I read the reviews on Yelp, but because there weren't a lot, I thought I'd give this store a chance. The service was terrific. The woman who helped me was patient with me and took the time to show me multiple handguns. I was leaning toward a new Glock 44 for my daughter to learn to use a semiautomatic. There was a good selection of .22lr semi's and ended up with the G44. The price was very competitive versus local big guys like Bass Pro (same price) and cheaper than what I saw online. All the staff were helpful, they had a great selection of guns and plenty of ammo, also at comparatively good prices. The whole team was very friendly too. I'll be going back since I'm down at the nearby Homestead race track nearly every weekend. read more

Dealt with a lot of gun shops over the years and this place is favorite. They have a good inventory of new and used firearms. The prices are good, the trade in values are good but mostly the atmosphere is nice and Wayne and Mary are great to work with and are very knowledgeable. Shop here with confidence. read more

I've done business with Arsenal Arms for more than 10 years. That in itself is testimony to the quality of service offered, especially in this town. Whether it be a purchase, repair, add on work or question I have never been "blown off", treated less than a valued customer or ignored nor have I witnessed this being directed towards a customer. In the time I have done business with Arsenal arms I have seen "customers" come in that have been angry for some reason and Wayne (with the patience of Jobe) has worked with them, explaining, showing, teaching the person what caused the issue and offering to rectify the issue. I have witnessed "customers" for whatever reason have been angry when they arrive and regardless of what is done to assist/help them are going to be dissatisfied, that's a fact of life. Mary & Logan work as a team answering inventory questions, processing paperwork, closing sales and generally ensuring the "Customer Experience" is a good one. If you are interested in buying a firearm, accessories, having a firearm repaired or accessorized, I strongly suggest you at least give Arsenal Arms a call or better yet, come in before you make your final decision/purchase. read more

I have purchased several guns from Arsenal and have had some worked on by Wayne as well. I have always been treated fairly and respectfully. Some of the negative reviews obviously do not understand that the gun business has been severely impacted by Covid and riots and that supplies are really poor for all gun dealers. While many dealers are price gouging I have found that Wayne's prices have been very fair given the demand and availability. I will continue to buy from and recommend Arsenal. read more

I have been doing business with Arsenal Arms for over 15 years. The staff have always been very knowledgeable of the different firearms makes & models and carry a good range of accessories. They are very professional, curious and treat you like a friend. Now with the COVID-19 situation they are very vigilante with maintaining customer social distance, proper amount persons in the store and checking everyones temperature. Facebook chat experience wasn't great. They directed me to call the store when I asked questions. Phone line was busy everyday. When I visited the store I was told to order online and that the process was very simple. When I finally reached someone at the store over the phone, the lady was incredibly rude and short with me. She had very little patience and should probably find another line of work. Customer service is poor. Communication is poor. Total Experience was POOR. I have been dealing with Arsenal Arms for over 30 years. Wayne and Mary both are considered good friends. They have done their best to insure that everyone is treated with respect and their concerns are addressed. Covid-19 along with political issues has created some tremendous shortages of products but Arsenal Arms has done a tremendous job of obtaining stock to better serve the community. Even though I don't care for their present location, they are still my dealer of choice and will continue to use them for my purchases and transfers, I hope to see them around another 30 years. read more

I was introduced to this place years ago by a couple friends and I continue to go there to this day. Everyone here is helpful and I have always been treated great and over the years they have made me feel like family. I have bought guns here and have had them fixed here. Their prices are always great and they have always been honest with me. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. If they say they can't do something, there's always a good reason.... you will not be disappointed in this place. read more

Been to this business about 5 times now. They are a small store with a vast selection. The staff is always nice and helpful. I actually needed to have a few small jobs done on my Glock, which the armorer took care of for me at a great rate and quick time. They have a good ammo selection as well as accessories. Bought two firearms yesterday. The staff was awesome! Didn't even know this place was in this hidden pocket. Very informative about the pieces they sell. Price was decent as once you calculate in shipping and transfer fees from online companies it actually works out to be pretty close in price. Also as they say... This place is great. Has a great selection of firearms from pistols, shotguns and long rifles; tons of accessories as well. If they don't have it you can always ask and if they can, they will order it for you. Everything is respectably price, I always walk in here "just to look" and with the help of Wayne and Mary always find myself leaving with something new. Very hands on and will try to help you with anything you may have trouble with and won't charge you just to look at your firearm to help you with any issue. I am an avid gun collector, some would say to the extreme and this is one of my favorite places to go. Just left the place about an hour ago. The pics on the business is not accurate, it does not look that tidy and clean,with a lot of selections. Very disappointed in my experience. From the looks inside, you can tell the place was old, and the selection was not that great as well. Still, I proceeded, because I was looking to purchase a gun asap. Told the guy I was looking for a revolver(he almost looked like he was disappointed). He showed my the ones in the case, then pointed to another section where they kept other revolvers. In the other section, an older lady asked what I was looking for. After I told her, she proceeded to give me a "used" gun to look at. Why the F*CK would I want a used gun??? If I had asked for a used gun, that would've been OK, but I did not! Then she showed me another gun, which was clearly made for a woman, or someone with small hands. She did this even after seeing how big my hands were, when I was holding the "used" gun she had given me before. A wasted effort going to this place! If you're a gun dealer, you're supposed to have "new" and a myriad of guns that pleases all customers, not just one type! And tell your employees to not give someone a used gun, unless they asked for one!!!!!!!! Ridiculous! read more
