I'll start with the positive that I like the digital check-in process and the nail color options. There's plenty of parking and the location is safe and clean. The nail salon itself is pretty standard and looks clean. I've had my nails done here two times. So I waited to leave a review to see if the 2nd time would be better. The first time was summer 2025. I got stiletto nails, white chrome. When I was getting ready to pay, the gentleman who checked me out to pay, looked at my nails and said my nails were "too long." The nails were decent, but there were areas where the chrome looked bubbled, or the chrome didn't reach all the edges. That experience alone should've kept me from coming back, but I was getting my car detailed nearby today and I wanted to get my nails done before Mother's Day. I checked in, and the woman who checked in right after me was first to be seated and helped. I feel like they have preferences for certain people, if you know what I mean. The nail tech who serviced me today was so rough! I told her several times that she needed to be more gentle. She did not let up and I know I'm going to be feeling pain tomorrow. I even kept telling her that the drill was getting too hot. The worse part was when a blob of acrylic dried onto the bottom of my thumb! When I asked her to remove it she was too rough with me and my nail bed actually detached from my thumb. When I flinched, she told me I was "too sensitive." I told her " No, I'm not sensitive. You're just very rough." After I said that I could tell she started rushing to finish and tried to go as fast as she could, but in doing so she kept hurting me. She asked me to wash my hands, and my thumb was stinging due to the cut under my nail bed that she created from removing the dried acrylic. I told her my pinky nails were uneven. She didn't really listen to me and they still look really uneven. With all that being said, I will never go back to this place. They don't value their customers or listen to them. read more

Go somewhere else. Plain and simple. The pedicure was the most basic pedicure I have ever gotten. I was in the area and decided to go here instead of Luxor nails where I am used to going and I was very disappointed. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the lady who ended up doing my whole pedicure did a really good job. However, I would never return knowing this man works here. A young man started with my pedicure. He was staring at me the whole time he was filling the water and twice asked me how old I am, which I refused to answer both times. I was with my little sister and was really glad he wasn't doing her pedicure. I felt really uncomfortable but I wasn't going to complain. Then he cut my cuticle, said nothing, smeared the blood across my nail, and went back to digging where I was already bleeding. I said "I'm already bleeding you don't need to keep going" and he looked confused and when a lady came to look I asked her if someone else could do my pedicure. I don't think I'll be coming back. I asked for dip powder. The lady up front told the gentlemen doing my nails I wanted gel. When he pulled the gel polish I told him I wanted dip powder. So he took me back to the lady up front and told her I wanted powder. She does my nails with ACRYLIC on my nails. I saw all the powder containers on the counter so why wasn't I given what I asked for?! Everyone was really nice, the place was dirty. They say cash only but she let me pay with card. Pedicure: Wonderful Fill: Wonderful I usually go during the week before noon. I never think about making an appointment, just walk in and I'm taken right away. Both services occur simultaneously without rush or fuss. Last week my pedicure was one of the best since she massaged my calves ahhhhhhh, and feet ahhhhhh gently but firmly. I was in heaven. The orange/citrus peel used is warm and definitely softens your skin. Many colors to choose from for nails, always get gel on my toes & fingernails as well. I was in dire need of a pedicure. As a treat to myself for working on my dissertation, I decided that I'd worked long enough, and it was time for a pedicure. I was greeted by the employees, who were friendly and sat right away. They have a variety of colors to choose from. Got my eyebrows done first and it was great! And then had THE worst manicure I've ever received. An older woman gave me my manicure today and she picked at my skin 80% of the time and made me bleed three different times and proceeded to tell me that I have "small nails" and that's why my skin was bleeding. I left before she even applied lotion because I was over it. It took almost an hour because she messed up numerous times and wiped off the polish with her finger to reapply again and again and it didn't even turn out good in the end, my nails look scratched and it's clearly a sloppy job. Should've just walked out and not paid for the service but I couldnt do it. Would recommend you to not go to this place for your nails. Eyebrows yeah, but DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE, unless you like pain and a half ass job. read more

In my desperate search for an inexpensive but clean nail salon in Northeast Fresno, I found this little gem on Yelp. I went in one morning and had the best experience getting a mani/pedi from Kathy. She was great and very enjoyable to talk to. She did an excellent job! A few weeks later I went to get a polish change but was limited on time. The wonderful girl who did it was lightning fast but did a great job. I was surprised she had me in and out in 30 minutes, even though it was quite busy that day. 3.5 this salon is very YMMV. i have been here several times and the experience is far from consistent. what has been is that there never seems to be a wait which is a huge part of why i go. the location and massage are the other reasons. their massages are great and lengthy. i recommended this place to my mom and she stopped going bc the polish chipped so fast. i have noticed it chips much faster than other salons in which gel shouldn't chip to me. they don't put it under the light long enough or pay attention when the light clicks off even if you point it out tons of times. sometimes the service is rushed. i'll go back for convenience sake but if i found somewhere nearby better i would switch. read more

