From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, gave me an honest estimate upfront, and didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need--which is rare these days. What really impressed me was their efficiency and attention to detail. The work was completed quickly, and everything was done right the first time. It's obvious they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. Finding a trustworthy mechanic isn't easy, but these guys have earned my business for the long haul. If you're looking for honest, reliable, and top-quality auto service, I highly recommend them. -- Bob Hendrix

I thought it was the starter and being a Saturday- looked very grim for me to get anything done on a Mercedes Benz- anytime soon (things were closing and not opening until Monday and then I would have had to wait for them to finish up he weekend stuff...so I was realistically looking at Tues before I could even think about leaving...) Thankfully I found this place and the next day (Sunday) he came out and it ended up being a battery that was going bad. It saved me a lot of time, and not to mention the major savings of the extra night(s) accommodations, and price of a starter repair (5 1/2 hr job) vs. a battery. I appreciated the honesty - friendliness - and promptness of this fella. I even had payment drama w/my card and had to run to the ATM and get him cash - all the while he remained patient and friendly & even gave me a ride to the ATM. I would HIGHLY recommend just calling this fella first. He really saved me a lot of hassle- THX VERY MUCH!
