I've been going here for several years and I'm not aware of anyone who could "barely speak English ". So now onto more positive things. Brittany has done an awesome job with my hair. I had a really awful cut 5 years ago and she helped it grow out to be very flattering. In addition, I decided to quit coloring and blend in my natural white/grey tone. Krisi worked with my daughter's budget to create a gorgeous long layered cut with beautiful blonde contrast to her dark hair. I'm definitely switching over to Krisi from the colorist I've been using for almost 10 years- he raised his prices way too much.
