TRASHHHHH DO NOT GO I REPEAT DO NOT GO…read more they DONT listen to what you want - they will do them how you tell them not to anyways. Like hello - this isn't 2002. Learn new methods or you will be out of business soon in this rapidly changing business. STORY TIME: this "lady" takes my nails off twice huffing and puffing. I wanted square shape, narrow. She makes them almond shape TWICE, and mocked me when I told her I don't want them pointed at the end ?? like "oh they're too skinny wah wah" lol WHAT?? then, she makes the ugliest ombré I've ever seen in my life using acrylic powder. I tell her after one nail that I want her to make the rest ... better. telling her how to do it. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job especially if you've been doing this for years. When I ask her to bring the white higher up my nail, she just looks at me like she is dumb & says she will have to take off the whole nail. I was like... ok? Do what you have to do cus this looks BAD. She starts again, makes the first nail look better then continues to do the rest of the nails half-assed, the same way I asked her not to do. She doesn't even look at the nail while she's doing it, just following routine. Hey honey? sorry you're tired? Take a break then? But you need to pay better attention to what customers ask of you. After looking at my hand (see pic) I saw they looked like sh*t & in defeat was just like just let me do a regular plain color. She looks at me and says I don't think I can do your nails - and cuts them ALL off, even the nails on the other hand and just dumps them in a bowl with acetone. Then goes to work on someone else. WHATTTT SO GARBAGE. DONT GO HERE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I only want my nails trimmed and no polish. I don't want to end up with a bloody cuticle. Plus it hurt when she chopped too close. My pedi gal was exceptional. Too bad I got a mgr ( I am assuming) since she told my gal to take another client in the middle of my pedi, she took over the mani. I did get a nice massage on the left side of my arm. As an after thought she stood over me and very quickly massaged my right shoulder. No paper flip flops available for those of us who stop in on a whim. I was wearing sneakers. My bad!!

Then, i asked beforehand like i usually do how much the set would be ( it was just medium length, with a brown French tip, and white polka dots) SUPER simple. and the guy said it would be $85!! i was shocked, but i still got them done anyway because i was already there. When we were done they looked amazing, and i went over to the register and he verbally confirmed that the price was $85, but then when he printed the receipt, the price said $95 after i had already paid. I left no tip. The vibe of the place was very interesting, the smell was like food mixed with nail products. i honestly might go back, but im not sure. but overall, if your okay with your tip being automatically added, and almost being charged $10 extra for three beads the size of a rice grain, then you shoud be fine!! (DISCLAMER: no judgement yall!! the guy did an amazing job, and i might go back!)

My mom loves Anna so I go to appease her. Not anymore. For example, moms service started 10-15 earlier than mine and we got done at the same time. AND to add insult to injury, mine costs $10 more so I was supposed to have a longer massage. This happens every time lately, in one way or another, no matter what package I pick. They don't time the massage so you get whatever they give you. Even if you get the more expensive package, where the massage is supposed to be longer, massage time is the same as the cheaper one. Im beyond frustrated with this place and won't be going back.
