Ordered a header for my BMW S1000XR on 06.23.2026, waited for two months for back order, even when purchased stated that was in stock. Then they allegedly sent the box that was delivered, but not to my address. Waited for another month for a new shipment and when received, it was far from expected. Returned the box and after they received in 09.16.2026, they told me it should be refunded in within 7-10 business days. Back and forth with multiple emails and calls, I still don't have the refund 10.12.2026. Outstanding Service That Truly Made a Difference AutoZone -…read more1812 NW 36th St, Miami, FL 33142 I cannot say enough great things about this AutoZone location and its incredible team. I'm a teacher at Miami Jackson Senior High School, and while driving to work from Miami Beach, my battery malfunction light came on and my dashboard lights began flashing on and off. Since my battery was fairly new, I was confused and concerned. Several colleagues recommended I go to the AutoZone across the street because of their reputation for being helpful. I called the store and spoke with Nilka, who was extremely kind and encouraged me to stop by. Once I arrived, the store manager, Jose, immediately stepped in and quickly diagnosed the issue with my Mini Cooper using AutoZone's Fix Finder. Although I initially thought I just needed to recharge the battery and drive home, Jose identified that the real problem was a failing alternator that had drained my battery down to 45%. He explained everything clearly and honestly, and his expertise likely prevented me from being stranded on the interstate. Jose went above and beyond by sourcing a new alternator directly--saving me thousands of dollars by eliminating the need for a middleman. His efficiency, knowledge, and customer-focused approach were truly exceptional. Thanks to Jose, Nilka, and the rest of the team, my car is now running like new. Their prompt attention, patience, professionalism, and kindness turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. This is what excellent customer service looks like. I am eternally grateful and highly recommend this AutoZone to anyone in need of trustworthy, expert help.

AutoZone Store #2485 - Terrible Experience…read more I asked for diesel engine oil for my 2024 GMC Sierra Turbo Diesel. They sold me gasoline oil by mistake. I trusted their advice and used it then had to pay again to replace it after my mechanic caught the error. When I went back, the manager refused to refund me, even though it was their fault. Worse, I saw the manager intimidate the employee who helped me, pressuring him to deny I ever asked for diesel. I've contacted corporate and am now disputing the charge and preparing legal action. Be very careful with this store they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

This company perhaps is one the cheapest on prices when it comes to your vehicle's cooling system and air conditioning accessories in town, and comparing it to the competitive online price such as sites like Ebay and so. From radiators and a/c condensers or radiator supports or even welding a/c hoses, these guys are great and at very affordable prices. I am going to say they need a bit of better presence. Their place is located in a inner street, and signs are not visible. Place might look unorganized. There is not an official parking lot or space. So when purchasing at this place, all you you have to do is to double check your product before leaving and make sure you get the right replacement part. 3.5 rating.

I arrived mid afternoon and after a brief wait was greeted by Carlos. I was unaware that I had only ordered one windshield wiper and for the passenger side. Carlos was patient and while he installed the first wiper, let me know that he would wait for the new order to go through for the second so he could grab it from in store and bring it to install. Unfortunately, he did let me know that the person I spoke with previously was unaware that they weren't able to add the oil to my vehicle, so Carlos was kind enough to help me with the hood and assist me on where to put it and how to do it myself.
