I waited to give a review to see if things changed but after today, I had to review. The people…read morehere are nice but honestly if you don't get Anna, service is average at best. My mom loves Anna so I go to appease her. Not anymore. For example, moms service started 10-15 earlier than mine and we got done at the same time. AND to add insult to injury, mine costs $10 more so I was supposed to have a longer massage. This happens every time lately, in one way or another, no matter what package I pick. They don't time the massage so you get whatever they give you. Even if you get the more expensive package, where the massage is supposed to be longer, massage time is the same as the cheaper one. Im beyond frustrated with this place and won't be going back.

Polish all over my cuticles, uneven shape, just really sloppy and unprofessional. I did express these concerns to the nail technician who attempted to clean them up, but it wasn't enough. This photo was taken after the second attempt. Needless to say, I left that salon and immediately went elsewhere to have them removed and re-applied. Again, maybe they were just having an off day. I've been getting my nails done professionally for more than 15 years and don't expect perfection. But when you're paying for a salon service, the end product should look a whole lot better than that.

The girls got kid pedicures and gel nails and loved every second of it--especially getting to kick back in the massage chairs on full blast while I finished up. Meanwhile, I went all in with the organic CBD + Mint pedicure and WOW... absolutely heavenly. This was such a needed pamper day, and Bella delivered from start to finish. They also offer complimentary drinks and have TVs so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy being pampered. I come here about once a month and definitely recommend checking this place out!