This review is based on the actual service, the staff, and overall experience. One star is fair because it was a clean salon. Except it grosses me out when nail techs re dip my finger in the same acrylic powder jar as everyone else. I know state board requires the powder in a sep dish per customer but no one follows that because they are too lazy and cheap. Wait time: I called and asked if there was a wait for the procedure I wanted and the person on the phone said if I got there now then no. So that's what I did. Although there was a wait. When I got there one nail tech ushered me to my chair and set me up with my color and filed my nails then he left. I waited 15 more minutes and the other nail tech finally sat down to start. Nail set: Next, the whole procedure was painful. I am used to beauty treatments not always feeling good-"beauty is pain" right. However, she filed my skin and trimmed my skin instead of my nails. Majority of my fingers/cuticles were bleeding and they were sore the next day. The nail tech kept laughing "whoops" and said it was because I prefer shorts nails over long nails with tips. The actual application was awful too. My set is not buffed correctly and she should have done another coat of color. I was quiet during the procedure because I was so annoyed and didn't want to be rude and hoped it would get better. The nail tech put the topcoat on and rang me up but before my nails could even dry she was forcing me to sign the credit card slip and said I could go. I told her that my nails weren't ready and I didn't want to mess them up but she didn't care. She just wanted to fill my chair with another person. I know business want turn over of customers for profit but that was ridiculous. I still tipped her 15% because tips now a days are not earned by people but expected. In conclusion: do not come here! read more

This place is ridiculous... they used to do my nails every 3 weeks for a year. They used to do a such a great job and their prices were amazing! Until the last month of going they started to do such a crappy job... they also raised their prices. Their paint jobs suck. Lucy is the only person who does a good job their & takes her time. DO NOT let the girl with the very bad hunch back do your nails. All she wants to do is hurry up and get you out even if it's not busy. She will make you bleed and leave your paint job horrible. Great at first, but disappointed with the customer service. The salon is clean and the technicians are nice. They provide a large variety of gel colors to choose from. However, even after going there several times, my father and I were both charged $10 extra for "special" services upon checking out. We were not informed that these "special" services (additional filing for a pedicure and a specific gel color) were extra until after the jobs were completed (nor were the additional costs advertised anywhere). When I brought this to the owner's attention all I received was a "sorry, it's still $10 extra". Due to this poor customer service we will not be returning. read more

I found this place in an errand on my way to work. I was glad it opened at 9am as I had an hour and a half to get back to work. It was just me and another woman getting pedicures. The salon was clean; well lit and had a decent radio station playing in the background. I got the deluxe pedicure for $35 plus a French tip for a total of $40. I was told three times that would be the amount. I agreed the first time; and by the third reminder I just gave her a thumbs up. The massage was awesome!! The attention to detail was excellent! My update is the stars went from 3 to 1 due to 3 notes & 1 message that I received from Nick A, I believe the owner. He told me to change my review because I am hurting American businesses. I replied saying my reviews are honest. He must have read some of my other reviews. He responded saying I spend to much time ranting, called me a liar & claimed I want to be a yelp fame. (UH...????) The notes are all on my profile under "compliments." I have also saved a picture of these as proof if he deletes them & calls me a liar again. To wrap up my "ranting" as he says, the owner gives this spot 0 STARS! This is sad because as you can read in my original review below, I actually liked his salon and recommended it. My only reason for the 3 stars was because the place was really out dated but the service was great. Original review 4/15/2012: I am the pickiest person when it comes to my nails. I'm from out of town and had no choice but to find a local salon. I checked yelp and found that all the salons were about the same (minimal reviews, people that wrote the reviews only wrote a few, etc.) I was forced to take a chance. Well, my daughter and I were very pleased. We were only going to do pedicures but stayed for manicures too. -Salon is clean & comfortable. -Staff was extremely friendly (all spoke English, even to each other.) -Gentle. -French pedicure & regular manicure $40. This nail place has been open with new owners for about a year and a half. I've been coming to them the entire time. I love the detication and detail they put into my nails. They really do care if you like the work that's being done. I always get the gel manicure which is $25. Sometimes I add design to it. As long as it's something simple then they don't mind with an extra charge of course. I highly recommend this nail salon to all my friends. Every time I get a compliment I always tell the person where to go to get awesome looking nails. As a treat I'll get a pedicure. It's so nice to have wax between my toes and on the bottom of my feet. Then to get a leg massage while my feet are soaking up the soft wax. Then a hot towel that always smells fresh out of the wash.
