the rubbish from the demolition day two weeks earlier. The end result was a week longer that promised for a quality kitchen well below expectation and living confined to a bedroom with no kitchen. My appliances had to be rescheduled twice for no where to put it. All I wanted was to be done with this company and fix my kitchen my damn self. There are more details that would infuriate anyone had they experienced what I had to watch my family put up with it. If you read this far just go with someone else. Pay premium prices for premium quality. We ended up paying just over $20k for a total kitchen remodel. If I could go back I'd pay some 10k more for a thoroughly filled and signed contract for real contractors to deliver what gets agreed upon. read more

I can't say enough about the work done on my kitchen. I am so happy with it - the work, it took 4 days altogether, 1 day removal, 1 day installation plus 1 day for installing the counter tops and sink. Da Wing just finished installing our cabinets and granite, and our kitchen is now a beautiful place to hang out. Their price was not only a little bit cheaper than the next cheapest cabinet/granite place, but they had better quality cabinets with the dovetail joints on the drawers. The best thing of all is that the quality of installation of both the granite and the cabinets was outstanding. Our kitchen is lovely to behold, and even surpassed our expectations. The shop salespeople seemed honest and straightforward, and the workers were pleasant. I would highly recommend them. read more
