Does the Chimney needwork...yes. The problem was the sealant around the flashing and the way it was secured to the chimney. I also had damage to aluminum flashing around my windows when his gutter contractor used the window sill to stand on while installing new gutters. He didn't offer to solve anything. The new gutters are good, the contractor's employee was not. No resolution was given.

Essentially tens of thousands of dollars that we've paid and we still have a leak in our laundry room and now they refuse to come out and fix it. I used to recommend them to everyone. Never again. Not to mention when their window installers came they milked the clock and sat in our driveway smoking for approximately 2 hours each day which made the installation take a day longer than it should have. I feel completely taken by this company and now I don't even know why they bother giving a warranty because clearly they're not standing by it.
