They absolutely refused to take responsibility for bedding the action too deep within the stock. End result, not being able to remove the bolt from the rifle without removing the action from the stock. To add insult to injury, the cockamamie story was to fault the design of the GRS Riflestock. Took in another rifle just before COVID, for a broken trigger. I was charged $65, to be told they couldn't fix it. That should have been a red flag, pun intended. They will take your money, but if you have a problem, they will make up a story to justify their incompetence
