However, when I asked whether another time slot was available, an employee with a beard and glasses told me that, because of my attitude, he would not offer me one. I found that response unprofessional. Afterward, I spent about 10 minutes looking at the firearms for sale, but no one approached me or offered to help. I was interested in guying one of them, but I eventually left because I could not get assistance. I came in intending to use the range and potentially make a purchase. The way I was treated left me disappointed with the customer service. There are plenty of shooting ranges in Miami where customers are treated with respect. After this experience, I have no desire to return to this one.

On top of that, he's always offering discounts no matter what you're buying. If you're new to guns or worried about the cost of repairs, he'll inspect your firearm for dirt cheap, give you an upfront price to fix it, and even work with you to make sure it gets done right.
