All right well here's the update. I was able to go back and like I mentioned the first one making the appointment is the best thing you could do. The service was fast walked in walked to the desk greeted nicely and they set me up. They make sure I had all my gear and everything that I needed. I was able to purchase training ammo And they let me know. Go ahead and proceed through some doors that lead you to the range. They have an actual person on the range that helps you out, and I believe it was an instructor cause he was helping people load and answering any questions. The machine for the target was like none I've seen. It was pretty cool. Only thing that I would say is I think it's a little low could be higher or maybe I just didn't set up the target right either or you would have to figure that one out for yourself that was just a personal thing. Overall, this place is pretty dope, I like it I would go back. I recommend people go try it out and value wise It's up there with the rest of the ranges to be honest so that's that. I recommend a reservation if using the gun range so that you don't have to wait. Reservations are easy and they have a lot of availability. Placed an order for a gun pick up location here. Staff is friendly and let you know the process to get things done correctly. You gill out a quick form that they go over with you and male sure you've signed everywhere need be. Once that's completed you give them your permit (if you have one) and just wait for your background check to come in. While I waited I checked out the guns and ammo they had in store along with some extras. They also have a range there for shooting and a lounge area with comfy couches. There's a vending machine just in case you get thirsty too. It's a pretty chill spot and staff is knows what their talking about. Visited Top Gun on a triple date with a Groupon that provided an hour of time and 5 hours. Before going, it turned out a friend of my partners knew the owner and was aware of the times they get busy. As a result we were warned not to go between 1pm-3pm on a Saturday as it gets super busy at that time. As a result, we got there around 12/12:30 and signed liability forms as our groups arrived. After waiting maybe 10 minutes after our full group arrived, it was very clear that coming earlier was a great idea. More folks starting showing up after for archery. We did our Groupon thing and bought the targets for $1 each, and then were shown the ropes on how everything works. It's all pretty straightforward and it would be explained if you decide to go so I won't get into it. The archery section has 10 lines in total, meaning wait times can get long if bigger groups kept showing up and doing at least an hour. So really recommend going earlier than the time you want to start. It looks like kids are allowed to do archery as long as an adult is accompanying them. Regardless, the whole time you're there, you're being supervised by someone who lets you know when it's ok to cross the line or not. She was pretty good at keeping an eye on the ones who seem to be struggling the most and did spent most of the time closer to the section where the child was. Archery itself was fun. You might get unlucky and get an arrow or two that might not "click" to the now as well as others, but once you get the hang of it - you don't need the click to be able to shoot off an arrow to hit the target. The bows seem ok, but it's my first time doing archery so I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a good bow or a bad one. They do seem to have big ones and then smaller ones, and give you bows based on your physical build (I got the small one). Either way, if you're an avid fan, it does look like they let you bring your own bows as someone showed up and made the rest of us look like peasants with his nice bow and amazing aim. Not sure about arrows though. Overall, it was a fun experience and I plan to go again to try to get a bullseye (I failed miserably). read more

could easily be a 5 stars if it weren't for some of the employees it's such a hit or miss with them sometimes you'll get the coolest cashiers/instructors (the guy with the glock 19x on his hip, or jorge the firearm/archery instructor) those 2 made the whole experience cool. they made me want to drop the 600$ yearly membership in a heartbeat but other times you'll get those employees who hate customers, hate people, judge everyone. & they look at you like you're a idiot. they made me want to run from shop and never come again. Went there on a Sunday for an archery Groupon for two, stayed about an hour and a half. I made sure to call to know at what times they were busy. Note: if you find their Groupon, it only covers the bow and arrows, as well as the lane - targets and other things you have to purchase afterwards, although it's extremely inexpensive. The place is new and very clean. They are currently only offering archery as they have not yet had their code approved for the gun range, so another visit is merited in the near future. We opted to use gun targets instead of bulls-eyes for our experience as we wanted something a little different. You can also rent a zombie target for $5.00 (you rent it and you can shoot at it all the time you want - no limit) and change it up a little bit. There are 10 different lanes and someone supervising to give the all clear by letting you know if the "line is hot" or "line is cold". They give you brief lessons in archery and how to use their bows. It's very straightforward and very well executed. What they didn't tell us at the beginning was that we could move our target further back when the line is cold - we found out about it a little later but it would have been fun to do this for longer. Tip - buy a finger guard at the front. It will save you some of the pains that you can get from retracting the bow. All in all, great experience and I would do it again. read more

My husband and I have been wanting to try archery for a while, and a friend invited us to this place. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and there was a good selection of bows and guns. We liked it so much we decided to also try the shooting range. None of us knew how to shoot, so we asked for an instructor, and his class was the best part of the experience. I'm sorry I didn't get his name (middle-aged, short gentleman with glasses and a gun to his waist, super gentle, patient and knowledgeable). Although probably could have shared a gun since we had to take turns shooting. Found out about this place because we had a poor experience with Stonehart. One of our friends recommended this place to us. When we arrived we we greeted and welcomed into the store. There were quite a few people in the store but there was no wait. We were more than surprised how nice this place is. The gun range had many lanes, maybe 18 or even more. The range was large, clean, well ventilated and bright. They had an archery range too, maybe one day we can get the opportunity to use it as well. The staff was very friendly, the range officers were also polite and professional. The prices were very competitive too! (cheaper than the other place). It was my first time at this location. Saw them on Instagram a while back and surprised my uncle/family for a birthday. It was a weeknight, but I called ahead to make sure we could be accommodated. A polite and informative associate named Jackie answered my call and all my questions and made a note to hold our spot. I purchased a groupon which was good for an hour, including standard supplies (targets purchased separately, but are really inexpensive). We were six people (all of whom went the archery route). Our instructor's name escapes me, but he was very patient and thorough in his general explanation of technique and safety. We did a run through person by person and then we continued on our own with occasional commentary and suggestions. Location was clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Don't bother, they have poor communication skills and can't give an adequate time frame on when you'll go in. We were told it'd be a 30 - 60 minute wait. What they failed to say is that the group in the lanes still had 45 minutes, then a large group had to go in and they had at least an hour to be in the lanes, unless they wanted more time, which they can always stay longer if they want. So at a minimum, it was 1:45 minute wait. So when you get there, the wait might be 30 minutes, maybe 3 hours... depends on how long people who are currently in take. They're only supposed to be there an hour, but they can take as long as they want, maybe. What a mess. Complete waste of time, very little information provided and no one can give you any adequate information. Nothing on the walls to explain anything. It really shouldn't be that hard, restaurants and other entities have been doing this forever. They also don't take reservations, so it just has to be a surprise when you show up. Maybe a fun weekend day, maybe a waste of time. You won't know till you show up. So save your time and so somewhere else. read more

Had a reservation for 3:30 pm (which company website said it was required), arrived at 3:37 pm (because my GPS sent me to another location) and when I arrived I was told they gave my spot to a walk-in that had been waiting because I was late.
