    Waffle fries

I was there yesterday after an hiking in the area with a friend. I like to visit small businesses and this was a good one. The place is cool, not high class fancy restaurant but cozy and somehow it speaks about tradition and history itself. The owner took care of the order and brought us the food, small talk but good service. We 2 had draft beers, 2 delicious cups of butternut squash soup, 2 burgers that were great and we shared the waffle Fries as side. We paid just $35 and we got out from there happy. I suggest you this place for a casual cozy lunch. Help small business. I will go back.

We stopped to grab a bite to eat and were greeted by a friendly server. This is your hole-in-the-wall kind of venue with sticky menus and who knows what on the floors. It's a bar and eatery that clearly attracts locals for its friendliness, affordable prices, and consistent menu. We ordered a sampler of the appetizers, a few burgers and some sweet potato and classic fries. All were tasty and came out quickly. Lots of American food and fried options, as you'd expect. Definitely not a bad choice if that's what you're looking for and you're in the area.

This place has been here as long as I can remember. It's just your regular ol' dive bar filled with locals and good times. They have a little someone on the menu for everyone, don't be afraid to bring your hungry friends, your PBR loving uncle and your grandma. They have table seating, a good size bar and a few tvs so you don't miss the game. While they have a jukebox they also have space by the fireplace where they host bands from time to time. Don't miss out on this local gem, you can find it right at the top of the hill on rt 202/206. There is a spot waiting for you inside, order a couple of cold beers and a basket of onion rings and you'll find yourself wondering what took you so long to get here. Cheers!

If you're looking for a dive bar that feels like home, Top O'Th' Hill might be the place for you. Certainly not the fanciest spot around, but the prices are great for that reason and the food is good with an atmosphere that is laid-back with a mix of casual family dining and drinks with friends. Most nights you'll find a crowd of regulars from the neighborhood chatting and enjoying a few drinks. The beer, wine, and liquor selection is American bar standard with a variety of pub staples on the menu - from chicken wings to burgers to fish & chips. It's a big parking lot up the hill behind the restaurant, something you may drive by if you're not paying attention. Inside features rustic decor, like an older family restaurant with wooden tables and chairs and a bar area in plain view. Music performances were happening when we stopped in. If you're seeking out a quick, cheap dish with a few drinks during the night, I'd certainly recommend it for small families and fans of a classic family restaurant.

A great family owned business. Home cooked comfort foods at great prices and great prices on alcoholic drinks. Saturday night's they have live rock n roll bands.

This was a great spot to visit after being in the area for a few hours. Seems like a speak easy. Nice chilled environment and laid back. Food was great and well done.

Great neighborhood joint and dive bar, six taps of macro brews, $5 pints, free snacks at happy hour and totally respectable meals including a very good meatloaf platter for just $11. Full bar and draft beers Miller light, YuengLing, PBR, Blue moon, Sam Adams and goose Island IPA. Absolutely perfect for adult conversation, quiet even with lots of people happily drinking. Basically you're sitting in the basement of an old suburban house with some, ahhh, deferred maintenance issues lol. But to their credit the bathrooms are like new, not from the 1960s. But driving here, wow, you have to know what you're doing, don't be embarrassed if you miss the dark steep driveway the first pass like I did.

The bacon chedder burger with a side of fries. The bun was lightly toasted and the meat nice and juicy.

Food is typical fried fast food. No free refills on soda. Parking lot unpaved and unwelcoming to anyone with mobility issues.

NOT OPEN UNTIL 0130. 2 wedding groups drove all the way there for some rude bartender to say the place isn't open.

But I lean towards 3 automatically because I prefer to see business do good. I ended up getting the tooth fairy on a whole sub. My friend had the chicken salad sub. POSITIVES: Bread was good & fresh just like the cold cuts & Cole slaw. They definitely take care of their product. Presentation from how the sandwich was put together, & the Turkey portion was THE BEST. Not too much where it only tasted like Turkey & pastrami, but just the right amount to make it a hefty sandwich where all the ingredients complimented each other. Wrapping & bagging is worthy of mention, great job. NEGATIVES: It was mostly Turkey with a tiny amount of pastrami, like one slice, MAYBE two. The Turkey did not taste like it was a good brand. It didn't have a bad taste, it just wasn't great quality. It would have been a better experience if the Cole slaw wasn't drowned in thousand islands dressing. Since the pastrami was so little it really doesn't make sense to put that dressing on it. Some bites the meat & cheese were nice & warm & other bites it was pretty cold, that inconsistency threw me off. As for the chicken salad sub, my friend had better & also gave it a 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The young lady did great in putting things together. Seemed to be a great employee as far as performance, she may need a little improvement with friendliness. Can't say she was rude but a bit stand offish. Friendliness goes a long way. Overall, when you compare the price for quality, I honestly wouldn't come back here again. This place is NOWHERE near a 4 1/2 in my opinion, but I hope they do well.

We started with wine to match our dinners, the selection is good, nothing great and market priced. The salads were okay, and dressing was too much and drowned the lettuce. The entrees were presented well. The filet ordered medium rare was a fully cooked piece. Oh well, mass produced food on an assembly line kitchen in full view. The planked salmon was well cooked too as picture represents. Server did not ask salmon preparation selection. We each ordered one of the dessert items which are cake or similar in a shot glass with frosting or mousse or some other topping. They were good, again nothing great. No specially prepared sauces for the entrees to make things pop or standout, just basic dinner fare. On a positive note, food was much better than the Longhorn steakhouse chain or similar establishment.

Ultimately, while it scratched that itch, it obviously doesn't hit those same highs. Walking in you have the typical Irish pub decor, but with a lot more TVs. However, for the area, that's what you're looking for, as most come to watch a game with a pint. When I went, there was even a projector up to show an additional football match, though I myself was more interested in a soccer match, which they also had on. The bar staff was wonderfully friendly and let me try a couple of beers before settling on my choice for the morning. For food, Guinness Beef Stew was go-to in Ireland, so trying it here, was also very good. The broth was a bit milder and meat was less tender than what I had recently experienced, though I imagine that's just the difference between domestic/imported Guineas and Irish/American beef. It was enjoyable overall and I would certainly have it again. Willie Mcbride's is probably one of the best Irish pubs in the area and I would certainly come back again, especially since comparing to Ireland itself isn't entirely fair.
