Three of my nails have air bubbles (evidenced by the photo). The woman ended up cutting my cuticle, and it bled slightly while she was doing my manicure. And after two days, one of my nails had the polish come completely came off. Not chipped, just peeled right off. I didn't even notice when/how it happened, just looked down to a bare nail. Considering they upchaged me $7 for "extra hardening" base coat, on top of the gel nail cost, I'm pretty disappointed. Won't be going back.

For my first time at this salon I was expecting to pay between $65-85 for gel with extensions, one color (shimmery), but ended up paying $100 before tip. The staff member ringing me up must've seen the shock on my face because she immediately offered me a small bottle of lotion and said it was for the holidays (12/27/28) Sure. Though the place seems clean, the color selection was not great. I felt like I couldn't find exactly what I wanted (pink shimmer, not really uncommon). Then sitting down to get the nails done was alright, except I was facing a TV with the news on. Not really relaxing to hear about the most recent crimes and events going on. Several times the staff made a point to mention that I should come in every 2-3 weeks to get them filled, doing everything but suggesting to make another appointment. As a first time customer here, I didn't appreciate this. If I came back here that frequently I'd be spending around $200 a month, maybe that's fine for the high class ladies in Morris county, but not everyone is rolling in dough. I'll gladly be looking for an independent nail tech that charges appropriately. They did a good job, but only go if you're willing to spend a lot.

When I went to pay she said tip had to be cash and as the owner watched me take money out of the atm she didn't feel the need to tell me to just pull the whole amount out because they also charge a $2.50 service fee to use your credit cards. The ladies there were friendly and provided great service with my favorite, hot wax on the heels included during the pedicure. The place was also very clean. They offered a book of nail polish colors to choose from, even for regular polish which it made it easy to view while starting the pedicure. To my surprise, I am writing this review 3 weeks after my pedicure there and it still looks great with only 2 minor chipped nails. Definitely will be going back for how long their pedicure lasts!

I have gone…read morehere several times and have had so many problems from polish chip the very next day, to them not fully removing color gel off of my nail and attempting to paint over it, to getting a polish change for $8 and then adding $2 just to file my nails with the polish change, to my husband having dirty nails after a manicure! They definitely know that there aren't many too many nail salons in the area so they upcharge and could care less about doing quality work. When I'd finally spoken up about the quality of work on my nails they spoke to one another in their language during our conversation and I can tell by the tone it wasn't pleasant. In this economy, this is not the place to spend your disposable income or time!
