Was a walk in and was seated and attended to right away. I'd never been before and didn't have a tech preference. Two male techs worked on me at the same time (a younger tech did my pedicure and an older tech sat next to me in the chair and did my hands at the same time.) I guess I could have explained my preference that they be done separately (I don't enjoy having to focus on my reach and holding still across my body. Also, feels like you miss out on the relaxing hand/forearm massage when the tech is working on you while you're in the pedicure chair.) The pedicure tech and I struggled a bit to communicate, but he did a great job. In fact, as I write this review, the color is still vibrant (although my toenails have grown out and are badly in need of a refresh!) The manicure (powder dip) was done haphazardly. It was very thick (thicker in some spots than others) and it was raised up from the sides of my nail beds. Did not look natural at all. I was headed out of town for a work trip, but soaked it all off when I returned four days later. Couldn't stand the appearance. I'm not likely to return without a specific tech recommendation and would request one service at a time.

I walked in right before closing time and they were 100% customer service oriented and immediately came up with a plan to fix my nails. Shawn was incredibly gracious and helpful. Cynthia explained how she could correct the problem and did a fantastic job helping me choose a good color. She has an expert eye and offered helpful information. Her work is masterful. 20 mins and a glass of wine later....I was back in business. High class service, beautiful salon, endearing employees.....Majestic you have now earned my business forever! I let them know what I wanted done to my hands & feet, and they gave me a price. The lady who did my nails was friendly, and offered me drinks. When I was done getting my nails & feet done and went to the front to pay, they charged me $15 more than what they originally quoted me for the exact same service on my hands . I guess they wanted to compensate themselves for the drinks, but tried to say it was because of the shape & type of nails I got? (I asked for short, square acrylic nails because I'm a new mom) It was odd, but I didn't argue it. While the nail bar and service are welcoming and amiable, they might want to spend more time perfecting their craft. Less than a week later, just days after Mother's Day and I was already missing 3 nails because my nails began lifting & broke off. Disappointing as ever.

However, once I arrived I had no issues with receiving service and was treated quite well. I did ask to see what the prices were since it was my first time here. I do wish they had it posted or available in the front. They have acrylic, gel, dip, and regular polish available. I opted for gelish on my real nails. My friend who is a regular here gets acrylic gel nails. The did get the pedicure+gel $47 and a manicure + gel $35. I also had my eyebrows done $10. They do accept cash, card, and zelle. If you have patience and time to relax this is the place to be. My appointment started at 10am, I came in at 950am and my total time till finish was 11:55am-12pm. It was worth it though!
