We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. He's reasonably priced (we can't afford anything but what we need), he's communicative and he looks out to anticipate problems not just react to the ones that have already happened - which is great. This place was cheaper than the 15 places I called in the city and could get me in and out a lot faster. The first time took about 30 minutes (just in time to check out the dollar store down the street) and the second time less than 2 hours because there were people ahead of me. I also then obviously bought a screen protector for a mere $20 which he so carefully applied for me. He cleaned it with a wipe, used special dusting tape and took his time applying it. My hubby who got his done at the Verizon store has bubbles. I would absolutely recommend this place and also recommend getting a good case. Duh. I had a fantastic one (a life proof case) until my daughter thought the lime green sealant rubber thingy was a necklace and stretched it out. Mark was quick to respond and very helpful. In clueless when it comes to the model number and all on my laptop so he helped me figure out where to find numbers so I can better identify the costs. I dropped the laptop off on a Friday and it was fixed by Tuesday. I live off of my laptop because I'm in graduate school and need it for my education, so the time it took to be repaired was alot quicker then I expected-- which I am very pleased about. Met Mark in his home in Parkwood and showed him what needed to be fixed. He went downstairs and checked on pricing for the part and shipping costs and originally quoted me $100 for the job- then said it would be an additional 25 because of shipping costs or whatever.. . which I didn't mind because it was still a way cheaper quote then I received from others. I ended up paying 125 versus 180-250 that others had quoted me and I'm very happy because although I need my laptop to be in the best shape. I honestly didn't wanna pay that much.
