I used to get my nails done here but had a couple of bad experiences and found another nail salon. I was given a gift card to Top Nails for my birthday and decided to use it for pedicures since I am very content with my nail guy. The first pedicure was with a young man who rushed through it and was more interested in the basketball game that was playing on the television set behind him. He kept turning around to watch the game hurting me because he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. Forget any kind of nice foot massage. I went back to my girl but because I still had a balance on the gift card I decided to give them another try. I got a girl this time who poked and pushed so hard on my cuticles it made me flinch from the pain. She used the electric nail file for the acrylic nails to file the bottom of my foot. It was very uncomfortable. She started stuffing the tissue between my toes before putting any lotion on my legs or any kind of massage. That is the highlight of a good pedicure, right the massage? I asked her "no lotion" she made some unintelligible sound and proceed to polish my nails. No massage. I complained to the owner this time. No apology or asking for details. Just took the money and sent me on my way. I will never, go to this salon again. Very unprofessional and lousy work. read more

I had my nails done for my wedding, just a plain old french tip manicure. The next day all of the polish started falling off! It was ridiculous! The man who was doing my nails was only with me for about 10 minutes and barely paid any attention to me. I would never visit nor recommend anyone to go there. read more

I had backfills done on my pink and white nails yesterday. First of all he used medium pink instead of light pink so all the fill marks are magnified. Lots of mistakes are present. The people who run this salon are pleasant and professional. They do a great job! I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My pedicure lasts up to 3 weeks! They also have many nice color matches to choose from. They get right to work and get the job done quickly! Who has time to spend hours in the nail salon? I love this place! read more

I was very hesitant to try a new nail salon. I am a creature of habit and tend to stick with one nail technician. However my old nail salon is a 30min drive or worse with traffic. This is close and conveniently located so I decided to give it a try. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. I got there around 6pm and they close at 7pm. They were warm, welcoming and got my daughter and I in right away. They did a great job on my 10yr olds gel overlay and I have never been so happy with my nails! I got a new tech named Skylar and I will continue to go back and see her. I got a new full set. She took her time and made sure they were exactly how I wanted them. They turned out just like the picture I presented. You can tell she really cares about her work! I also like how they had their products & pedicures setup. The salon is so clean! This used to be my nail salon of choice, but this last visit was awful. Regular mani and deluxe pedi. No reason to ever get the deluxe pedi.... was a waste of money for 1 minute extra massage and 2 hot towels. As for mani, would not shape and round my nails, also didn't clean under nails, cuticle removal was not precise. I had to come home to refile my nails, and the next day, had to trim the cuticle leftovers that popped up. To top it off, 4 nail artists, spoke in native tongue and kept laughing and looking at the patrons. Rude, right? Was the worst and prices increased. Regular mani and deluxe pedi was $48 before tip. My daughter went, had to have 3 gel nails removed, charged an extra $5 plus she asked for no polish for pedi. Last visit. read more

I got my eyebrows waxed here yesterday and this morning I woke up with my eyes swollen. The lady burned my eyebrows with the wax she used and I have two bright red burns above my eyelids that look like my third and fourth eyebrows. I'm so un happy and uncomfortable the burning won't stop now I'm worried about scarring. I will never come back to this place and most likely will never get my eye brows waxed again. Thank god I didn't leave a tip they should be held reliable for this I went to the minute clinic this morning I'm so embarrassed and angry. This is an excellent nail shop, very clean, nail technicians all very friendly. Also they use liners in their pedicure bins. I go to Katie I have had another nail technician take care of me also. Both are very good. I do enjoy having Katie do my nails, always a good job always on top of it! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants professional nails. They have a excellent choice of colors for gel nails. Which is very important to me as that is what I have done. They do an excellent foot and hand massage, very relaxing. I go to this salon every other week for a manicure and once a month for a pedicure. I've seen Jimmy a couple times recently but before that Marc was my guy. No matter who you get they rock. The owners are so family oriented and treat you that way. They are so great with kids and are always welcoming. Everything is clean and sanitized. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my mani pedis. I don't think any of them no how to do designs , which was disappointing. And, they use the cheese grater on your feet which is illegal. They have been banned from all salons. All around best nail salon I've found! I'm pretty picky about what is included in a "spa" pedicure, my cuticles being pushed back cleanly, and the shape and length of my nails. They're on point when it comes to ask my demands. This place is always clean, everyone is very friendly, and I've nvr had to wait long for service. Katie, Mark, Kenny they are all amazing. Tons of gel polish color choices, liners in the pedi tubbs, and comfortable environment. I really do enjoy my salon time like I feel I should at this salon.
