Tried that number she gave for an hour and a half and it was busy the entire time. Texted her back to let her know and to see if she could schedule me tomorrow. No response. Won't give them a chance at this point. A few other reviews I read on google said the same thing . Guess they don't care to get new business.

She then told me once she took the curlers out "perms aren't good for your hair they damage it" AFTER my hair was done not before. Also my main complaint wasn't that my hair was damaged it's that my hair didn't even get a perm. If she was not able to do what I asked when I asked can you do this, your stylist should answer the question honestly.

That of course was NOT a dealbreaker for me. The end result was a pretty good cut- honestly the stylist who cut my hair didn't consult with me long enough so some things were lacking but I left on a high of freshly cut hair. The next day however I re-styled my hair and was saddened by my lack of cut bangs. Not a problem at HeadRush though! As I was told the day before- they offer FREE bang trims between services. What?! I'm sold. I went back in and saw Nick who did something new to my bangs which I'm still learning to love but I like his edge to my quick 5 minute free trim so I might ask for him next time. None of them were awful but I had to go back a 2nd time several times to get things fixed. But at least when that happened, the 2nd time was free of charge. So when I had finally worked my way to someone that I did like, she left! But I mustered forward anyway and made an appointment with someone new there to get my hair colored/ ombre highlighted. It was over $200 dollars and nobody could tell that anything was even done! Now I don't mind dropping some serious change on my hair but it has to be worth it and this was not! Everyone at my office was appalled at how much I paid for what was done. And then when I called to complain, the stylist said that it was what I told her to do. Uh-no. We obviously have different interpretations about what I was saying but to pay over $200 for a color that didn't look like a color all the while not telling me that she was starting to charge me extra for work is absurd and bad business. So a note to those considering going there. If after they color your hair and you aren't happy with it, ask them before they start to fix it if they are going to be charging you for what they are doing. Because as it turns out if they think that they didn't make a mistake, that they did what you asked and gave you the color you described (even if they didn't!), then you will pay for everything that they do the 2nd or 3rd time around to make you happy. Also get traditional foils instead of "balayage". That will cost you $25 extra. Another little tid bit they won't tell you until the bill comes. Expensive lesson learned. I will never recommend this place or the stylist, ever. Such a shame.
