I have been here off and on and alWays loved the kind staff!! They always have taken care of me and made me feel great when visiting. I went in yesterday a bit later in the day than I usually like to do so, despite it being closer to closing they took care of me and made sure I left soooo happy!! I was able to enjoy the massage chair while they painted my toes and then I had a full set which turned out fantastic with the coffin tip!!

I LOVE this place!!! Everyone here is always friendly and they have always done an excellent job with my nails, no matter what I ask for. I usually get dip powder (with a tip, for added length) and often change my shape (usually oval, but sometimes I like a coffin shape - sometimes I want them long and sometimes I just want my own natural nails) and they always look amazing. They are never too thick or too wide (pet peeves of mine) and they always last!!! They never rush me when picking out colors and often offer to help me when I can't decide. A few times, my daughter and I have been in when it was slow and they all chatted and visited with us like family. It is so nice to feel welcome, not rushed or like you are in their way, which is how we have felt at other establishments. Their prices are great, too!! If you haven't been in, you need to give them a try!!!

Tony was my technician! he was personable and friendly! I also had my 16 month baby with me and they were more than accommodating! They did everything exactly I requested and I was able to show a picture and him bring it to life! I was comfortable the entire experience, everyone's energy is positive! read more

Fast to get me in for a pedicure. Told the man that I had ingrowns. Got one, but made me bleed twice from 2 toes when trying to get the others. Didn't apologize even after telling him that it hurt. Idk, I didn't really like the service. More like a get in&' get out instead of actual come in &' relax. read more

My daughter had her nails done almost 2 weeks ago. After about day 2 or 3, one of them started lifting. Now it has popped off. Not had this problem before. The last time I had my nails done here, she filed them way too much before reapplying acrylic. So once they grew out my natural nail broke in half and that's pretty painful. read more

Yesterday was the first and last time I will be going here. When I first arrived no was there, no wait or anything. I told them I just need a gel polish change. I picked out my color and sat down. It took my lady forever to find my shades, I had to show her. By this time a mother and daughter showed up. My nail tech is still in Layla land and now arguing with an older man about who is going to do what. I was told to move that someone else will do me and the daughter was told to sit in my seat. I was PISSED! Whatever, ten minutes later the old man finially comes to finish my nails. I got the feeling he had no idea what he was doing. I had to reshape my nails because they were massively uneven, I have nail polish all Over my cuticles and skin, it looks like a disaster! Major disappointment...only positive is... I love my summer color! read more

i've never worn nails in my life and finally decided to try them out. gotta say, i love them. technically speaking, they're very good. service wise as well. they don't make you feel rushed or unwelcome and don't force conversation, which i appreciate. definitely would have given 5 stars had she not nipped me a bit too close on the thumb, but since i'm in the beauty industry as well, i understand accidents happen. definitely would go back! read more
