If I could give them 10 stars I would. For starters, he showed up for a free quote when he said he would. Great communication about his ETA which was the first good sign since the 4 previous roofers no call/no show. The quote was super comprehensive and I understood exactly what my options were, what the work would be and the cost. His quote included video and pictures since I don't know WHAT my roof looked like. I was scheduled for next available and they showed up early on a Saturday. The guys were super courteous, kept me updated and cleaned up all the gunk that came off the roof after they were done. Nanci handled my payment over the phone and was super personable. The whole team gets A+ and they will be on my block's go to contractor list. THANKS AGAIN! read more

Honestly best roofer around gave me a fair quote. Was very clean and left me feeling all warm and snuggly after the roof was finished . 5 stars all day! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Rob Nolfi Roofing is the best. With the heavy winds yesterday, My parents lost some shingles on their roof. I searched Roofers and saw that Rob Nolfi Roofing was highly recommended by people that I know. I called Rob and explained the problem. Without hesitation, he said that he would come today between 10am-noon. He was prompt and arrived at my parents home at 10am. He is the owner and drove over to NJ to access the issue. He fixed the problem right then and there. Was professional, neat and very personable and a bonus, charged minimal for a great job. He will be handling all of our needs in the future because there is no company better. Thanks Rob Nolfi of Rob Nolfi Roofing. If you wanna know, call a Pro. Angelo Scola read more

There turned out to be a reason Rob's prices were cheaper than everyone else's: after multiple rounds of misdiagnoses and purported fixes, the roof leak stubbornly persisted. We ultimately brought in someone else, who replaced all of the rubber waterproofing on the rooftop. A year after that fix, the leak has not returned. Rob did do a lot of work for us that probably needed to be done (even if it didn't fix the problem we were most worried about). He was also quite responsive whenever we called. But overall, it would have been less expensive to go with someone who would have done the job right the first time, even if they charged a little more. read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband (Rob Palmer), but I agree with everything he has to say. We have nothing but respect for how Mr. Nolfi conducts business. The level of professionalism he shows is rare these days, and appreciated. He's a person of his word, and is quick to return phone calls and respond to text messages. The quality of work is 5 stars across the board, and he sends pictures so you're not left guessing, wondering, and HOPING the job you paid for was actually completed. Just recently we had the 3 year silver coating maintenance. Not only did his workers arrive at the time promised, but they rang my bell to let me know they were there (so I wouldn't be alarmed at hearing someone on the roof). Pleasant and respectful. We're VERY happy to have come across Mr. Nolfi's company. NO complaints. read more

I'm relieved to have finally found a roofer I can trust. I've used Rob Nolfi Roofing for all of my roofing work over the last few years. From fixing leaks to installing new gutters, they were always on time and professional, and did great work that they stand by. Because of the angle of the roof, the gutters weren't as straightforward as we would have thought, but Rob and his team were able to identify a solution and make it work. And they've repaired leaks on very short notice, which is always a relief when water is coming into your house. Their rates are quite reasonable as well. Rob even dropped by on a Sunday recently to do a minor repair without charging me, even though he was busy with other work. "No job too small" was definitely true in this case :) Highly recommended. Thanks again! read more

I learned of Rob Nolfi from one of his former employees. He described him as honest and reliable and stated he would recommend Rob to one of his family members. Rob Nolfi exceeded my expectations. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He provided photos before and after he completed the work to confirm the work was actually done. He even advised me regarding other issues he saw in the exterior of my home even though he will not be the one providing the service. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. Highly recommend. read more

Rob Nolfi Roofing are the best. Four men came out to my home on time. All were professional, no cursing or loud voices. They did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. Rob is great, not only does he stand by his estimates and quality of work, he will send someone to handle any issues that come up from the job he did on your home. I love that he sent me pictures. My roof looks amazing. Rob stands by his estimates, fair prices, and he explains the work he will be doing. I highly recommend Rob Nolfi Roofing for any job, no matter how big or small the job is. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to Rob and his team from a grateful customer. Jean D read more

Rob Nolfi's website says that they guarantee their work for 12 years. I purchased a new rubber roof from them in January, and it didn't even last one week without leaking. After blaming the issue on residual moisture, then on masonry, Rob tried a couple things to fix the leak, but when they didn't work he shifted the blame back to masonry issues (which we had already addressed) and stopped trying to help. It is interesting how he said that the issue was clearly that we needed a new roof before we hired him, and then after his work didn't fix our problem he shifted the blame to anything but the roof. I give one star since I still have a leak in my roof after 3 months, but Rob guarantees his work for 12 years. This guarantee clearly means nothing. read more

Great roofing company! Best in the area! Rob is very friendly and responds quickly to calls an text messages. Free no obligation/no pressure estimates! 3 man crew. They were on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after the work was completed!! Friendly and knowledgeable! Reasonably priced too! I highly recommend Rob Nolfi Roofing!!! :) read more

Unprofessional, unreliable and overpriced. Plenty of better roofing companies to choose from.

