The owner changed the name to Jane's Nail Art when she bought the place last August. The salon looks different inside a well. More inviting and nice. I was able to get a pedicure without an appointment which was great. My manicurist, Jennifer, did a good job. My toenails and feet feel great. I think prices went up since I last visited this place. My pedicure costed $30 which was fine since she did a good job. Their manicure costs $15 which I think is a bit much. I'll have to think on that one. The place was clean. The staff were friendly.

The staff were friendly and patient with me while I chose my colors. I got a regular pedicure which was $30 and a curved line on my big toes. They said starting cost of the design was $5, but I don't think they should have charged me so much for the line on my big toes. When I asked the nail technician to redo one of them, she wasn't too happy about it but did it anyways. I get my nails done twice a year so I want them to look nice. I also got the dip powder manicure and that was $50. The total before tip was $85. I was planning to use this $5 off coupon when I checked into Yelp but they said they have nothing to do with Yelp and they will not honor it. That was a let down. They should talk to Yelp and take that down so it's not misleading. I gave her a nice tip because she was patient with me. Overall, she did a pretty good job. Would I visit them again? I'm not sure. They were a little pricey. I may check other nail salons in the area before going back.

The guy did not know how to remove a gel manicure - he filed away layer after layer of my nails and put a crappy nail product on my hands. After less than a week the gel product (if it really was that) started to peel away from my nails and underneath was a papery substance that used to be my nails. It will take a long time to get my nails back to the quality and length that they were. So again I warn you----- BEWARE - DANGEROUS WHILE POLISHING

I hate giving bad reviews but this place needs a health inspection from the state. It was so…read moreunhygienic. I should've just walked out when I got there but I didn't. The technician had me put my hands in a dirty bowl with cold water and soap. The bowl was disgusting. They also don't sanitize their tools. She used a nail clipper, cuticle clipper and nail file that had been laying around. She didn't even sanitize it before she used it on me. The nail file was clearly out of grip and instead of getting a new one she proceeded to tell me I had weak nails. When she was removing the gel polish she was using a grit tip that was for fake nails. I kept telling her it hurt and that these are my real nails. She proceed to say that there was too much gel nail polish and that's why. I've been getting my nails done for years. I've also been going to another nail studio and NEVER had these problems. I've worked so hard to keep my nails strong and after this visit they are so damaged. The young girls behind the desk are so rude. They think you can't understand them in Spanish but I could. Oh the website it says that gel manicure as $25 but I was charged $30. I was so over it at this point that I couldn't wait to leave. This is a reminder to NEVER cheat on the place you're going too just for something a little cheaper. I'll gladly pay the extra price for cleanliness and a NON painful experience.
