After calling to schedule all was fine. I arrived on time and completed the forms needed in the car prior to the appointment. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. I got a full brazilian and underarm wax. I selected Carrie cause her name came up the most in reviews lol. She was great, she was very cordial and talked me through the process while still moving quickly and keeping me comfortable. She was so calming and we went over my past experiences. She truly is an expert at what she does. She took her time and made sure everything was removed. The wax they use at this studio is beyond spectacular. Of course you'll feel some disco from with a Brazilian but I can truly say the type of wax and the technique made it 100% less painful. I felt like I was at a spa more than getting a wax!

It was quick and she did a really good job. My mom also ended up getting her eyebrows threaded as well. The eyebrow threading was $10 for each of us. I got the hot stone massage and it was just what I needed. I chose to add the lavender scent to my massage and it enhanced the massage and my relaxation even more. My other two coworkers got facials, one was the Purity Facial and the person got the hydrofacial. Both of them raved about how amazing their services were and how great and knowledgeable the estheticians were. After the services we were able to shop around their amazing gift shop perfect for the holidays as they have so many things for everyone. The owner changed the name to Jane's Nail Art when she bought the place last August. The salon looks different inside a well. More inviting and nice. I was able to get a pedicure without an appointment which was great. My manicurist, Jennifer, did a good job. My toenails and feet feel great. I think prices went up since I last visited this place. My pedicure costed $30 which was fine since she did a good job. Their manicure costs $15 which I think is a bit much. I'll have to think on that one. The place was clean. The staff were friendly.
