The person I…read morespoke with was very helpful and informed me that I could call upon arrival for curbside pick up and somebody would assist with installation of the wipers and filling of the oil. I arrived mid afternoon and after a brief wait was greeted by Carlos. I was unaware that I had only ordered one windshield wiper and for the passenger side. Carlos was patient and while he installed the first wiper, let me know that he would wait for the new order to go through for the second so he could grab it from in store and bring it to install. Unfortunately, he did let me know that the person I spoke with previously was unaware that they weren't able to add the oil to my vehicle, so Carlos was kind enough to help me with the hood and assist me on where to put it and how to do it myself. I also called them on Nov 25th, and they acknowledged my order, said he would check on it, and put me on hold. Finally, he came back on the line, and said the product had been discontinued. The guy was polite on the phone, but I had to request the refund. If the product was discontinued, why did they sell it to me, and why did they leave the order outstanding? The place looks good, but in my opinion, it is not, save a headache.
