Before I even got into the chair, he looked down at my feet and started analyzing my toes. To be fair, I don't have large nail beds, but I do have nails. He visibly seemed annoyed and rushed me over to the chair. Once I sat down, he started manhandling my feet. While filing, he kept scraping my skin with the nail file. After adding the fake nail, he clipped them while rushing and several times nearly cut my skin because of how fast he was going. In the middle of applying the acrylic, he stopped my service to help other customers who walked in. I understand helping other clients, but I had to wait about 15 minutes for him to come back and finish my toes. When he returned, he didn't fully file off the excess acrylic. There is still a noticeable blob of acrylic on the underside of my pinky toe. The entire time he seemed visibly annoyed to even be doing my feet. Keep in mind I paid $55 for this service. At the end, he washed my feet with extremely hot water and then had me sit at the drying lamp. I was there for about 15 minutes and no one told me when the drying time was up, so I eventually just left. Shortly after, the nail polish chipped. When I went back to get it fixed, he once again seemed annoyed to help me. Overall, the nails look cute, but the service and professionalism were disappointing.