As other reviewers have said, I wish I had used Rob earlier. We had recurring leaks from my flat roof and skylight In spite of several expensive repairs. For the first time I have no standing water on my roof and a water tight skylight. The price was good and the the work was done efficiently. read more

I can't say enough good things. If you are deciding on a roofer, look no further. Everyone was professional and personable from the start to finish. When they came to do the work yesterday, I was able to continue working from home with no disruption. Once complete, not only did I see what a great job they did on the services requested, the guys raked the leaves on the lawn and cut back branches on the tree in the yard without even asking. Love it! Will definitely refer them to friends and co-workers who need a good roofer. read more

I called Rob to come check out a roof leak that I had. He was quick to respond and made his way over on Labor Day. Since the only issue was that a few nails were popping on the roof cap, he fixed it and went ahead and waived the service call fee. A few rain storms later, no issue. I know it wasn't a huge job, but I think this speaks volumes on Rob's character and customer service. read more

Rob and his team did a great job . They correctly redid an old roof that was botched by another roofer years ago and was starting to prematurely fail on me. He showed up when he said he would. Gave a free and fair estimate on the job and had his crew on my roof within the week of hire. Guarantees the work in writing and will follow up with you when the job is complete. Hire with confidence. Wether you have a roof in need of a simple repair or a complete replacement, Rob Nolfi is your guy. read more

Had Rob come out and look at my roof, he came out and found the last roofer never finished the job and the parts he did do were done badly. Rob sent me pictures of my roof and worked with me to get my roof fixed. He's a great down to earth guy. The new roof looks fantastic and i finally feel like I found a roofer I can trust read more

Just had a new roof put on along with rebuilding the curb for my air conditioner. It is a tough roof on a small street plus he had to coordinate with my HVAC guy. He was extremely professional, reasonably priced, punctual, and did a great job. He is a perfectionist and very honest. Will definitely use him in the future and would recommend him for your roofing needs. Most roofers just disappear after doing work - I know that he will not. He is serious about his business and standing by his work. read more

Paid $2500 to replace patio roof in 2016 had major leak three months after. Someone came to fix it and apologized. Two years later more leaking. Someone came to fix it. I now have leaking in that same area. Poor, poor work. read more

Rob is incredibly unprofessional and not a good roofer. Shortly after purchasing our home, I found out water poured down the back of our home every time it rained. I was able to track down Rob and he attempted to fix/ repair the leak with excessive amounts of caulking. It didn't work, so he decided it to blame it on anything but the roof. Robs poor craftsmanship cost us THOUSANDS of dollars and we ultimately hired another roofer (Angie's List Premiere) to fix it for us. They let us know how poor the quality of work was and couldn't believe someone paid for it. I highly recommend selecting a top rated roofer over Rob... He even puts a note on his contracts that says he's "not responsible for interior damage" - great sign for someone fixing the roof over your head. read more

Rob and his team were professional, efficient, and thorough. They did a great job on my row home roof in Fishtown, and came back afterwards to help with spot work on my vinyl siding out back. First of all I would like to say thanks for replacing my roof. I called Rob. He came out when he said he would, he called on his way and said he will be out at the time he said to look at the roof. He didn't bs me. Anyway we agreed on a price, which was reasonable by the way. He said he would do the work today, he showed up on time, did the work, and I was happy with the service his company provided. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know that has a roof problem. Thanks Rob read more

I just had a new roof done by Rob and I would strongly recommend him and his team. First of all, he got back to me promptly and was able to provide a quote within days. I called this morning after noticing some plaster damage in an upstairs bedroom. I received a call back very quickly, gave my address and shortly after Rob called and came out within an hour to take a look. We have now had Rob and his team do work on two properties. He and his team are clearly very busy, but they are responsive when it comes to coming out to give estimates and the work is very reasonably priced. The first job they did for us involved re-coating a roof on what is now a rental property. This required working around leaky skylights and ultimately installing a new gutter after the new coat redirected some water. We haven't had a problem since. More recently, they completely redid a roof on our residence, taking it down to the first layer and hauling off two tons of material before installing the new roof. We are extremely happy with the new roof and so appreciative for the hard work and professionalism that made these projects relatively painless for us. We will be calling on them for work our other roofs will need in the future. read more

