Delicious donuts
Nel S.

Got the chocolate sprinkle doughnut and it was so delicious! There was a great variety of doughnuts to choose from and the person behind the counter was super friendly.

They always have cool events posted that I had no idea of until coming in for my cup of Joe. The Magic Flute-Stellar!

I am ALWAYS so happy to walk into my absolute fave coffee shop in the whole world! That may seem like a bold statement, but they make a mean Oatmilk Ovalteen Latte plus the best old fashion doughnuts ever (come on peeps, who doesn't like a good old fashioned once in a while??) There isn't a lucky person that works here that isn't always super friendly, totally helpful, and just plain cool. Keep rockin' it guys! Screw Starbucks

Cold brew on the hottest day of the summer (so far)!

Great place to grab an iced coffee on a hot day! Plenty of street parking around, ample seating inside the store, and free WiFi! They also have outside seating on the sidewalk if you prefer to soak up the sun, or be like me and work at the bar in front of the window and enjoy the AC!

Glazed Old-Fashioned doughnut

Its pretty tempting when you go to Trader Joes next door and you walk by this place and see the doughnuts waving at you. So you stop and think, ok....Ill go in and see what they got, then you end up with half dozen. I've been here a few times during the weekend mornings and it's a nice place to grab a coffee & doughnut. A lot of space, good amount of tables, family friendly and a good amount of selections available. A few hit & misses on the apple fritter as one would have plenty of apples and super delicious and another time it would be a bit doughy with no apples. I've changed it up a bit and been sticking with the glazed old fashioned. Classic doughnut and perfect on a weekend morning to take home and drink your coffee while watching Dog the Bounty Hunter re-runs. I dont have any issues with the staff, pricing is a bit higher, nice location, good amount of parking and convienient for me.

Didn't try the coffee but it was one of the best donuts I've ever had. The staff is friendly and prompt staff. Industrial atmosphere that you see in a lot of coffee shops and it works well for the neighborhood it's in. Definitely a good choice to satisfy your sweet tooth.

BEST VEGAN DONUT IVE EVER HAD (and i've tried a lot)…read more Sourness from the yeast - perfection Fluffy

Nut allergy friendly! Vegan and nut free on everything. Amazing. I had to try it…read more I saw this cute spot on inKind after walking by it during several Seattle visits and finally decided to stop in after reading another review that mentioned that they are nut-free. Spoiler: Absolutely no regrets, I wish I had visited earlier! I ordered a six pack with a variety of their donuts and shared them with four friends, having a bit of each. I'm glad we did it this way because I don't think I could have finished some of these donuts solo. I also had a seasonal rose latte at half sweetness which was decent, but very wholesomely came with a little donut hole that was pretty good. I will say, they nailed all the flavors. If you like the flavor, probably a 4/5 donut overall. They just weren't always my cup of tea. So the scores here are for personal enjoyment more than anything - like I said, they're solid donuts. Sour Watermelon (2/5): Holy smokes, this one felt like it was punching your taste buds. It's almost confusing on how this is in a donut form. It's more like a sour patch kid. It's intense. I don't think I could solo one. Mango Tajin (3/5): Similar to the sour Watermelon, it's perplexing how this is a donut. It was a bit spicy and tangy, just as the flavor implied. Cookies & Cream (3.5/5): Get ready to get messy. It's crumbly. It's sweet. It's more like a normal donut. Matcha Strawberry (4.5/5): My favorite of the weird flavors of donuts. They really aced the matcha flavor and it's well balanced for a donut. Blueberry Fritter (2.5/5): This was pretty hyped up, but honestly I felt like the blueberry flavor was overpowered just by the sheer amount of sugar. Texture was good, it just felt so sweet. Overall, I'd definitely recommend for a fun experience. Share some different flavors! Paid via inKind with no issues.

I love cake donuts! And Mighty-O has the best cake donuts, ever. Period…read more I love a good fresh warm cake donut, not too dense. Fluffy with a perfect touch of sweetness. Raspberry Riot is our favorite. The perfect balance. Open until 4:00 pm but plus side also sold at PCC (until sold out). Plenty of indoor tables. Coffee & tea sold there too. Great friendly service from the tram. A must try!

Mighty-O Donuts seems to be one of the few vegan donut shops that actually tries to make yeast…read moredonuts - most places are cake only. We decided to drop by after eating lunch in the area for a sweet treat afterwards, then ended up picking up a whole dozen... Some notes for a couple that I tried: Maple Bar ($4.99) - Hmm.. Not that fluffy or light. Instead or being airy, it's more dense and has a kind of springy chew. The glaze is sweet and gives off a heavy maple fragrance, an indication they use real maple syrup in the glaze. Maple bars from other places are usually disgustingly sweet with basically no maple flavor - this one is sweet but more well balanced. I think the texture is definitely different from a typical yeast donut. I wonder if it's just because it more difficult to make vegan yeast donuts vs cake donuts? It's a different type of yeast donut, but still very good. (4/5) Chocolate Peanut Butter ($4.45) - Good peanut butter flavor in both the topping and glaze. I think the donut base is also peanut butter but it could be contamination from the glaze. The base isn't very sweet and is kind of almost savory in flavor. The donut is dense but not crumbly and instead very moist. Not really crusty, so not too much textural difference. I think it's baked rather than fried. Still very sweet. (4/5) Devils Playground ($4.45) - The donut base is dense with rich chocolate flavor, and coated with a chocolate ganache of just the right thickness. I hate it when donuts just have a smear of topping to make the donut look attractive, but does barely anything flavor wise. This one, on the other hand, is richly flavored. (4/5) Chocolate Raspberry ($3.65) - This is my favorite, same chocolate cake donut base as above but with bright berry notes and specks of seeds. The tangy berries do wonders to temper down some of the sweetness. (5/5) French Toast ($3.65) - My least favorite by far. Covered with peanuts (which is fine), but the cake donut base or perhaps the glaze tastes heavily earthy, like an overload of cinnamon and nutmeg. (2/5) People who expect the exact same texture as a non-vegan donut, both the cake and yeast types, will probably be disappointed. If I just think of these donuts as their own thing, they're actually quite good. There's another donut shop that I prefer down the street, but Mighty-O Donuts certainly isn't a bad choice for a sweet treat.

I've heard all sorts of praise for Voodoo over the years, so I finally decided to check them out on…read morethe final day of PAX West during a break from walking the show floor. This location is a very short walk from the Seattle Convention Center. Everything looked decadent and over the top, to the point where I wasn't sure that anything looked truly appealing beyond the simple things like the Homer or maple bar, until my eyes landed on the banana cream pie. I'm a *fiend* for anything banana/banana flavored, so my mind was instantly made up. And it was outstandingly good. The banana cream was perfection, the cinnamon on the Voonilla Cream was a nice spicy touch, and the banana chip on top added a little crunch to the overall softness of the donut. This was truly the most delicious donut I've ever had and I wish so much there was something comparable nearby in the Bay Area (maybe there is and I just haven't found it yet). But if it wasn't for the banana cream pie, I feel like there wouldn't have been a ton of options that looked good at Voodoo. There were some others I would've been happy to try, but the assortment felt very overhyped for all of the praise I've heard of Voodoo. But I can't really complain too much when all I'd need here is the banana cream pie anyway. Hope they never stop making it.

The voodoo doll donut had jelly in it... so I wasn't a fan. It's very cute though! Service is okay... one of the workers didn't do a good job of keeping track of the customers so customers who stepped in walking around were served before the people who were waiting in line patiently. And I don't know why it took them so long to take orders and give donuts that weren't fresh. They could definitely improve on the value, taste, and service.
