Worst prices ever, The service was horrible because I walk in with my son that was helping me translate and the man that works here was A complete dick about it, and he denied our order. Terrible customer service, I rather give my money elsewhere. I called to get a price for an item and they told me they don't give pricing over the phone. I politely explained that I was willing to drive a few hour just as long as I knew they had the item available at a fair price, since I've been looking for this item for some time. They proceeded to ask me for the prices I've gotten from other stores. Who does that?! I have no idea where they were going with that, but that is horrible business practices. I can tell you this, my sale was worth a few thousand dollars and I am happy I am giving that business to the competitors. read more

So I drove from Miami Beach to the store in order to pick up several items that I had called about previously. When I tried entering the door was locked and I had to call several times for someone to open the door for me. Although there was only one client in the shop I was ignored for 12 minutes and one asked how long it would be I was told around another 10 minutes. I did not get the parts I needed and spent 25 minutes in waiting. I do not recommend anyone coming here if you want to buy things fast and easily there are many more professional shops that treat costumers better. I came during my lunch break to check out their inventory. Upon arrival I was greeted with attitude after waiting outside the door for a couple minutes. I wanted to take a picture of a pistol for my wife to see and apparently I couldn't. Regardless, after that conversation I was told to leave because I couldn't follow rules even though I never even opened the camera app. Overall -Overpriced -Horrendos customer service -Good amount of stock I don't know how a small business with such attitude to new customers Can survive In times like these, but I wish them the best of luck. read more

Expect a attitude. Expect to pay 300 dollar markup on all firearms. Prices are nonnegotiable .. and if your looking to order It new they will refuse to order new firearms . "They do not do ffl transfers here" alot of better choices in gun shops in the area. Take your money else where. read more

All I can say about this place is avoid. I try to buy a pistol from these people via an online service. I should have followed my internal alarm when they can't even anwsered if the gun had corrected matching numbers. But since I was looking for that pistol for a while, I go with it anyway... Then the nightmare stated. I repeatedly try to confirm that they can send the pistol ship to my FFL dealer. However, these people did not even have the proper paperwork to legally sell pistol to my state! They even offered to ship the item directly to my home when I told them that I want to back out because they are not following the federal law! (and I think they knows it!) At the end, I got most of my money back, but they have the galls to charge me 10% of the purchase price. - so I am out of almost a $100 - now here's the kicker, on their sell page nor on their paperwork, they don't even mentioned that re-stocking fee... so in another word, they actually did another thing illegal. All in all, I would strongly recommend not to deal with this store because of their very shady business practice. They are not listed (or not qualified) on BBB , BTW. read more

I went to SAAR for the firearm safety training and it was nothing short than professional and educative. The instructor was very realistic, well organized and knowledgeable. I did extensive research prior to the training, therefore I had lots of questions about firearms in Florida. The instructor answered all my questions and concerns. STAY AWAY!!!! I made a purchase about a year ago, it had a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer and these people claim to be an authorized retailer for springfield armory. after three months of chasing them and leaving my phone number for them to fix the defective over-paid purchase.... I was ignored. many months later I was able to get it fixed at a real gun shop. not these people, SAAR mfg Corp sucks! they are over-priced, If you're not well versed in prices and knowledgeable about what you are buying the will get you.