My husband & I couldn't reach our old roofing company, so a good buddy recommended Rob Nolfi. Rob came out right away & gave us a really reasonable rate to repair slate shingles, cut & install flashings & seal up cracks. A few days later our roofing team arrived 30 minutes early, reviewed the plans for the day with us & asked if we had any questions. John & Matt were so professional, they did a terrific job & completely exceeded our expectations. Nolfi roofers are the real deal. We are completely satisfied! read more

Mr. Nolfi and his team are the go to professionals. They just completed two new rubber roofs on my house with several feet of drainage pipes. Then I needed to have the window dormers done. The work was exceptional and the guys on the team were polite. They cleaned up any debris. Mr. Nolfi was busy but always called me back and went out of his way to schedule me in despite several days of bad weather. I will be calling them again and highly recommend Rob Nolfi Roofing! read more

Very satisfied with my porch roof. I'm glad I called Rob's Nolfi roofing. Professional and fast. I highly recommend.

I used Rob Nolfi Roofing today and am really really really pleased with the service I received. Rob arrived to my house within a few hours of my initial call and took care of the problem quickly. He showed me pictures of where my roof was poorly installed in a certain area by the former homeowner then showed me pictures of how he repaired the area so it wouldn't leak into my bedroom anymore. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone with a roofing issue and would give more stars if I could! Thanks Rob!!! read more

I was referred to Rob Nolfi by Bobby from Bobby Z's Plumbing and Heating who happened to be in my home doing some work at the time a leak developed in the roof over my office. The leak had supposedly been fixed by the previous owners a few months ago but obviously the work was not done properly. My call was answered promptly and Rob was able to send some of his men out to evaluate the damage and provide me options. Fortunately, the roof itself was still in good condition so we were able to install shingles over the shingles already in place to save money. Although they were extremely busy at the time they came out to look at the roof and informed me it would be several days before they would be able to do the work. They kept their word and kept me informed as to when they would be there to install the new shingles. Rob's men were courteous and arrived within the agreed upon time frame and did excellent work. The roof looks great and the works seems to be of high quality. The most important thing is the roof no longer leaks. In the meantime additional leaks developed on my main roof (to be clear, not the front office roof that is now brand new) and I am planning on having Rob Nolfi Roofing do that job as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with roofing issues. read more

Rob and his team are amazing from his wife Nanci who handles the calls on. I came upon Rob while researching for roofers. I had him on my list to call but went with another roofer before calling him (biggest regret ever!) Those roofers caused more issues than I was already experiencing within just a couple of months, gave me the run around and then were nowhere to be found to come follow up on their work. I called Rob Nolfi Roofing upset about the dilemma I was now in due to crappy work being done. Nanci was so calming and assuring that Rob would try his best to be of assistance. Rob called me within a couple of hours and set up to come assess the issues I was having personally the next day and promised to be as cost efficient as possible. Rob and Nanci were both very apologetic about the situation I was in due to a horrible roofer. Rob came to do the estimate the next day as promised and immediately noticed one of my issues around my drain box getting out of his truck. Rob was so kind and pleasant. Rob even made some quick fixes he saw that were needed right then and there before we even discussed what would be needed and whether or not he would be hired. Impressive! Upon entering my home he even voluntarily took off his shoes not wanting to track my floors. I told him he could keep them on but he refused to leave a trail and said there's no way he could mess up such nice floors. While inspecting the roof he was sending me pictures. After going on the roof we discussed what needed to be done to correct my issues and repair the poor workmanship from causing future issues. Rob really kept the price as low as he could and assured us that he would be out immediately if there were any problems after it. He told us to take our time to decide what we wanted to do because he didn't want to force work, let alone an additional expense after we just had the roof done 3 months prior on us. Rob was even willing to make a payment arrangement which most businesses are not willing to do. The way he runs his business is exceptional and hard to come by. It was a no brainer that he was hired! Rob let us know that his team would be out by 8AM the next morning. That morning he even texted me a couple of hours earlier to verify that they will be there at that time. The team came and completed the job efficiently and were very professional and kind. They even went out of their way to address a couple of other issues I had throughout the home that they did not have to do. Rob also recommended one of his guys that can repair the damages caused by the leaks. To say they were excellent is an understatement. I'm not a big fan of recommending people because I don't want to recommend someone and their experience is not good but Rob Nolfi Roofing will be recommended to anyone I know in need of their services. After the repairs so far, so good. They replaced my skylights and what a difference that has made. My bathroom which use to be very chilly is now warm. I don't expect to have any issues but I know if I do, they are just a call away and will be right there. Rob Nolfi thank you for your good work and relieving a stressful situation! You have a customer for life now! read more
