Then, i asked beforehand like i usually do how much the set would be ( it was just medium length, with a brown French tip, and white polka dots) SUPER simple. and the guy said it would be $85!! i was shocked, but i still got them done anyway because i was already there. When we were done they looked amazing, and i went over to the register and he verbally confirmed that the price was $85, but then when he printed the receipt, the price said $95 after i had already paid. I left no tip. The vibe of the place was very interesting, the smell was like food mixed with nail products. i honestly might go back, but im not sure. but overall, if your okay with your tip being automatically added, and almost being charged $10 extra for three beads the size of a rice grain, then you shoud be fine!! (DISCLAMER: no judgement yall!! the guy did an amazing job, and i might go back!)

When I…read morearrived, I was seated at a table and waited about 10-15 minutes before someone came over and gave me the color options. I asked about the pricing because during my previous visit I was charged extra for the length and shape of my nails, even though my set was short. He asked me to wait while he checked, came back, gave me a brief explanation, and I told him that was fine. I then chose my color and waited for someone to come and actually do my nails. No one ever came. Eventually, I got up, took the paper they use to prepare the nail service, and left. What was most disappointing was that no one even asked why I was leaving or offered any explanation. I understand that salons can get busy, but if there was going to be a wait, I would have appreciated being told upfront. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing, especially since I had called ahead to make sure there was no wait. The girls at the front desk were also not very welcoming or friendly
