Again, FMZ took the challenge and reproduced a needle holder for my 1841 Prussian Dreyse Rifle (needle gun). He used my original piece and made a duplicate that works great. Facundo, who I believe is the owner, is great to work with. I've had a number of firearms worked on by him. If I could drop 1/2 a star for timeline, I would, but they get the full star benefit because he is very responsive and honest on timelines. If you're not in a hurry, he's the guy. In response to your response. I simply called to get your pricing on guns. Yes I've worked at a gun store that closed about 6 months ago. Pricing changes and what gun stores offer for used guns to resale varies. That day i simply asked for your prices which were very unreasonable but i paid no mind to it. What bothered me was your incredible lack of respect and your distasteful attitude towards me. You need to reevaluate your self when speaking towards any customer in the future. Not to mention that while working at the gun shop i referred a client to you that had left well over 12,000 dollars on consignment at my store and you ended up profiting heavily on. I've always looked upon your store as a beautiful business for our industry. Just because i went to you for prices and your annoyed by it doesn't me you have to disrespect me. Again all i was asking were your prices as i did to several other shops that day. Which all know i worked at a gun store and all still treated me amazingly. NOW I CAN ALSO SAY you are a gun store owner that is a liar and a gas lighter. I never got upset at your gunbroker prices (which were totally wrong btw) and i also called for a friend who needed help selling his firearms and with confidence went to you. As an avid gun collector I'm used to the standard way I get treated when I enter a gun store, with neglect and indifference at best and blatant hostility normally. FMZ Guns and its owner Facundo either have not been broken down by the pressure of their business yet or haven't heard of the norm. I was treated warmly with enthusiasm and respect.
