It has been sitting outside on Sean's property collecting dust and debris for over four months. Sean originally took on this project and told us that if he got backed up, Jay would step in to help get the car up and running. We were completely fine with that. However, without any clear communication, we suddenly found ourselves dealing only with Jay. Communication since then has been terrible. We receive no updates unless my husband repeatedly calls, texts, and pushes for answers. Each time we are told additional money is needed for parts or labor, my husband immediately withdraws the funds and pays them. In December, we were told an additional $2,000 was needed for labor just to get started. My husband withdrew the $2,000 and paid it, and we were told that would cover the remaining labor. Since then, nothing has been done. No labor. No progress. No updates. All the parts needed to rebuild the entire front end are there. The car has not been touched. Now we are getting the runaround. Jay does not respond to calls or texts, and Sean claims he has nothing to do with it -- yet the vehicle is still sitting on Sean's property, and Sean is the one who originally took on the project before passing it off. At this point, this feels like a complete scam. We have documentation, text messages, proof of payments, and photos posted on their Facebook page. This situation is beyond unacceptable. We do not recommend Sean or Jay for any projects in the Gwinnett, Winder, or Barrow County areas. We are prepared to pursue legal action to resolve this matter. This has been 100% ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

As I had already rearranged my entire schedule for the day, I could not wait the anticipated 3 hours before they would even start on my vehicle. The service was because the tires I purchased from them a year ago or causing problems. I paid almost $6,000 for five sets of tires on my work vehicles, and they can't even make an appointment, or tell me the truth about what time they open? Flat out lied to me, and completely failed to take care of a long time loyal customer who spends big money with them. They will no longer be doing my fleet management of any kind!

Extremely dishonest and apathetic staff…read more I went in for an oil change and was told the amount. it was double anything I had ever paid for an oil change for one. I was there though and didn't want to waste time going somewhere else. Then it took over an hour with no updates align the way or apologies about wait time. I was told it would be an in-and-out situation. When I was finally called up to check out and pay, I was told the total was way more than what I was originally told by the person checking me in. After asking for the cost breakdown, and specifically asking about the difference in what I was told versus what I was being asked to pay, I was met with total apathy. I wish the person had just said, "I don't care." but the attitude and communication was saying that for him. But this last part takes the cake. It was an oil change good for 7,000 miles. when I got in the car, the sticker that tells you when you are supposed to get your next oil change said, "Next Oil Change: Oil Change Indicator." So at this point in the experience I knew I should check. Sure enough, the oil change indicator was set to alert at 5,000 miles-- not 7,000. I would not recommend to anyone who appreciates working with honest people. This is my first-ever review if that tells you how much this frustrated me.

I go today to get a flat repair and the salesperson lied and said my tire was too worn for repair so I needed to buy a new tire. Weird since my tires were fine less than 2 weeks ago. The tread was above the wear bar but the dishonest guy tried to convince me otherwise. I go to a reputable tire shop and they fixed my flat and noted that my tire was 3/32 tread depth which is still in drivable condition. Could be just a scamming employee trying to con a vulnerable woman or could be how tires plus operates. Either way, I will never use them again.
